Sir Mark Vlasic
Mark V. Vlasic is a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Law & Public Policy at Georgetown University, a Senior Fellow at Massey College, a Senior Advisor to Techstars, and maintains a boutique law practice focused on international law, private diplomacy, human rights, hostage negotiations, cultural heritage, interfaith engagement, and strategic philanthropy. A former pro bono advisor to the Director-General of UNESCO on “blood antiquities” issues, he is an Executive Producer with CBS Studios and Propagate Content, as his international work inspired the lead character “Danny” on the action-adventure social impact series BLOOD & TREASURE on CBS, Paramount, and Amazon Prime. He is also an Executive Producer of ERASE THE NATION, a film about the destruction of cultural heritage, including religious heritage, in Ukraine.
As public sector specialist at the World Bank Group, Mark served as the first head of operations of the StAR Secretariat, a joint United Nations-World Bank presidential initiative to help developing countries recover stolen assets from past dictators.
Before joining the Bank, he served as a White House Fellow/special assistant to the Secretary of Defense and advisor to the President’s Special Envoy to Sudan, and was awarded the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service by Secretary Robert Gates.
Prior to his government service, Mark practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and served on the Slobodan Milosevic and Srebrenica genocide prosecution trial teams at the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague. A member of the U.S. Delegation to the Pan Am 103 “Lockerbie” terrorist bombing trial in the Netherlands, he has taught the Iraqi judges that tried Saddam Hussein, served as Legal Advisor to the Clooney Foundation for Justice, provided commentary to BBC, CNN, FOX, CBS and NPR, and is published widely.
Mark studied business, theology and government at Georgetown University while on an Army ROTC scholarship, and received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Georgetown Law Center. He holds Certificates in International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law, conducted post-doctorate research at Universiteit Leiden as a NAF-Fulbright Scholar to the Netherlands, and completed the World Economic Forum's executive leadership programs at Oxford and Harvard.
As a U.S. Army officer, he has been attached to Capitol Hill and the Defense Attaché Office at the U.S. Embassy in The Hague, and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal.
Knighted by both the Vatican and Ethiopian Crown, and commissioned a Kentucky Colonel, Mark is a Fellow with the U.N. Alliance of Civilizations, a member of the Bars of California, the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States, and is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Named a Global Peace Fellow by the Public International Law & Policy Group and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Mark is a founding co-chair of the WEF YGL SDG Advisory Council and Chairman of the Los Angeles Police Department Leadership Advisory Board, and serves on the advisory boards of the U.S. Institute of Peace, Artemis Climate Partners, the Center on Sanctions & Illicit Finance and the Monuments Men Foundation for the Preservation of Art, and is an inaugural member of the WEF’s Faith in Action Advisory Board.

David Frederik von Rosen-von Hoewel
Dr. David von Rosen-von Hoewel is an international investor and entrepreneur, having founded globally successful businesses in fintech, gaming, fashion, insurance, and real estate.
He is the founder of online gaming platform Lottoland, luxury property developer 25 Degrees, luxury fashion basics label VONROSEN, and Web3-powered Favrr, among others.
Through his family office, he invests in businesses across the globe with a focus on edtech, renewable energy, nutrition, defence, and mobility. He usually takes a majority share in a business, leveraging his expertise, network, and capital to drive growth.
Currently based in Dubai and Switzerland, von Rosen was born and raised in Germany. He studied economics and business at the European Business School and later gained a PhD in Economics from the University of Economics in Prague in 2007. He speaks English, German, French, and Spanish.
Parit Wacharasindhu
Parit Wacharasindhu is a Member of Parliament from the Move Forward Party in Thailand. He is the party's spokesperson and was its policy campaign manager during the general election victory in 2023. His main area of focus is constitutional reform, democratization and education, and he is currently Chair of the House of Representatives Committee on Political Development, Mass Communications and Public Participation. Before entering politics, his work experience included managing a start-up in education and working as a management consultant, after graduating in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford, where he was also elected President of the Oxford Union.
Hitesh Wadhwa
Hitesh holds a distinguished position as a seasoned leader in Enterprise Technology, Sales, and Business at Google within the United States. In his role, he leads growth and adoption of Google Cloud with large enterprises in Central US. His responsibilities are centered around elevating Technology, particularly in the domains of AI, web3, Cloud, Quantum Computing, and more, to the forefront of large-scale Enterprises and their associated communities. He is also a GenAI Ambassador at Google.
