Meet our members

Florian DELMAS

Chairman, Andros & Cie, France

Florian Delmas joined Andros straight after finishing his degree in agri-food engineering. A fast learner, Florian rose quickly through the ranks. He was named Director of R&D in 2011 and promoted to Director of Industrial Products, Sourcing, and Primary Processing three years later. After cementing his understanding and competencies with an MBA at the prestigious HEC business school in 2016, Florian took the post of CEO of Andros France, spearheading the implementation of an ambitious development strategy. Two years later, in June 2018, he was named CEO of the Andros Group. In 2022, Florian will be appointed Chairman and CEO of the famous 3 billion Euro global food company. Heavily involved in changing the rules of his industry via the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development, Florian published a book in 2021 called "Planète A, Plan B," which describes a new global and optimistic way of building a better world. He is also committed to inventing new Leadership approaches.

Christoph Bornschein

President of Digital Strategy, Business Development & Growth in Germany, Omnicom Group, USA

Christoph is one of the three founders and CEO of the German agency and boutique consultancy for digital business “Torben, Lucie und die gelbe Gefahr” in short “TLGG” with offices in Berlin and New York. He and his team counsel international companies and brands in the strategic use of digital technologies, building out new organizational innovation infrastructures and the development of new business models. Even public authorities and NGOs seek the expertise of Christoph in dealing with the digital change around topics like single market integration, investment taxation, education and else. He has authored numerous essays and articles on digital change and is a renown speaker at global conferences and board meetings. Christoph is actively facilitating change as a mentor and investor to startups around the world.

Barbara Mulvee

Board Member, Child Center of Ny Inc, USA

Barbara Mulvee is a seasoned financial services executive, strategic advisor and angel investor. She spent 2023 working with Citation Capital, a newly launched Private Equity firm, focusing on business development and capital creation. Before joining Citation in 2022, she was a Managing Director and Global COO of Securities Research at Credit Suisse. During her 12 years at the bank, she held multiple roles, primarily leading business strategy for the Global Markets division. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she spent five years at Deloitte Consulting serving financial services clients. Barbara was appointed as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2020, where she is currently serving a five year term. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Child Center of New York, a non-profit focused on providing children and their families with healthcare and other social services in New York City, where she chairs the strategic planning committee and sits on the finance committee. Barbara currently resides in New York City with her husband, Conner.

Wei Li

Global Chief Investment Strategist, BlackRock, United Kingdom

Wei Li, Managing Director, is Global Chief Investment Strategist for BlackRock. She leads the Investment Strategy team within the BlackRock Investment Institute (BII), responsible for developing thought leadership on tactical asset allocation and delivering actionable views across asset classes.

Maureen Trantham

Senior Vice-President; Head, Strategy and Social Impact and Philanthropy Operations, Sesame Workshop, USA

Maureen Tranthams diverse background spans media, education policy and business strategy. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Social Impact & Philanthropy Operations and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Sesame Workshop. In her role, Maureen is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of strategic and financial results across Sesames global, philanthropically funded social impact efforts including the organizations work supporting displaced children in crisis contexts and children from marginalized communities in the U.S. She also oversees the organizations Compliance and Risk Management capabilities, working closely with teams to navigate the challenges of reaching children in conflict zones. A former international journalist with experience in Thailand and China, she has also led a Washington state education policy and advocacy nonprofit, as well as worked as a management consultant supporting global media and technology companies on a variety of strategic, operations and organizational issues. A committed mentor, particularly to early career professionals, she frequently coaches individuals hoping to transition sectors and contribute to social impact. Maureen holds a BA in Journalism and the Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. She also serves as an active Term Member on the Council on Foreign Relations.

