Claudia is currently on a challenging mission to transform the culture of one of the most successful business units of Siemens, with the intent to ensure higher collaboration among its 14,000 team members and more co-creation with partners and customers. After all, there is no digital transformation without an accompanying cultural transformation.

In her previous role, as Siemens Oman CEO, Claudia was committed to enabling the digital transformation in the sultanate and to contributing to its economic development. She drove business in power generation and distribution, smart grid, smart buildings, control and automation, and digital solutions for industrial applications. She assumed her role after working with Siemens in Germany, Denmark and China for various business fields, including wind power and rail automation.

Originally from Brazil, she commenced her career in strategy consulting, undertaking assignments in France, Morocco, South Africa and the United States, besides her home country. She subsequently co-founded a SaaS edtech startup in Brazil, Eduqo, which she ran for a couple of years before joining Siemens. Claudia developed her passion for education during her college days, when she worked as part-time teacher preparing students for university entrance exams in Brazil.

In her free time, Claudia enjoys to dance, travel and learn about different cultures, as well as to mentor young entrepreneurs. She is a Board Member of ITAex and of the Casimiro Montenegro Filho Foundation and she sits on the Advisory Board of Battery Associates. Claudia holds an Aeronautical Engineering Degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica, an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania. Martina Viarengo is Professor in the Department of Economics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva. She is Faculty Associate at the Harvard University, Center for International Development, and a Member of the World Economic Forum's Global Agenda Council on Women's Empowerment. Prior to joining the Graduate Institute's faculty, Dr. Viarengo was an Economist at the Centre for Economic Performance of the London School of Economics and a Post-doctoral Fellow at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. She was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and she was named a Newton International Fellow by the British Academy and the Royal Society. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and a Master's Degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

Professor Zeblon Zenzele Vilakazi FRS was appointed Vice-Chancellor and Principal of Wits University in January 2021. Previously holding the position of Vice-Principal and deputy vice chancellor for research at the university of witwatersrand. 2007-2013: Director of iThemba LABS, the largest nuclear physics research lab in the southern hemisphere. Research interests include nuclear and computational physics.
Taught at University of Cape Town where he was involved in a large scientific project conducted at the ALICE experiment of CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC). From 2009 to 2011, served as Chairman of the IAEA Standing Advisory Committee on Nuclear Applications. In July 2022 was elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of London.

Stephanie B. Villedrouin was nominated Minister of Tourism Octobre 2011 at the age of 29, making her the youngest minister of President Martelly administration. She has set some prestigious goals for Haiti, including leading this country to be one of the top five destinations of the Caribbean; The Minister sets forth her strategy of developing the sector by promoting tourism investment to attract and accompany potential investors. In the past two years, she has signed numerous contracts to help the students in the tourism field to acquire more knowledge and experience through better education. She develop a new concept of developing new destinations “a regional all inclusive experience”, where the communities in the surrounding of the hotels will benefit directly from the tourist dollar, from which she got a grant from the IDB representing en envelop of 36M$ that will be invested in all regional natural and historical attractions. She has launched a Hibiscus quality control for the Hotels as well as the Touristic Police Corp. More than twenty sites have been redeveloped as part of her effort to promote local and international tourism.

Prior to her nomination, Hon. Villedrouin after returning from her studies in Dominican Republic (choice of field hotel management) she became the following year a board member of The Haitian Tourism Association for more than 5 years. She also served the community by becoming a voluntary teacher in the private University of Quisqueya. Her efforts have helped to raise the awareness of both public and private sectors in this industry and helped them realize the outstanding role that Tourism plays in the country’s economy.

Maria Vircikova is the Co-Founder and CEO of MATSUKO, which aims to revolutionize everyday communications through a 3D hologram connection. The world’s first real-time app for holographic presence, MATSUKO, winner of the 2022 SXSW in Extended Reality and Immersive Technology, allows users to embark on a holographic experience through the use of smartphones and mixed reality glasses. Prior to embarking on this entrepreneurial endeavor, Vircikova performed research in the field of AI, human-robot interaction and service robotics, lectured at universities and conferences on all continents. In recognition of her expertise and accomplishments, she has also notably been awarded the European Tech Women Award and she is a 2023 European Young Leader.

Mark V. Vlasic is a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Law & Public Policy at Georgetown University, a Senior Fellow at Massey College, a Senior Advisor to Techstars, and maintains a boutique law practice focused on international law, private diplomacy, human rights, hostage negotiations, cultural heritage, interfaith engagement, and strategic philanthropy. A former pro bono advisor to the Director-General of UNESCO on “blood antiquities” issues, he is an Executive Producer with CBS Studios and Propagate Content, as his international work inspired the lead character “Danny” on the action-adventure social impact series BLOOD & TREASURE on CBS, Paramount, and Amazon Prime. He is also an Executive Producer of ERASE THE NATION, a film about the destruction of cultural heritage, including religious heritage, in Ukraine.

As public sector specialist at the World Bank Group, Mark served as the first head of operations of the StAR Secretariat, a joint United Nations-World Bank presidential initiative to help developing countries recover stolen assets from past dictators.

Before joining the Bank, he served as a White House Fellow/special assistant to the Secretary of Defense and advisor to the President’s Special Envoy to Sudan, and was awarded the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service by Secretary Robert Gates.

Parit Wacharasindhu is a Member of Parliament from the Move Forward Party in Thailand. He is the party's spokesperson and was its policy campaign manager during the general election victory in 2023. Prior to his tenure at AWS, he occupied the position of Vice President at Tech Mahindra, the IT division of the Mahindra group. In this capacity, he orchestrated a range of strategic engagements and undertakings within the Telco, Media & Entertainment (CME) sector, leading to a noteworthy growth of Tech Mahindra's business by over $100 million through both organic and inorganic means. Dominic Wadongo is the Group Head of Operational Risk at Equity Group Holdings, overseeing operational risk management across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is also in charge of driving the operational risk management in non-banking subsidiaries, which include Equity Investment Bank, Equity Insurance, Equity Group Foundation and Finserve. The scope encompasses driving the integrated operational risk management framework covering operational risk, IT and cyber risk, business continuity management, fraud risk, data privacy and protection, and security. Previously, Wadongo was Acting Chief Risk Officer and Head of Enterprise Risk at the National Bank of Kenya, where he ensured an effective risk management framework covering key risk areas in the company. Before joining National Bank of Kenya, Dominic started his career at Standard Chartered Bank of Kenya (SCBK) in 2007 where he worked for six years. He was the Senior Operational Risk Officer, in Global Shared Services Centre Africa. He graduated from the University of Nairobi with an MBA in 2015. He also has a BSc in Wildlife Management from Moi University.
