Abdourahmane Cissé

2001, degree in Engineering, Ecole Polytechnique; MSc in Petroleum Economics and Management, French Institute of Petroleum (IFP). 2005, started career at Goldman Sachs, London, as a Sales/Structurer, Commodities Department, covering European corporate clients and governments; then moved to the Equities Division as a Trader to help build the franchise business; latterly, Executive Director, Index Trading Desk, Equities Derivatives Division. 2013-17, Minister of Budget and State-Owned Entities of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, responsible for the budget, customs, taxes and state-owned entities. Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir

Managing Director and Chairwoman, Therme Group, Austria

Roksana Ciurysek-Gedir is a Board member, artist, and seasoned financier, renowned for her commitment to impact investing and pioneering innovations.

Currently, she serves as the Chairwoman of the Advisory Board at Therme Art and as Managing Director at Therme Group - the world leader in the wellbeing infrastructure. She is the founder of Possible X that connect Technology, Finance and Art for good.

With a 20-year career in banking, Roksana has held leadership positions at international institutions including Credit Suisse, Edmond de Rothschild, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Notably, from 2018 to 2020, she was the Vice-President and Deputy CEO of Bank Pekao, Poland’s largest bank and in 2020 President of Pekao International.

At Possible X, she harnesses creativity, art, and technology to disrupt the conventional, inspire innovation, and redefine the future of global enterprises.

Roksana launched Impact Art movement during COP26 supported by Singularity University with recycled stainless steel sculpture Aurea and continues fusing art and technology towards SDGs. She is on the Board of Super Blue, most important experiential art gallery based in Miami.

In the realm of film, she produced "Battle for Britain," a short film depicting the valor of Polish pilots during the Battle of Britain, featuring Julian Glover. She is also an Executive Producer for Oliver Stone’s documentary, "Nuclear Now," which aims to demystify nuclear power as the only available at scale reliable green energy and one of the key solutions towards climate change.

As an international speaker, Roksana has lectured at Stanford University, CFA Institute, Milken Institute, World Economic Forum.

She was recognized in 2014 as a ‘Young Global Leader’ by the World Economic Forum. She is YPO member, CFA Charterholder with Engineering and Masters degrees in Management and Economics and mother of two sons.

Marcelo Claure

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Claure Group, USA

Marcelo Claure is a globally recognized entrepreneur and investor, known for his transformative impact across industries. He is the Founder and CEO of Claure Group, a multi-billion-dollar global investment firm deploying proprietary capital across AI & technology, climate & energy transition, and lifestyle & entertainment. Claure Group invests directly in companies and through leading investment funds.

Notable investments include T-Mobile, the world’s most valuable telecommunications company, where Claure is the largest individual shareholder; SHEIN, the fastest growing global on-demand fashion company, where Claure serves as Group Vice Chairman; and Bicycle Capital, Latin America’s premier growth equity fund, where Claure serves as Executive Chairman.

Claure’s investments reflect his passion for sports as well. He played a pivotal role in expanding Major League Soccer when he founded Inter Miami CF. Today, he owns Club Bolivar, Bolivia’s largest professional soccer team, and co-owns Girona FC, a top team in Spain's La Liga, one of the world’s most popular soccer leagues. Additionally, he owns Team Brazil, which competes in the E1 series, the first and only electric race boat championship.

Claure is also at the forefront of AI through his role as co-chair of Harvard University’s Digital Data Design (D^3) AI Institute, which focuses on how AI will shape the future of business and society.

As a young entrepreneur, Claure founded Brightstar, growing it into the world’s largest global wireless distribution and services company. In 2014, Claure sold Brightstar to SoftBank Group and became the CEO of Sprint, one of the world’s leading telecommunications companies. He went on to lead Sprint’s iconic turnaround and the $195 billion merger between Sprint and T-Mobile. Claure was then promoted to CEO of SoftBank Group International, overseeing a portfolio of 40 companies and managing over $450 billion. He also launched the $8 billion SoftBank Latin America Fund, the largest tech fund ever created in the region.

Claure has received numerous awards throughout his career, including induction to Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame, recognition as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and the Great Immigrants Recipient by the Carnegie Corporation, an award given to extraordinary immigrants who have made notable contributions to the progress of American society.

Claure holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University, and honorary Doctorates from Bentley University and Babson College. He also is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School.

Patricia Cobian

Chief Financial Officer, Virgin Media O2, United Kingdom

MSc in Industrial Engineering, Universidad Pontificia Comillas - ICAI, Madrid. Experienced TMT executive. Started career at Hewlett-Packard. Former Member, Telecommunications and Corporate Finance practices, McKinsey & Company, Madrid, New York and London. Most recently, Managing Director, Business Development, Telefonica Europe; key role in Telefonica's strategy, portfolio management, the development of multiple infrastructure partnerships and an increasing focus on business model transformation and digitalization. Member of the Supervisory Board, Telefonica Deutschland. Director, Wayra I+D, Telefonica's global network of start-up accelerators. Strong supporter of the Red Cross and of Borne, an initiative launched to prevent disability and death in childbirth and to create life-long health for mothers and babies in the UK and overseas.

