Hussam Hammo is the CEO and Founder of Tamatem Games, a leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region. The company boast 150 million game downloads, with 3 million monthly active users and over 50 published games. Tamatem collaborates with international game developers worldwide to provide the best mobile games and entertainment to Arabic-speaking individuals.

Hussam, a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience, embarked on his venture with Tamatem in 2013. His vision was to develop games that authentically reflected the native language and rich culture of the Arab region. Being an avid gamer himself, Hussam keenly observed the glaring absence of Arabic content in the mobile gaming industry. To bridge this gap, Hussam created Tamatem Games to develop easy-to-understand games that resonated with audiences. Hussam is part of the Entrepreneurs Organization EO and Endeavor Global network.

Before Tamatem, Hussam had extensive work experience. He kicked off his career in 2006 as a product manager at d1g.com, an interactive user-based portal for Arab online users. Following his time at d1g, Hussam moved on to become a product manager at Maktoob.com an Arabic internet portal and online platform. Hussam co-founded one of Maktoob’s most popular products Faye3.com. Faye3.com was the first ever all-Arabic social network with over 1 million users. Maktoob was acquired by Yahoo for $175 million in 2009.

After the acquisition, Hussam chose to quit working as a full-time employee and pursue his dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. In 2009, he co-founded Wizards Productions, a game studio that developed online browser-based games. Although the company had a successful track record, the prematurity of the industry in the region led Hussam to eventually close down the studio and focus on a different strategy for mobile games.

Despite the closing of Wizards Productions, Hussam continued to believe in the Arabic mobile games market and was persistent in creating content that was relevant to a region of 400 million native Arabic speakers. In 2013, Hussam’s idea of publishing and localizing international mobile games in the Arabic-speaking market was seen as a potential success by California-based accelerator ‘500 Startups’ and Tamatem received its first acceleration opportunity to be sent to Silicon Valley and began its journey of publishing the best Arabic mobile games.

Bicheng Han is the founder and CEO of BrainCo. He is dedicated in the research and application using the technology of non-invasive brain-computer interface (BCI). Bicheng found BrainCo in 2015, while he was pursuing his PhD degree at Harvard Center for Brain Science. The company has now grown into a world-leading brain-computer interface (BCI) company and the first unicorn among all BCI companies in the world. Their technology has been applied in multiple fields to help people with different needs, from neurological diseases like ADHD, Alzheimers, and Autism, to prostheses that help people with disabilities regain control over their body. For his work in BCI, he was awarded the “MIT Tech Review China 35 Innovators under 35”. Their product was selected as “Best inventions of the year” by TIME magazine.

Han Cong, a Chinese pair skater, alongside partner Sui Wenjing, boasts an illustrious career. They clinched the 2022 Olympic gold and the 2018 silver, securing two world championships and three world silver medals. Their historic feat at the Beijing 2022 Games set a Guinness World Record for the highest total score in pairs’ figure skating (239.88). Beyond the podium, Han engages in impactful philanthropy and sports outreach. Visiting schools and organizing charity events, he amplifies the Olympic spirit’s influence. His dedication, resilience and sporting achievements make him a remarkable figure, contributing significantly to the global recognition of figure skating.

With a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master's Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Hussain has held several significant leadership roles within Aramco and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the past 14 years. An engineer by training, he has an innate ability to adapt, build inclusive networks, and lead people from a variety of professions and backgrounds; from engineers to power operators to communications professionals to arts, cultural and museum curators, demonstrating that he is talented, diverse and highly well-respected no matter the situation he is faced with. Hussain currently serves as the Director of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Between 2021 and 2022, he was selected by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Culture to lead the Saudi Pavilion project as Commissioner-General during the World Expo 2020 held in Dubai. He was the Kingdom's Expo 2020 chief diplomat, promoting the country's rich history, heritage, and culture. Very importantly, he played a crucial role in fostering a better understanding of the Kingdom and the qualities of our people. In addition to his roles at Ithra and the World Expo in Dubai, Hussain has provided trusted thought leadership throughout his career at Aramco. He has served as Aramco's Head of Media Relations and has held many leadership and technical roles within the operations and electrical power system business.

