Lars Hinrichs

Chief Executive Officer, Cinco Capital GmbH, Germany

Lars Hinrichs is a serial entrepreneur, investor and tech geek. One of his first efforts, politik-digital.de was a platform for politics and new media, which he launched when he was 22. His next venture, a new media consulting firm, failed but not without first paying rich dividends in learning. Hinrichs applied these lessons learned to his third major effort XING, the world's first Web 2.0 company to go public. He also became active in investing in and helping secure funding for a wide range of tech start-ups. His most recent start-up, HackFwd, is an innovative pre-seed venture capital company investing in technical talent across Europe. Hinrichs and HackFwd have been profiled in Wired, the Financial Times and TechCrunch. He is an Honorary Member of the German Committee of UNICEF.

Brent Hoberman

Co-Founder & Executive Chairman, Founders Factory, United Kingdom

Brent is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Founders Factory (corporate-backed venture studio and accelerator), Founders Forum (global community of founders, corporates and tech leaders), and firstminute capital (2017: $100m seed fund with global remit, backed by Atomico, Tencent and over 30 unicorn founders). Previously, Brent co-founded lastminute.com in 1998, was CEO from its inception, and sold it in 2005 to Sabre for $1.1bn.

Technology businesses Brent has co-founded have raised over $800 million and include Karakuri (provider of robotics, AI and automation systems), made.com (leading European direct-from-factory consumer homewares retailer), PROfounders Capital, Founders Intelligence (entrepreneur-powered consultancy), accelerateHER (network taking action to change the underrepresentation of women in technology), Founders Keepers (technology executive search firm), Founders of the Future (network that identifies and supports aspiring entrepreneurs), Founders Pledge (community for entrepreneurs committed to finding and funding solutions to global challenges), Grip (AI powered event networking solution) and most recently Founders Academy (a new type of business school for a changing world).

Florian Hoffmann

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The DO GmbH, Germany

Florian is CEO of the DO, an award winning global learning institution dedicated to enabling businesses across industries to transform successfully when it comes to their people, sustainability and innovation. Florian is a serial entrepreneur, thought leader and author of Our New World (2022) and 5 Reasons why we are not doomed (2024). He sits on the Supervisory Board of the World Future Council, is a jury member for the German Sustainability Awards, and was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2017. Florian holds degrees and certificates from Oxford, Harvard, Duke, Bard and Humboldt Universities. He lives in Berlin with his wife and daughter.

Frederic Hoffmann

President, Unearthodox, Switzerland

Frederic Hoffmann devotes his time to supporting entrepreneurs in both non-profit and commercial organisations. He specialises in sustainability strategy, and enjoys working on innovative, systemic, and cross-sectoral projects. He serves on multiple boards and chairs Unearthodox, a systems accelerator at the intersection of people and nature. He is a WEF Young Global Leader.

Sven Holstenson

Managing Partner, Pictet Group, Switzerland

Sven Holstenson has been a Managing Partner of the Pictet Group since May 2023. He is responsible for the Pictet Asset Services and Technology & Operations divisions. In addition, Sven is Chairman of the Executive Committee of Banque Pictet & Cie SA.
Before being named Managing Partner, Sven was Equity Partner and Head of Europe for Pictet Wealth Management.
Prior to joining Pictet in 2012, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co.
Sven holds a Master’s degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
He also serves as Board member of SIX Group.

Lama Hourani

Founder and Creative Director, Lama Hourani Creations, France

Lama Hourani is the founder of her eponymous jewellery line. A designer, artist and adventurer at heart, she applies her background in Product Design and multidisciplinary arts to create one-of-a-kind pieces that are not only commercially appealing but also conceptually meaningful. Hourani launched her first jewellery collection in 2000 in silver, establishing herself as a trendsetter by reinventing Arab heritage. Through her art gallery in Amman Jordan she works on connecting the art scene in the MENA with the world & through her jewellery she builds cultural; bridges fusing architecture, archaeology & methodology to create a universal language beyond ethnicities, religions & languages.
She now resides between Paris and Amman.

Lila Ibrahim

Chief Operating Officer, DeepMind, United Kingdom

Lila Ibrahim is the COO of Google DeepMind, a world leading AI research company that aims to solve intelligence to advance science and benefit humanity. She leads a broad range of functions, including Operations, Governance and Ethics, Policy, Communications, and People & Culture. She plays a key role spearheading the company’s work on critical issues involving the intersection of AI and society, which includes chairing DeepMind’s cross-functional responsibility and AI for Good initiatives.

