Richard Stromback
Richard D. Stromback is the founder of Stromback Global Advisors. He is a former professional hockey player, entrepreneur, investor and advisor. Stromback founded several successful ventures in the information technology and the clean technology space, most notably Web Group and Ecology Coatings. He currently serves on multiple boards and advisory boards and is a shareholder in many ventures. For the past 10 years, he has advised Fortune 1000 CEOs on business strategy, leadership development, market development and positioning within global spheres of influence. In this capacity, Mr. Stromback leverages his deep global relationships and knowledge of influential organizations and international markets to assist businesses with their global business interests.
Mr. Stromback’s repeated successes have been acknowledged by both the media and the global business community. His insight has been sought out by such publications as The New York Times, Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal. His accomplishments as founder and CEO of Web Group were recognized by Inc. Magazine, which named Web Group the 189th fastest growing private company in the United States in the year 2002. In 2006 his leadership of Ecology Coatings garnered a Wall Street Journal Innovation Award and a Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum. In 2007, Stromback was named a Young Global Leader and in 2008, Crain's Business listed him as one of the top 40 leaders under 40 years of age.
Stromback holds a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from Brandon University in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. He also completed Harvard Kennedy School’s invitation only program in Global Leadership and Public Policy.
Alexander Stubb
President of the Republic of Finland 2024-ongoing. PhD in International Politics, London School of Economics. Formerly: 2004-08, Member of the European Parliament; 2008-11, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland; 2008-14, Minister of Foreign Affairs; 2014-15, Prime Minister of Finland; 2015-16, Minister of Finance; Adviser to the President of the European Commission; Visiting Professor, College of Europe, Bruges; Counsellor and Researcher, Permanent Representation of Finland to the European Union; Researcher, Academy of Finland and Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Since March 2011, Member of the Finnish Parliament. Since June 2011, Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade of Finland. Since August 2017, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank. Has participated in several EU intergovernmental conferences as Member of the Finnish government's delegation. Has published 11 books and numerous academic articles on the European Union; regular columnist for several papers.
Andrea Stürmer
Andrea Stürmer is a senior executive at Zurich Insurance Group and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zürich Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft in Vienna, Austria. She joined Zurich in 2007 and has since served as Chief Operating Officer for Business Insurance at the subsidiary Farmers Insurance Group and as the Strategic Assistant to the Zurich Group's Chief Executive Officer. She previously held various positions as finance and M&A professional at Zurich Insurance Group, Allianz and JPMorgan. Stürmer is Member of the Board of Zurich Reinsurance Company as well as of the Austrian Insurance Association. Stürmer is a sought-after public speaker on a wide range of topics including sustainability in the financial service sector, innovation and leadership. Stürmer holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics as well as the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2012 she was nominated to the Forum of Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum.
Federico Sturzenegger
Degree in Economics, Universidad Nacional de La Plata; PhD in Economics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Former: Chief Economist, YPF; Assistant Professor of Economics, University of California, Los Angeles; Professor and Dean, Business School, Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT); Visiting Professor of Public Affairs, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Started career in the public sphere as Secretary of Economic Policy of the Republic of Argentina; then President, Banco Ciudad of Buenos Aires; then Congressman in the Chamber of Deputies. Currently, Governor of the Central Bank of Argentina. Young Global Leader, World Economic Forum. Author of books on economic issues and various academic papers on international finance and macro-economic topics. Recipient, Konex award, for contribution to economic theory.
Anjali Sud
Anjali Sud is CEO of Vimeo (NASDAQ:VMEO), the world’s leading all-in-one video software solution. Anjali leads a global team dedicated to empowering professionals and businesses with the tools to create, communicate, and collaborate with video. Anjali previously served as General Manager and Head of Marketing at Vimeo, where she oversaw the growth of over 260 million users to the platform. Before that she held various positions in e-commerce, finance, and media at Amazon and Time Warner.
Anjali has been included in Fortune's 40 under 40, Crain’s 40 under 40, Adweek's Power List, and The Hollywood Reporter's Next Gen Under 35. She is a designated Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and serves on the Board of Directors of Dolby Laboratories (NYSE:DLB). Anjali grew up in Flint, Michigan, and now lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.
Shokei Suda
Shokei Suda is Co-Founder and CEO of Enigmo, which operates BUYMA.com, Japan's largest social fashion website. BUYMA offers a reliable shopping experience through its unique escrow payment system, optimized social shopping interface and in-house customer service division. Enigmo is listed with 1st section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. We also operates BUYMA.us for English speaking countries and launched traveling service named BUYMA TRAVEL.
He earned a Master's degree in Computer Science.
He completed the Sahara Desert Marathon, the Antarctic Triathlon and Amazon Jungle Marathon.

