Fahd Al-Rasheed
His Excellency Fahd Abdulmohsan Al-Rasheed was appointed by Royal Decree as Advisor in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on April 2nd, 2023. HE Al-Rasheed also chairs the Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authority and represents the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a lead on the Urban 20 (since 2020).
HE Al-Rasheed’s Board Memberships include the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, King Faisal Specialized Hospital & Research Center, New Murabba Development Company, Diriyah Gate Company Limited, Soudah Development Company, Qiddiya Investment Company, King Saud University and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. HE Al-Rasheed was previously the CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the authority responsible for the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he oversaw Riyadh’s ambitious plans to become one of the world’s leading city economies and a regional hub for investment, tourism, and livability by 2030. Prior to that, HE Al-Rasheed was Group CEO of King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
HE Al-Rasheed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Washington University in St-Louis and an MBA from Stanford University.

Mubarak A.M. Al Sabah
Sheikh Mubarak is a prominent figure in Kuwait as well as Middle Eastern business and social circles. He has been instrumental in spearheading many real estate, hospitality projects along with oil services that have served to raise international standards in Kuwait and the Middle East, through direct business and involvement in Private Equity.
He serves as the Vice-Chairman of Action Group Holdings (AGH), and the Founder and Chairman of Action Real Estate (K.S.C.C), one of Kuwait’s major private real estate companies, with a portfolio of assets across the Middle East and Europe. He is the founding Chairman of Action Hotels, and Chairman of the Action Energy Company (K.S.C.C). Moreover, Sheikh Mubarak is a board member of Egypt Kuwait Holdings, a MENA investment company with a diversified portfolio of investments listed in the Kuwait and Egypt stock exchanges.
Sheikh Mubarak has a distinguished academic record: he holds an M. Phil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge (UK), and a BA (Hons.) in Politics with Economics from the University of Buckingham (UK). In addition, he is a graduate of The Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst (UK) and served in the Kuwaiti Armed Forces as an Armoured Officer.
Sheikh Mubarak was the founding Chairman of Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company K.S.C.P. a publicly listed company in Kuwait. He also served as a board member of EQUATE, Kuwait’s first and largest international joint venture in the petrochemical sector.
In 2017, Sheikh Mubarak was bestowed with the highest French civilian distinction Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur (Knight of the Legion of Honour). He was honoured as a Young Global Leader in 2009 by the World Economic Forum and is a member of the World Travel & Tourism Council, and is a member of YPO-WPO International since August 2010. In addition, he is a member of The Royal Institute of International Affairs and the Kuwait Economic Society.

Noura Bint Faisal Al Saud
Her Highness Princess Noura bint Faisal Al Saud founded Culture House as a Saudi boutique consultancy providing advisory and implementation services related to culture, creativity, and sustainable business. Culture House signifies Her Highness’s return to the private sector after successfully establishing the Fashion Commission at the Ministry of Culture. Princess Noura joined the Ministry of Culture in June 2019. She led Strategy Development for the fashion sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, building local and international partnerships with fashion institutions and nurturing Saudi fashion talent. She was part of the team that developed the Commission’s flagship outreach projects, including the Fashion Futures annual conference, digital platform, and mentorship program Saudi 100 Brands. Through her appointment as the Commission’s Ecosystem Integration & Program Delivery General Manager, Princess Noura oversaw the implementation of the strategy’s initiatives, ensuring their delivery at standards of excellence with measurable impact. Princess Noura’s entrepreneurial career commenced in 2009 in the United States. In 2015 she co-founded her first business, which focused on talent and lifestyle, before launching Global Fashion House, a fashion consultancy based in Riyadh. In April 2018, Princess Noura organized the Saudi Kingdom’s first fashion Week with this company, bringing together international and local stakeholders.

Ahmed Al Shamsi
Ahmed Al Shamsi is Chief Executive Officer of the Emirates Foundation, an organization championing volunteerism and corporate citizenship, while also serving as the Director of National Experts Program at the Court of the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Previously, he was the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Youth Council from 2017 to early 2019 and the first United Arab Emirates United Nations Youth Ambassador.