Andrew L. Cohen

Executive Chairman, Global Private Bank; Global Chair, Investment Banking, JPMorganChase, United Kingdom

Andrew Cohen is the Executive Chairman of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. He oversees J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Institutional Wealth Management practice and leads the partnership between the firm’s Corporate & Investment Bank and Private Bank. In this role, Mr. Cohen focuses on servicing the Private Bank’s largest and most sophisticated clients globally. He is a member of the Asset & Wealth Management Operating Committee and the Wealth Management Operating Committee.
Prior to this role, Mr. Cohen was Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan’s International Private Bank, which operates in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Latin America. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2010 as the Asia Private Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, he was Head of the Southern California region, based in Los Angeles. Previously, he worked with ultra-high-net-worth families in Northern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean region.
Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and attended the Executive Program of Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government
Mr. Cohen sits on the Board of Directors of the Serpentine Galleries, the Board of Governors of Tel Aviv University, and is an alumni of the Young Global Leaders Forum (World Economic Forum) and the Hong Kong Forum. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, sailing, philanthropy and traveling.

Jared Cohen

President, Global Affairs; Co-Head, Office of Applied Innovation, Goldman Sachs, USA

Jared is president of Global Affairs and co-head of the Goldman Sachs Global Institute, and is a member of the Management Committee and the Firmwide Client Franchise Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Jared was chief executive officer of Jigsaw, which he founded at Alphabet Inc. in 2016. In this role, his work focused on applying frontier technology to the greatest challenges facing humanity. Prior to that, Jared was Google’s first director of Ideas and chief advisor to Google’s chief executive officer and executive chairman Eric Schmidt. From 2006 to 2010, he served as a member of the Secretary of State’s Policy Planning Staff and as a close advisor to both Condoleezza Rice and Hillary Clinton.

Jared is a New York Times bestselling author of six books, including One Hundred Days of Silence: America and the Rwanda Genocide, Children of Jihad, The New Digital Age: Transforming Nations, Business, and our Lives, which he co-authored with Eric Schmidt, Accidental Presidents: Eight Men Who Changed America, , Life After Power: Seven Presidents and their Search for Purpose Beyond the White House, and the forthcoming children's book Speaking of America: United States Presidents and the Words that Changed History.

Jared is a member of and an adjunct senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, an adjunct senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security and also a member of the Trilateral Commission.

Jared earned a BA from Stanford University and an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. He speaks fluent Swahili.

Veronica Colondam

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, YCAB Foundation, Indonesia

Veronica Colondam champions the field of social entrepreneurship in Indonesia with the establishment of YCAB Foundation in 1999. YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organisation in the YCAB social enterprise group which bases its operations on a mutually reinforcing and financially sustainable social change model. YCAB’s mission is to improve welfare through education and inclusive financing impacting the lives of four million underprivileged youth through education and half a million women micro entrepreneurs through inclusive financing where education of their children is made the precondition to loan.

YCAB is among the few organisations in Asia to receive the General Consultative status with the United Nations ECOSOC & ranks #32 of Top 100 SPO/NGO in the World by a Geneva-based NGO Advisor (January 2020). Veronica is also an independent commissioner of the largest state-owned microfinance company (PNM) with 7 million active customers.

Luis Donaldo Colosio Riojas

Mayor of Monterrey, Government of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico

Luis Donaldo Colosio Riojas is the Municipal President of Monterrey, the capital of Nuevo León and a major metropolitan area in Mexico. With a strong passion for public service, he is driven by the vision of transforming Monterrey into a city known for its compassion, innovation, and sustainability. His approach focuses on fostering collaboration between citizens and the government, ensuring that people are at the forefront of decision-making and urban design processes. Prior to his role as Municipal President, he started his career in public service as a local deputy in the Nuevo León congress in 2018. During this time, he gained recognition for his efforts in promoting transparency practices within legislative work. Additionally, he has served as an entrepreneur, providing legal support to start-ups and emerging ventures.

Arturo Condo

Founding Curator and Alumni, San Jose Hub, EARTH University, Costa Rica

President of EARTH University, an innovative global institution based in Costa Rica that prepares young leaders from across the world as change agents for advancing sustainable development and nature-positive food systems. Dr. Condo led the creation of EARTH Futures, a global center which aims to transform rural areas and he guided the launch of EARTH Ventures, an initiative to launch new businesses with purpose. He served as President of INCAE Business School between 2007 and 2015 where for two decades he served in several positions, including Dean of the MBA, Dean of Innovation and Development, and professor in strategy, competitiveness and sustainable development. He has a Doctorate in business strategy and competitiveness from Harvard Business School and was recognized as a “Distinguished Scholar” in his MBA at INCAE. In 2007, the World Economic Forum recognized him as a Young Global Leader (YGL).

Dr. Condo is a strong believer in the power of youth to change the world and his work also focuses on ethics, gender equality and dignity. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Bancolombia, of Vital Voices Costa Rica, Country Chair to Costa Rica for the organization Global Dignity and a member of the Inter-American Dialogue. He lives in Costa Rica, is married and has three children.

Silvia Console Battilana

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Auctionomics, USA

Dr. Silvia Console Battilana is the CEO of Auctionomics, the world’s leading market design firm, which she co-founded in 2008 with Nobel laureate Paul Milgrom. An expert in game theory, Dr. Battilana consults with multinational corporations and government agencies around the globe to design, implement, and advise bidders on the world’s most high stakes auctions. She is the recipient of an Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for her role in designing and running the historic $19 billion spectrum auction for the US Federal Communications Commision, which enabled modern streaming services and forever changed the way television is consumed. Silvia is a Finance Leaders Fellow with the Aspen Institute and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. Prior to Auctionomics, she taught as a Visiting Professor at Bocconi University and has been an invited speaker at numerous academic institutions including Harvard, Caltech, and Berkeley. Silvia is a graduate of Bocconi University and Stanford University, where she received a PhD in economics. Silvia is the mother to two young daughters and when she’s not running the world’s most high-stakes auctions, she enjoys competing in open-level beach volleyball tournaments.