Khaled Igué

Founder and President, Club 2030 Afrique, France

Born and raised in Benin, Khaled Igué is an Economist, Senior Banker at Banque Richelieu Monaco. Khaled was nominated Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2018.

Prior joining Banque Richelieu Monaco, he was Managing Partner and Africa Chairman of B&A Investment Bankers. He held several leadership positions for Africa and Europe in Energy and Agribusiness industries. From 2016 to 2018, Khaled Igué was the Head of Public and Institutional Partnerships for Africa at OCP, a world leader in phosphate and fertilizers industry. Prior to becoming Head of Public Partnerships, from 2015 to 2016, Khaled led businesses as Manager of the Energy Practice at EUROGROUP Consulting, a European leader in strategy and organization. Previously, from 2009 to 2015, Khaled served as project and business Manager at AREVA, a leader in the nuclear, renewable energy and mining.

Since 2012, Khaled Igué is the Founder & President of the Think Tank Club 2030 Afrique. Khaled Igué is Co-Founder of the French-African Foundation, a board member for various organizations like Women In Africa Initiative and African Business Academy.

Khaled Igué holds a Master of Public Policy from the prestigious Sciences Po Paris, an MBA from Sorbonne Graduate Business School and an MSC in Civil Engineering from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées. He was Junior researcher at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago in 2009.

Lady Marieme Jamme

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, iamtheCODE, United Kingdom

Lady Mariéme Jamme is an award-winning Technologist, a podcaster, ai and pioneer in system change, a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. In Sept 2017, she won the Innovation Award at the Global Goals Award as a GoalKeeper for her work in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, by supporting globally young women and girls and governments.
A Senegalese-born, French- British businesswoman, with over 20 years of experience. She’s best renowned for her motivational & inspirational Speeches about girl’s education through STEAMD (Science, technology, engineering, mathematics, arts and design) and empowerment of youth living in marginalised communities.

Lady Mariéme’s latest venture includes the launch of iamtheCODE.org, the first African-led global movement to mobilize government, the private sector, and philanthropic foundations to advance STEAMD (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Design) Education. Her goal is to empower 1 million young women & girls globally to become coders by 2030 and to align with the UN 2030 Agenda. Lady Mariéme recently got nominated by Apolitical as their World’s 100 most influential people in Digital Government.

A BBC Top 100 Women nominee, she was named twice on the UK Powerlist 2017 and 2018 of Britain’s 100 most influential people of African and African Caribbean Heritage. Often called the diplomat of technology, she was also named twice in 2014 and 2016 as one of the 100 most influential Africans by the African Business Magazine. In 2018, Lady Mariéme became a founding member of the Future Talks Expedition, which gathered 100 global leaders from 42 countries to visit the Arctic (North Pole.) She’s the first Senegalese woman who made it to the Arctic.
Lady Mariéme is on the Board of Directorship of the World Wide Web Foundation (Founded by Sir Tim Berners-Lee). Lady Mariéme is the newest Board member of the ITU Generation Connect Visionary Board.

Nina Jensen

Chief Executive Officer, REV Ocean, Norway

Nina Jensen is the CEO of REV Ocean and is a tireless champion for promoting environmentally responsible solutions for the world's ocean. REV Ocean is currently building the world’s largest Research and Expedition Vessel (REV), which will be available for scientists, NGOs, policy makers, innovators, engineers and ocean stakeholders to create solutions to ocean problems. Equipment onboard will include scientific trawls, laboratories, a lecture auditorium, moonpool, sub-marine, advanced communication equipment and a high-tech incinerator system for plastic waste.

She started this position in 2018 after 15 years of positive impact in WWF-Norway (as Secretary-General since 2012). Nina holds a Master’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of Fishery Science in Tromsø, and has a background in communications and marketing from Ogilvy&Mather. Nina is a board member of The Business for Peace Foundation, HUB Ocean, The Brain Tumour Association, Ocean Wise, Project Energy Reimagined, Polyteknisk forening and KR Foundation. She is also on the Council for the Centre for the Ocean and Arctic, member of the steering committee for Friends of Ocean Action and an advisor to the High Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy.