Abdulla Bin Ali Al Thani

Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi
His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi is the United Arab Emirates’ Minister of State for Foreign Trade and Minister in charge of Talent Attraction and Retention. As Minister, he is responsible for leading the development and expansion of the country’s non-oil foreign trade, enhancing national polices and measures to promote foreign direct investment in the UAE, and implementing initiatives to attract and retain strategic global talent in the UAE.
H.E. Dr. Al Zeyoudi is also the former Minister of Climate Change and Environment for the UAE, where he was instrumental in elevating the UAE’s global presence and contributions in climate mitigation and adaptation. Over the course of H.E. Dr. Al Zeyoudi’s career, he has led and contributed to shaping international policy and legal frameworks in areas including energy, environment, and sustainable development. H.E. Dr. Al Zeyoudi’s considerable expertise, dynamic leadership, and track record for driving the formation of global alliances have been fundamental to his success in delivering on his various mandates and in furthering the UAE’s efforts on economic growth and diversification.
In 2020, H.E. was Dr. Al Zeyoudi was named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader for his outstanding international efforts in the field of environment and climate. H.E. Dr. Al Zeyoudi holds a B.S. in petroleum engineering from the University of Tulsa, two Masters degrees from the New York Institute of Technology and the British University in Dubai, and completed his PhD at the Skema Business School in France.

Yalda Aoukar
Yalda Aoukar is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bracket Capital, a leading private markets investor based in Los Angeles, which she co-launched in 2017. Bracket Capital pursues a value-driven strategy in growth and late-stage technology companies via primary and secondary transactions. Aoukar is also President of Bracket Foundation, the philanthropic venture arm of Bracket Capital. She is a fierce advocate of technology for social good, particularly as it relates to solving the world’s most pressing challenges. Since inception, Bracket Foundation has been striving to make the internet safer for children by combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse. Aoukar is a champion of women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship in venture capital and other financial sectors where women are traditionally underrepresented. She sits on the board of the UN’s A.I. for Safer Children initiative, which she helped to establish, as well as the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) Accelerator. Aoukar holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Riad Armanious
Riad is a serial entrepreneur that strives to empower the fight for health as a human right with a focus on Africa. He heads the Eva group which is one of the leading pharma and personal care organizations in the MENA region. Riad is an active member in the YPO (Young Presidents Association), Vice chairman of the Egyptian Industrial Chamber of Pharmaceuticals, founder and former president of the Association HBS alumni in Egypt. Moreover, Riad is the founder and a member in the "T20" foundation, a non-governmental organization that focuses on utilizing the knowledge of highly educated youth to develop people for social and economic improvement. Riad has a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Cairo University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Rima Assi
Rima Assi is a Senior Partner with the Middle East Office of McKinsey & Company and Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Abu Dhabi office. Rima advises leading governments in the Middle East on public finance to drive large-scale social and economic transformation, and is a major champion for women’s empowerment across the region. Rima is a key speaker on the power of gender parity at several fora including the Global Women’s Forum Dubai and GITEX Tech conference. She has authored several articles on the power of gender parity in Newsweek Middle East and more recently on more powerful approaches to ensuring value in public finances.

Abid Badil
Abid Badil is CEO of UX Systems and a leading Moroccan entrepreneur in technology. He specialized in mechanical engineering in France after graduating high school but dropped out after the first year of his Master's degree to support his family. He worked for the French company Pages Jaunes, overseeing various web projects. In 2015, he started UX Centers with a few teleadvisers, growing the company to the fourth largest outsourcing company in Morocco. Deeply engaged in associations and community life, he was elected Senator for the Region of Casablanca in 2021. He is also Vice-President of the Region of Casablanca, Morocco’s largest urban area.

Loulwa Bakr
Loulwa led a notable career in corporate finance and investment banking spanning 15 years, and culminating with heading the investment banking division of Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia. As an industry pioneer, she participated in various CMA committees that reviewed regulations at the inception of the CMA, and led some of the landmark transactions in Saudi capital markets. Loulwa also advised and arranged the financing, restructuring, and growth through mergers and acquisitions, and most significantly, secured access to capital markets, for top tier corporations.
In 2015, she started her journey in venture capital by founding EduNation, an advisory business that supported regional EdTech startups, which grew into Chrome Advisory, a leading investment advisory firm active in the venture capital industry in Saudi Arabia and the region. She is also a partner at Global Ventures, a leading venture capital asset manager with a focus on global emerging markets.
In addition to being recognised as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2011, she is currently an independent member of the board of directors of Reyl Finance (MEA), an independent member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of Jahez (Saudi Arabia) and a member of the advisory board of Columbia University’s Global Centers (Amman). Loulwa holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the Graduate School of Business of Columbia University in the City of New York.
