Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir

Second Chief Prosecutor, Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore

Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir is a Legal Service Officer who presently serves as Second Chief Prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers. He holds adjunct teaching positions in various institutions and was General Editor of “Criminal Procedure Code of Singapore: Annotations and Commentary”. He is a keen advocate of education-related initiatives who has received the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award for his work in developing educational scholarships for lower-income students. He is a member of the MUIS Appeal Board, and has also served on numerous high-level committees, including the Committee on University Education Pathways Beyond 2015 and the Eldershield Review Committee. He was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2016 and was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2014. A graduate from the National University of Singapore and Harvard Law School, Faizal was appointed Senior Counsel in 2020.

Hamdullah Mohib

Diplomat (2015-2021), Afghanistan

Hamdullah Mohib most recently served as the National Security Adviser to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Mohib previously served as the Afghan Ambassador to the United States. He also served as non-resident Ambassador to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, and Columbia.

Before being appointed Ambassador, Dr. Mohib served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Dr. Mohib has been an active leader in civil society among the global Afghan community. As an undergraduate at Brunel University, he founded the largest Afghan diaspora youth association in Europe, the Afghan Students Association of the UK. While completing a PhD in Computer Engineering at Brunel University, he founded and served as Chairman of the Board for the Afghan Professionals Network (APN). As part of APN, he started a think-tank “Discourse Afghanistan”, and initiated community service programming to support special needs orphans in Kabul, and to recognize achievements of Afghan women. Dr. Mohib is fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari, with proficiency in Urdu/Hindi.

Carlos Moncayo Castillo is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Inspectorio. A quality inspections and compliance verification mobile platform that is leading the digital transformation of the inspection industry. He is also cofounder and CEO of Asiam Business Group, an apparel sourcing firm with operations across Asia. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University

Pedro Moneo Lain

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Entrepreneur Capital S.L., Spain

Pedro is the CEO and founder of Opinno, an international open innovation network that connects entrepreneurs, investors and technology specialists across innovation hubs around the world to build new hi-tech startups. As background, Pedro holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a nuclear engineering degree from the French Atomic Energy Commission. Pedro began his career as a researcher in advanced reactors at Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago. He was also a consultant with the Corporate Finance and Strategy branch at Accenture. After, Pedro functioned as Director Deputy General of FEDIT Technology Centers of Spain, the largest private R&D Center network in the country, before founding Opinno in 2008. Concurrently, Pedro manages Opinno while simultaneously taking on the role as Publisher of MIT’s Technology Review, Spanish & Portuguese Editions, Publisher (Online) for Harvard Business Review in Spanish, acting as an angel investor through Entrepreneur Capital and a philanthropist through Pedro is also member of the Young Presidents Organization, an Eisenhower Innovation Fellow and the founder of the Spanish chapter of the XPrize Foundation.

Andy Moon

Entrepreneur, USA

Andy Moon is the co-founder and CEO of Reunion. He previously raised over $200 million from institutional investors to finance solar energy projects in the US and Europe, and was involved in structuring some of the solar industry's first investments from private equity and bond investors.

Andy is a second-time entrepreneur, and has held leadership roles at venture backed energy and technology companies. He is the former co-founder and CEO of SunFarmer, a Y Combinator-backed social enterprise that has completed over 1,500 solar energy installations in Asia. He started his career as a consultant in the energy and sustainability practice at McKinsey and Company.

Andy holds a Phi Beta Kappa honors degree from Stanford University, and was named a 2016 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Alisha Moopen

Deputy Managing Director, Aster DM Healthcare, United Arab Emirates

Alisha is the Executive Director of Aster DM Healthcare which is an integrated healthcare conglomerate of 30 years’ standing which spans 9 countries (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, India, Philippines, and Jordan). Aster provides primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary care services, and now has more than 300 facilities. The Group employs more than 20,000 people, of which 2,000 are doctors and some 6,000 are paramedical and nursing staff. Alisha is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland). and worked earlier with Ernst & Young. Michael Moradi-Araghi

Formerly: Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, an ocular pharmaceutical company and specialty Contract Research Organization (eyeCRO), which was the 264th fastest growing private company in the 2009 Inc. 500; co-founded Nanopolaris (now Unidym), which was acquired in 2011 by a publicly traded South Korean company for $145 million; co-founded NanoSource, which was acquired by DuPont in 2002, largely considered the first major acquisition in the nanotech space. 2017 Young Global Leader, World Economic Forum.