Before joining Google, Hitesh's career encompassed a pivotal role at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the 'Principal, Enterprise Business' for a rapidly expanding region, where he orchestrated strategies to expand AWS adoption within substantial and medium-sized organizations.
Prior to his tenure at AWS, he occupied the position of Vice President at Tech Mahindra, the IT division of the Mahindra group. In this capacity, he orchestrated a range of strategic engagements and undertakings within the Telco, Media & Entertainment (CME) sector, leading to a noteworthy growth of Tech Mahindra's business by over $100 million through both organic and inorganic means. Hitesh played an instrumental part in Tech Mahindra's CME vertical, a business segment generating more than $2.5 billion annually. He was selected twice for the company's highly competitive "Shadow Board" program, an exclusive initiative where only six individuals out of over 130,000 employees are chosen each year to shadow the board of directors. As a Shadow Board member, he administered several impactful programs spanning digital transformation, diversity, culture, and sustainability.
Over the course of his extensive 17+ years of professional journey at the intersection of Technology and Business, Hitesh has demonstrated adept leadership in team management, business expansion, strategic endeavors, and effective management of Fortune 500 client relationships. Noteworthy clients include AT&T, USAA, Facebook, Verizon, Oracle, UnitedHealth Group, WarnerMedia, Rakuten, and iHeartMedia, among others.

Beyond his professional pursuits, he nurtures a penchant for fine Coffee and Bourbon. During his leisure moments, he cherishes quality time with his family - his wife and two children. Presently, he resides in Austin, Texas, USA.
Dominic Wadongo
Dominic Wadongo is a seasoned risk management expert with over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in both commercial banking and Fintech. He has built a reputation for skillfully leading risk management initiatives across Africa’s financial landscape.
Currently, Dominic serves as the Chief Risk Officer at SmartCash Payment Service Bank, Nigeria, a Fintech subsidiary of Airtel Nigeria, under the Airtel Africa Group, listed on the London Stock Exchange. With his extensive experience in risk governance, financial crime risk, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management across various markets, he plays a crucial role in driving financial inclusion in Nigeria by implementing robust mobile and agency banking strategies to ensure accessible payment services nationwide.
Previously, Dominic was the Group Head of Operational Risk at Equity Group Holdings, where he oversaw operational risk management across six African countries: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He also led operational risk management in non-banking subsidiaries, including Equity Investment Bank, Equity Insurance, Equity Group Foundation, and Finserve. His scope of work encompassed the integrated management of operational risk, IT and cyber risk, business continuity, fraud risk, data privacy, and security.
Before joining Equity Group Holdings, Dominic was the Head of Enterprise Risk/CRO at the National Bank of Kenya, where he implemented a comprehensive risk management framework covering key risk areas. His career began at Standard Chartered Bank of Kenya (SCBK) in 2007, where he spent six years as a Senior Operational Risk Officer in the Global Shared Services Centre Africa.
Dominic holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and a BSc degree from Moi University. Additionally, he has earned a Strategy Execution Certificate from Harvard Business School and a Global Leadership and Public Policy certificate from Harvard Kennedy School. He is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
David Alexander Walcott
David is a Medical Doctor (MD., Ph.D. MSc.) and Entrepreneur with over 20 years experience as a healthcare & real estate investor in emerging markets. Professionally, he is committed to attracting world-class healthcare resources into emerging markets through Novamed, a healthcare & real estate investment firm that actions best-practices and global insights through its portfolio companies. His firm invests in and develops hospitals, clinics, health technologies & commercial real estate. He is currently building a google campus’-type Smart business district in the first such commercial change-of-use project in the Caribbean, as well as a smart hospital on the legs on the first such acquisition in the English-speaking Caribbean. His work in healthcare has been recognized by Forbes, World Economic Forum, the United Nations and the IMF and his firm led the largest private donation of PPE into the Caribbean and has completed extensive public & private sector projects in emerging market healthcare. He is also Founding Partner of The Visionaries’ Summit & My Destination Experience, knowledge & opportunity exchange platforms designed to attract investment into the Caribbean convening a community controlling US$140 billion in equity that has seeded over US$300 million in investments in the region. A Rhodes Scholar, his academic profile includes Oxford, INSEAD & Harvard and he is the previous Co-Chair of the Global Shapers’ Covid-19 Steering Committee, and Young Global Leader & a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council.