Pamela Chan

Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer, Lingotto Investment Management LLP, United Kingdom

Pam Chan, Managing Director, is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Direct Private Opportunities (DPO) at BlackRock. She is Chair of the Direct Private Opportunities Investment Committee and Chair for the BlackRock Impact Opportunities (BIO) Fund Internal Investment Committee. She is also a member of BlackRock's firmwide Global Operating Committee, the Alternatives Executive Committee, BlackRock's Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee and the BIO Executive Investment Committee. Ms. Chan's service with the firm began in 2012. She co-founded Alternative Solutions (predecessor group to Direct Private Opportunities) in 2013 and prior to becoming CIO of that group, she served as a senior portfolio manager and primary deputy to the CIO. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Chan worked as a senior research analyst for the Financial Stability Board, as a Senior Investment Associate at Bridgewater and as a member of the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., first as an investment banker and subsequently, in their Capital Markets group, focused on private placements and structured finance. Ms. Chan was recognized in 2020 by the World Economic Forum ("WEF") as a Young Global Leader and presented at Davos in 2022. Additionally, she is a member of the WEF's Women in Finance community and has been appointed to the Global Future Council on the Future of Responsible Investing. She was previously nominated as a WEF Global Shaper in 2012, serving as curator for the New York City hub in 2014. She currently co-chairs the Harvard College Schools and Scholarship Committee of New York City and has previously served on the Board of the Harvard Club of New York Foundation and the Harvard Business School Alumni Board. She is also an incoming member of the Board for the HBS Club of New York. She serves on the Boards of Forbright, Inc. and Macro Media, Inc. She has previously served as a Board member for Home Partners of America. She is also a member of Extraordinary Women on Boards and Chief. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a joint concentration in Philosophy and Government and, earned an MBA with high honors from Harvard Business School. She loves to golf and enjoys reading, mega-former pilates and contemporary art (including creating some pieces of her own). She currently lives in Nomad with the two Texan loves of her life (Allen, her partner, and Socrates, their very charismatic and curious beagle).

Roselyne Chambrier

Chief Executive Officer, Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (Arise IIP), Côte d'Ivoire

Roselyne Chambrier is an entrepreneurial, result-driven leader, with an extensive track record in West and Central Africa spanning finance and infrastructure sectors.

Connecting the dots between governments and institutional investors to vet new partnerships and licensing opportunities in large-scale projects, she aims to set new benchmarks building and managing a solid industrial and logistics portfolio, contributing to local economic empowerment, creation of hundreds of thousands of jobs and attracting FDIs.
She was previously Managing Director of the Industrial Bulk Multipurpose Terminal of San Pedro.

She firmly believes that global challenges can be addressed from Africa and is a founding member of A new ROAD (Round-Table on African Debts) the first think tank dedicated to African public debts and financing of economies, calling for the establishment of a Responsibility Pact from governments, large private companies and financial institutions.

She has a passion for education and is the Founder of Sename Foundation, a philanthopic organization. Her vision is to create a transformative path through educative curricula and trainings to empower girls and underserved communities to become thriving success stories of their own.

Boju Zhang

Secretary General, Friends of Nature, People's Republic of China

Boju Zhang is secretary general of Ginkgo Foundation, who invests in young social entrepreneurs in China, helping them achieve great personal and career breakthroughs.
He is also a board member and Former CEO of Friends of Nature (FON) , the first green NGO in China, work to ensure the rights of all people to clean air, clean water and safe food. He develops and carries out strategies for FON programs on Environmental Public Interest Litigation, Policy Advocacy, Information Disclosure and Public Participation.

In recent 8 years, Boju and FON Team have filed 50 environmental public interest lawsuits, to protect biodiversity and human health, and promote renewable energy and combat climate change. Among them, the public interest litigation case of protecting Green Peacock was elected as the top 10 biodiversity protection cases in the world at the world environmental justice conference in 2021.

In recent years, Boju has found seven non-profit organizations and social enterprises in China, such as China Zero Waste Alliance which is the nationwide action network on solid waste management, and Gaia Nature School which is the leading social enterprise on environmental education.

Boju is the board member of the Environmental Public Relations and Strategic Communications Institute of China Environment Protection Ministry. He was the youth advisor for United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP).

Boju graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He won the Ray Dalio Scholarship and pursued Executive Leaders in Philanthropy program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