Christoph Sutter
Christoph Sutter is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur in the field of sustainable development with a focus on renewable energy. He is a Member of the Management Board and Head Renewable Energies at Axpo Power AG. Before joining Axpo, he was the CEO of South Pole Group, a company he co-founded in 2006 and that is globally active in the area of climate change and renewable energy. Prior to that he worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. He has done his PhD on the subject of sustainability assessment of energy projects at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
Christoph Sutter is an investor and non-executive Board member of several companies in the field of sustainable development. He was named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and Social Entrepreneur of the Year by the Schwab Foundation.
Sara Sutton
Sara Sutton has long been passionate about helping people find jobs, and a pioneer in doing so. For the past 18 years, she has been a leading advocate and change agent for remote and flexible work as the Founder & CEO of FlexJobs. She also started Remote.co in 2015 as a resource for remote teams and companies, and she began her career in 1995 when she co-founded JobDirect, the first ever online entry-level job site (sold to Korn|Ferry International in 2000). Sutton is an expert and speaker on a wide variety of topics related to remote and flexible work, the future of work, entrepreneurship, gender equity, workforce technology, and economic development, among others.
She has appeared in thousands of media pieces, including the BBC, TechCrunch, Time, the Wall Street Journal, The NY Times, Fast Company, CNN, NBC, Forbes, Inc., and many others. As a result of her many efforts with the employment/underemployment, entrepreneurship, economic development, and gender equity, she was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2014 and to the Edmund Hillary Fellowship in 2020.
Sara believes that integrating remote work can positively impact people’s lives and transform organizations to be more modern, productive, efficient, healthy, environmentally-friendly, and overall resilient with the various needs and demands going on in the world. Sara holds a BA from UC Berkeley, and resides in Boulder, Colorado.
Ilona Szabó de Carvalho
Ilona Szabó de Carvalho is the co-founder and president of the Igarapé Institute – an independent think-and-do tank focused on improving human, digital, and climate security. Igarapé develops applied research, technologies, partnerships, and solutions to improve public and corporate policies and practices to overcome global challenges.
As an entrepreneur and a globally recognized thought leader, Ilona serves on several boards, including the UNSG High-Level Advisory Board on Effective Multilateralism, the Fernando Henrique Cardoso Foundation (FFHC), the Brazilian Center of International Relations (CEBRI) and Re.green (an ecological restoration company) boards. She is currently the co-chair of the Global Future Council on the Future of Nature and Security of the World Economic Forum, a member of the Expert Panel on the Inter-American Development Bank Group Institutional Strategy, and of the Social and Sustainable Economic Development Council of Brazil’s Presidency and its Commission on the Environment and Sustainable Development.
She was previously the Executive-Secretary of the Global Commission on Drug Policy and led a national gun control campaign in Brazil. Before that, she worked for 5 years in investment banks in Rio de Janeiro.
She earned a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Uppsala in Sweden, is an affiliate scholar at the Princeton University Brazil Lab, and was a public policy fellow at Columbia University in NY.
She is a columnist at Folha de São Paulo, a podcast and TV anchor and commentator, a TED speaker, and an author of 3 books.
Ilona was nominated a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum in 2015 and in 2018, she received the Public Security Order of Merit, from the Brazilian Ministry of Public Security. She was also highlighted as one of the world's top 50 thinkers for the Covid-19 age by Prospect Magazine in 2020, and in 2023, she was awarded the Bertha Lutz Diploma, from the Brazilian Federal Senate.
Tom Szaky
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, TerraCycle, an international leader in innovative sustainability solutions, creating and operating first-of-their-kind platforms in recycling, recycled materials, and reuse. Across 21 countries, TerraCycle is on a mission to rethink waste and develop practical solutions for today’s complex waste challenges. The company engages an expansive multi-stakeholder community across a wide range of accessible programs, from Fortune 500 companies to schools and individuals. Author of three books: “Revolution in a Bottle” (2009), “Outsmart Waste” (2014) and “Garbage is Great” (2016). Recipient of numerous social, environmental and business awards from the United Nations, World Economic Forum and Environmental Protection Agency.
Jacek Szwajcowski
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pelion S.A., a company with a 34-year history of operations in the healthcare sector. Graduate of Technical University of Lodz. As a part of postgraduate education completed courses at Harvard Kennedy School, George Mason University, Said Business School – University of Oxford and Jackson Institute for Global Affairs – Yale University. Member of the Supervisory Board of several companies, including listed company Pharmena S.A.. In addition to involvement in the further development of the company, Jacek engages in the Polish Business Roundtable, an organization associating owners and key manager of the largest Polish enterprises, and companies operating in Poland, serving as a President of the association until May 2019 and currently being its Member. Initiator of the "I care for my health" Foundation, whose statutory mission is to provide financial assistance to those who cannot afford to buy essential medicines. Currently the Foundation focuses mainly at Seniors support. As a passionate of the tradition of Polish pharmacy, he initiated the opening of a private Pharmacy Museum in Lodz. Publisher of series of monographs about the most famous Polish pharmacies.