Andrew Wales
Sustainability Operating Advisor for Advent International. Andy is one of the most experienced Chief Sustainability Officers in the world, having led strategies for growth, with sustainability and tech at their core, for global ESG leaders such as the telco BT, brewers SABMiller and ABInBev, water utility Severn Trent and textiles firm Interface Inc. Most recently he led Global Sustainability Solutions for Accenture as they scaled up their multi-billion dollar sustainability consulting practice. He also has experience in M&A, corporate affairs, corporate and consumer brand and reputation.
He brings 25 years of in-house experience across the entire range of sustainability challenges, from net zero transitions through to ESG reporting and investor engagement. He was one of the pioneers of corporate action on water security and its role in healthy energy and food systems. Andy has led major multi sector partnerships to tackle challenges such as the electric vehicle transition, redesigning agricultural supply chains and building citizen’s digital skills across multiple markets.
He has an MBA from Warwick Business School, an MProf in Sustainable Development from Middlesex University / Forum for the Future, and a BA from Sussex University. He has sat on advisory boards for WWF, Sainsburys, the Global Innovation Fund and the Mayor of London, and is a WEF Young Global Leader. He is a non exec director at Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor. He has written for HBR and Sloan and was lead author of ‘Big Business, Big Responsibilities’ published by MacMillan. He is also a tech for good seed angel investor.
Jimmy Wales
Internet and technology entrepreneur Jimmy Wales, is founder of the online non-profit encyclopaedia Wikipedia and co-founder of the privately owned Fandom.com. Wales serves on the board of trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit charitable organisation he established to operate Wikipedia. In 2019, Jimmy launched WT Social - a news focused social network. In 2006 Jimmy was named in Time magazine’s ‘100 Most Influential People in the World’ for his role in creating Wikipedia.
Lisa Walker
Lisa Walker recently left BG Group (now part of Royal Dutch Shell) where she served as Vice President for Environment & Climate Change to become CEO of start-up Ecosphere+. Lisa worked in the oil and gas sector for >17 years, closely involved in all aspects of climate change strategy development & implementation, public policy formation, sector coalition building and low-carbon business development. She was a driving force behind the UK Emissions Trading Group, the CCAC Oil & Gas Methane Partnership (which she Co-Chaired), the Sustainable Gas Institute and the CEO-led Oil & Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI). Lisa helped BG Group secure multiple industry awards for sustainability. Before BG Group Lisa held various roles at BP including Director of the BP Carbon Ventures corporate-VC fund. Lisa successfully secured capital for many innovative investments in sustainable land-use and forestry, low-carbon technologies and b io-energy, including first-of-their-kind deals for the private sector such as the World Bank’s Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF). Lisa is a mother of four and originally from New Zealand.
Tiffany Xingyu Wang
Tiffany Xingyu Wang is the CEO and founder of Songsheet AI, the world's first guardrails-as-a-service platform for enterprise AI. Songsheet AI scores critical trust parameters—security, privacy, safety, and brand alignment—and continuously harmonizes AI use cases to corporate guidelines.
She is also the President and co-founder of Oasis Consortium, which launched the first-ever user safety standards for Web3. Her leadership in digital trust and safety has been featured in TIME, MIT Technology Review, AdWeek, Forbes, and more. Tiffany Xingyu is a non-resident fellow of the Atlantic Council and a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
Previously, Tiffany Xingyu was named Forbes' Most Entrepreneurial CMO and AdWeek's B2B Innovator for her leadership in bringing Spectrum Labs from seed stage to acquisition and scaling OpenWeb, valued at $1.5 billion as of her exit to found Songsheet AI. She holds two USPTO patents in machine learning for advertising.
Tiffany Xingyu graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Fudan University, Shanghai, where she was on the Dean's List. She also holds a Master's in International Finance from Sciences Po, Paris, and an MBA with a concentration in Statistics from the Wharton School.
Wang Guan
Wang Guan is a the host and executive producer of Leaders Talk on China Central Television (CCTV) and China Global Television Network (CGTN), under China Media Group (CMG). From 2011 through 2019, Wang was the network's Chief US Correspondent based in Washington DC, where he covered US-China relations from the White House and the State Department. He has interviewed over a hundred world leaders. With 3 million followers on social media, he is one of the most influential Chinese journalists on international affairs. He has appeared on PBS News Hour, BBC, RT and Al Jazeera, and spoke at events at the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, China's State Council, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Harvard University, Columbia University, etc. He is a Young Leader of the National Committee on US-China relations, and an “Asia 21” Young Leader at Asia Society. As a former junior footballer, sprinter and national public speaking champion, Wang Guan is also a youth icon in China, avidly promoting athleticism, oratory skills and globally-mindedness among the younger generation.
