Cynthia Wu is a business executive, nonprofit leader and philanthropist. She began her career in financial services as an investment analyst at Merrill Lynch in London. She moved back to Taipei to work for her family business, the Shin Kong (SK) Group, which was founded in 1945 and has several areas of business including financial services, real estate, energy, retail, health care and security. Rising in the ranks to become Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at Shin Kong Life, Cynthia now oversees transformation planning, human resources and business development into ASEAN countries. As Executive Director of the SK Life Foundation she has won several national awards, including the National Civic Service Award for the best NGO in Taiwan and also started a local social enterprise which is now expanding their operations in Asia.
She studied for her BA at Wellesley College, her MBA at London Business School, and her MA at the Courtauld Institute of Art. She serves a board member on several companies in SK group and was also a U.K. trustee of the Institute for Philanthropy and the international board member of The Philanthropy Workshop. Cynthia has been named as one of China’s 100 outstanding female entrepreneurs, and is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.

Peter Würtenberger is Executive Vice President at Axel Springer (Europe’s leading digital publisher).
Previously Peter held positions as CEO of UPDAY for SAMSUNG, CMO of Axel Springer SE, responsible for growing print and digital advertising revenues, as CEO of the WELT Newspaper Group and as CEO of BILD.T-Online. Before Axel Springer he served in various management positions at Yahoo! and Bertelsmann.
Peter holds a degree in Business Management from Cologne University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. From 2008 to 2012 he was an active member of the Group of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum, Davos, Switzerland. In 2013 he spent 10 months on a digital research project in Palo Alto, Silicon Valley, in order to support Axel Springer’s digital transformation. In his free time he enjoys music, contemporary arts and sports.
Werner Wutscher is a Member of the Board of resPACT, the Austrian Business Council for Sustainable Development. He also works as consultant and business angel in the start-up area. Wutscher scouts interesting start-ups around the world and serves as a facilitator for start-up ventures. As an angel investor he focuses on e-commerce and retail. He also serves as director on different boards in Austria, Mumbai and Amman. Werner was COO and CFO of Rewe International. Prior, he worked as Secretary-General of the Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management of Austria, and he served as a special adviser to the Minister for Agriculture and in a public company. Wutscher is Vice-President of the Ökosoziales Forum Europe and President of the National Park Hohe Tauern. He was awarded “Business Angel of 2012” and is Member of the Board of the Austrian Business Angel Association. Wutscher obtained a law degree from Karl-Franzens University in Graz and holds a Master's degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Weiwei Xing is a Partner at Bain & Company. Based in Hong Kong, she leads the Asia consumer products practice with a particular focus on Greater China. Beyond her work at Bain, Weiwei devotes her expertise to advising non profits in operational improvement, strategic planning and fundraising.
Xuemei SUN, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of IFENG.com, Initiator of "Girls protection" and Chairman of Beijing All-in-One Public Welfare Foundation, is a long-devoted pioneer in Chinese child protection development area. Prior to her current roles, she served as a journalist for the Beijing Times, and Editor-in-chief of the philanthropy channel of IFENG.com. On June 1, 2013, she united 100 female journalists and several media organizations to launch a public welfare project “Girls Protection”, which upgraded to a special fund in 2015. In 2018, she further developed the "Girls Protection" team into the Beijing All-In-One Public Welfare Foundation, with a firm long-term commitment to preventing sexual assaults against children and adolescents, spreading sex education knowledge, promoting the dissemination of gender equality concepts, and ultimately improving Chinese legal systems and institutions on child protection.
By the end of March 2022, more than 10,000 volunteer lecturers had passed the assessment of "Girls Protection" in 31 provinces across the country, more than 6.1 million children 700,000 parents had been taught face-to-face anti sexual assault courses, online courses cover tens of millions of people. In 2018, based on “Girls Protection”, the Foundation launched new sex education course "Embrace Adolescence" for adolescents, which was taught face to face to around 150,000 teenagers by the end of March 2022.
For 9 consecutive years, she organized and held a symposium of Representative members of the National People's Congress and the Chinese Political Consultative Conference (NPC & CPPCC) of the "girls protection" and issued the investigation report on sexual assault case statistics and anti sexual assault education to promote the improvement of laws and systems.

Xue Peng is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FlashEx (Shansong), a delivery company that has provided short-distance and intercity courier services since 2014. After Xue graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London, he went back to China and started FlashEx in 2013. He has avoided direct competition in the heated delivery market with giant players on domestic or international delivery by focussing on intercity delivery only, thus opening an entire new market in the industry. FlashEx is now a leading player in the field.
Yuito Yamada is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, serving as Asia’s co-leader and Japan’s leader for McKinsey Sustainability, the firm’s global client service platform to help all industry sectors achieve net zero emissions by 2050. In this role, his influence and activities span topics as broad as sustainability transformation, portfolio decarbonization, and green business globalization, particularly in support of the Global Energy & Materials practice (covering players in the power, chemicals, materials, and agriculture sectors), the Financial & Banking practice (serving the world’s largest financial institutions on sustainability topics) and the Public Sector practice. After an adolescence that spanned Singapore, New York, and London, Yuito returned to Japan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University. He has also earned a postgraduate certificate in sustainable business from the University of Cambridge and expects to earn his master’s degree in sustainability leadership from the same institution.

Luhui Yan, Founder and CEO of Carbonstop, Master of Science in Computer Science at Oxford University, Expert Reviewer of the UNIPCC, Representative of China at UNFCCC Climate Change Conference for eight consecutive years, Deputy Secretary General of China Low Carbon Economic Committee. As China’s first carbon management software and consulting service provider, Carbonstop was founded in March 2011 by Luhui Yan. In the past ten years, leading Carbonstop, Mr. Yan has provided carbon management software and consulting solutions for over 1,000 enterprises and organizations, including 100 Fortune global 500 companies and top global organizations, such as Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, JD, KFC, Zara, Chanel, SKP, Vanke, Starbucks, ByteDance, Meituan, Hillhouse, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, China Coal, etc. In the Internet field, Luhui Yan led the project “Green Packaging and Logistics” and “Ant Forest” for Alibaba.

Mr. Yan Yanovskiy is a Co-Founder of FRIENDS Charitable Foundation, Founder and Managing Partner of First Nation Société Bancaire, a leading multi family office in Eastern Europe. Previously, Yanovskiy was Head of Corporate Finance Projects at Central Europe Trust, Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance at Rosbank, and Managing Director, Head of Investment Strategy and Member of the Board at the United Industrial Corporation (OPK). He also served as a Member of the Board of OPK Mining and OPK Development as well as Hediard SA in France. Yanovskiy received a BA in Economics (summa cum laude) and an MBA in Finance and Management from Fordham University in NYC, and a Master's in International Management (with distinction) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Founding Curator of WEF Global Shapers Community and member of WEF Expert network.
