Miguel Medina

Minister of Investment, Office of the President of Honduras, Honduras

Miguel is a young public leader that is currently the Minister Investment and the Executive Secretary of the National Investment Council. Before joining the Government of Honduras, Miguel worked as a General Manager for the second largest gas retail company in Honduras and Guatemala. He was also the Director of Corporate projects for Grupo Montecristo, a Honduran family owned conglomerate with investment in renewable energy. Miguel has a MBA from Georgetown University; and a bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership from the University of Dallas.

Dedicated to youth health and youth empowerment nationally and internationally. 2006, appointed Special Representative for UNAIDS. 2008, invited by UNAIDS to participate in strategic planning of the future AIDS response, and also focused on HIV/AIDS at the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. 2015, co-founded the Maverick Collective with Kate Roberts (Senior Vice-President, Population Services International); Melinda Gates joined as co-chair. The Maverick Collective aims to engage other women to use their voice, intellectual and financial resources, to improve women's health worldwide and help end extreme poverty. Patron, Norwegian Red Cross. Member, Global Agenda Council on Healthy New Generation, World Economic Forum. Involved with developing and supporting new models of health interventions to address the most critical health issues for youth, specifically for girls. Also focused on strengthening youth leadership, through participation as Member of the Board, The Crown Prince and Crown Princess' Fund, which aims to empower youth in Norway. Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir

Second Chief Prosecutor, Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore

Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir is a Legal Service Officer who presently serves as Second Chief Prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers. He holds adjunct teaching positions in various institutions and was General Editor of “Criminal Procedure Code of Singapore: Annotations and Commentary”. He is a keen advocate of education-related initiatives who has received the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award for his work in developing educational scholarships for lower-income students. He is a member of the MUIS Appeal Board, and has also served on numerous high-level committees, including the Committee on University Education Pathways Beyond 2015 and the Eldershield Review Committee. He was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2016 and was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2014. A graduate from the National University of Singapore and Harvard Law School, Faizal was appointed Senior Counsel in 2020.

Nomasonto Evelyn Motaung

Nomasonto Evelyn Motaung is a distinguished South African politician currently serving as Deputy Minister in the Presidency. Elected MP in 2019 at the age of 33, she quickly rose to prominence as one of the youngest MPs in South Africa. Motaung actively contributed to discussions and decision-making processes on the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry. Her dedication to public service and notable achievements have garnered respect, establishing her as a prominent figure in South African governance.

Lelise Neme Sori

Director-General, Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority, Ethiopia

Lelise Neme, Director-General of the Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority, has embarked on a remarkable journey marked by a rapid ascent to leadership. She has served as Commissioner of the Ethiopian Investment Commission. Neme’s leadership potential blossomed early, when she was a student at Jimma University. Aged 24, she was CEO of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) in Ethiopia. Prior to her IPDC tenure, she was Director-General of the Oromia Industrial Development Agency and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Oromia Industrial Park Development Corporation. Neme consistently demonstrates her capability and drive as a leader, remaining undeterred by challenges. She showcases her ability to thrive in high-stakes environments with resilience and proficiency.

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is Minister of Information and Member of Parliament. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, and serves on the Finance and Constitutional Committees of Parliament.

Daniel Noboa Azín

President of Ecuador, Office of the President of Ecuador, Ecuador

Daniel Noboa, the youngest President in the republican history of Ecuador.
The President of the Republic, Daniel Noboa Azín, assumes the leadership of the National Government at the age of 35. He is the youngest president of republican Ecuador and of contemporary Latin America.
He studied Business Administration at New York University's Stern School of Business and has three international master's degrees: Business Administration at the Kellogg School of Management, Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, and Governance and Political Communication at George Washington University.
His professional experience began at the age of 18 with the creation of several companies, including DNA Entertainment Group, a real estate and logistics company dedicated to event organization. He also worked at Noboa Corporation, becoming the youngest Shipping Director in the company's history.
He was a legislator in the National Assembly. In his first candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic, he was elected on 15 October 2023 with 52.1% of the votes. Ecuadorians elected him to lead a democratic proposal that favors consensus and will concentrate its efforts on protecting dollarisation, reducing unemployment, boosting competitiveness, economic growth, and citizen security.

As heir to the Norwegian throne, has a broad range of national and international engagements. Youth leadership, global development and the oceans are issues particularly close to heart. United Nations Development Programme Goodwill Ambassador since 2003, focusing in particular on the Sustainable Development Goals. Co-Founder of Global Dignity and actively engaged in The Crown Prince and Crown Princess’s Humanitarian Fund, which supports projects for young people at risk and aims to strengthen youth leadership. Every year, leads Norwegian delegations abroad to strengthen bilateral relations within trade and industry, science and humanitarian fields. Has also represented Norway in the United Nations. Over several years, has had a special interest in the role of technology and how innovation can contribute to move the world forward. Clare O'Neil

O'Neil is the Shadow Minister for Financial Services and Shadow Minister for Justice in Australia's federal parliament. She is a Fulbright Scholar, a Harvard graduate, a published author and former Mayor and Councillor in the City of Greater Dandenong.

Walter Pacheco

Chief Executive Officer, Angolan Stock Exchange, Angola

Pacheco was raised in Angola but lived most of his life in Portugal and the United Kingdom, where he finished his higher education. Mr Pacheco holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and Economics and a Master Degree in International Finance (with distinction, first in his class). He started his career as a FX trader at the Standard Bank of Angola. As the former Head of Market Development at Angolas Capital Markets Commission, in 2014, Mr Pacheco oversaw the establishment of Bolsa de Dívida e Valores de Angola(BODIVA) - the Angolan Stock Exchange - which changed the landscape of the financial system in Angola, fostering investment and long-term growth. In 2014, while Mr Pacheco was Executive Director, Bodiva launched two secondary public debt trading markets (a treasury securities registration market and a wholesale treasury securities market). He was General Director of the Debt Management Office at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Angola before serving as CEO of the Angolan Stock Exchange.