Stephan Morais

Managing General Partner, Indico Capital Partners, Portugal

Stephan Morais is the founder and Managing General Partner of Indico Capital Partners (, a leading venture capital firm based Portugal. Indico focuses on software as a service, artificial intelligence, internet of things, fintech, cybersecurity, blockchain and blue economy companies, targeting investments at Pre-Seed to Series B level. Founded in 2017, the team at Indico were previously behind the majority of the Portuguese global tech success stories, as investors and entrepreneurs.

Stephan was formerly an Executive Board Member at Caixa Capital, the Private Equity and Venture Capital fund management company, where he led the most relevant international investment rounds of Portuguese technology companies. He has been a Non-Executive Director and Independent Board Advisor in numerous companies.

With a diversified background as an investment banker, consultant, entrepreneur and CEO, he has lived in 8 countries and 4 continents over the last 24 years. He is also a former Advisor to the European Commissioner of Science and Innovation, Past Chairman of the European Venture Finance Network and Past Board Member of the European Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and Board Member of the International Venture Club. He is an Entrepreneurship Expert with the Entrepreneurship Center at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and an Advisory Board Member at AMROP, Executive Search.

Appointed as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2010, and Member of their Digital Leaders of Europe Community, he holds a degree in Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon), and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French. He is a YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Member.

Angela Morelli

Co-Founder, InfoDesignLab, Norway

Angela Morelli is an information designer. She is co-founder and CEO of Infodesignlab a socially-conscious information design firm that helps companies and organizations turn complex data into meaningful narratives, beautiful visions and understandable messages. InfoDesignlab is born in response to the idea that information is powerful only if can be understood; that understanding precedes action and change; and that Information Design can play a unique role in order to democratise knowledge, explain complexity and facilitate understanding.

Angela gained her MA in Communication Design from Central St Martins, where she specialised in Information Design. She previously gained a degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MA in Industrial Design. She has been jury member of the International Institute of Information Design Award, is an international speaker and Associate Lecturer at Central St Martins in London and has been visitor lecturer in universities such as Oslo National Academy of the Arts and Design, Westerdals Oslo School of Arts, University of Oslo, London Royal College of Art, London Brunel University, University of Reading, University of Portsmouth, University of Western Sydney, Paris Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. Along with philantropist Paul Polak, ethologist Jane Goodall, water scientist Tony Allan and other individuals committed to defend planetary ecosystems she has been awarded Il Monito del Giardino Award in 2013.

Angela serves as an ambassador for virtual water research, and was named a 2012 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Jamie Morin

Executive Director, Center for Space Policy and Strategy, The Aerospace Corporation, USA

Beginning in 2017, Executive Director of the Center for Space Policy and Strategy (CSPS), a project of The Aerospace Corporation. Aerospace is a non-profit chartered as a US Federally Funded Research and Development Center to provide technical support to a wide range of space activities. The Center exists to provide non-advocate insight into the most complex problems in space, operating at the intersection of technology and policy.

From 2014 to 2017, Director, Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE), US Department of Defense, leading a team of analysts and operations researchers who develop the department’s Future Years Defense Plan (5 year budget) and produce cost projections as well as cost-benefit assessments on all major US military acquisition programmes.
Previously, five years as the US Air Force's Assistant Secretary for Financial Management (CFO), responsible for the air force’s budget, cost and economic analysis programmes, and accounting and finance operations. From July 2012 - April 2013 additionally served as Acting Under-Secretary and Chief Management Officer of the Air Force, including work as the lead headquarters official for space and energy issues.
Prior experience with various think tanks, as an international economic development consultant, and with the US Senate Budget Committee as the lead analyst for the defence and foreign affairs budgets.