Mr. Jin He co-founded MAIMAI, the China-based profession service and social-networking platform in 2013. MAIMAI has been leading for years in China profession social market with over 120 million users. Mr. He is passionate about building up the energizing and improving work environment for the workforces and bringing more opportunities for the society. Mr. He is YGL 2020 from China. Rebecca Heller is Director of the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) and is a clinical lecturer at Yale Law School. Here inspiring humanitarian work includes advocating for refugees to claim their rights and find resettlement. Heller has received numerous awards in recognition of her work, including The Charles Bronfman Prize, a Skadden Fellowship, an Echoing Green Fellowship, a Gruber Human Rights Fellowship and a Dartmouth College Martin Luther King Jr. Emerging Leader in Social Justice Award. She was also named one of the Christian Science Monitor’s 30 under 30 change-makers and is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Jussi Herlin works and learns at KONE Corporation – a global leader in People Flow solutions and a pioneer in creating sustainable urban life through better vertical mobility and more efficient construction – as Executive Vice Chair of the Board. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2007 and in the present position since 2014. Previously Jussi was a Strategy Development Manager in the Strategy and Market Intelligence team of KONE.

In 2012 Jussi graduated as M.Sc.(Econ.) in Management and International Business Communication from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki. Jussi also holds Board positions in Security Trading Oy, Holding Manutas Oy, Tiina and Antti Herlin Foundation, Kaskas Oy, Technology Industries of Finland and Confederation of Finnish Industries.

Dr. Zhengyu He is the CTO at Ant Group and leads the Group’s technical infrastructure. His current focus of work is on building a financial-grade cloud-native computing platform for Ant. Dr. He strongly believes security and reliability, more now than ever, have to be the core of the technical infrastructure for financial institutions to ensure business continuity, while continuously improving user experience and satisfaction. Under his leadership, Ant has evolved to the fifth generation of its technical infrastructure, serving ~1.3 billion users of Ant and its global partners worldwide. Dr. He holds a Ph.D. from the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. He also received master's and bachelor's degrees respectively from the Beijing Institute of Technology.

She has received various awards, including St. Gallen Symposium Leaders of Tomorrow, Forbes Japan "Entrepreneur Ranking 2020" BEST10, Woman of the Year 2019 Innovative Entrepreneur Award, and Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award 2019 New Generation Award. She has also been a keynote speaker at AWS Summit 2019, Milken Institute Japan Symposium, 45th Japan-ASEAN Management Conference, Bloomberg The Year Ahead Summit 2019, and etc. She was appointed to a member of the IT Strategy Office, Cabinet Secretariat and a special member of the Tax Commission, Cabinet Office in 2020. She has been an expert member of the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy, Cabinet Office; a member of the New Economic and Industrial Policy Subcommittee, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry; and an expert member of the Council for Realizing New Capitalism, Cabinet Secretariat in 2021. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. She is the mother of three children.

Frederic Hoffmann devotes his time to supporting entrepreneurs in both non-profit and commercial organisations. He specialises in sustainability strategy, and enjoys working on innovative, systemic, and cross-sectoral projects. He serves on multiple boards and chairs Unearthodox, a systems accelerator at the intersection of people and nature. He is a WEF Young Global Leader.

Perry Hollowell has over 15 years in the financial services industry and a passion for investing for profit and purpose. As the Head of Equities and Sustainable Investing at CFI Partners, he oversees public and private equity impact strategies aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the integration of ESG best practices across the firm’s fixed income and equity portfolios.

In his prior role as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, Perry managed over $750 million in equity derivative strategies. While at Guggenheim, Perry was instrumental in establishing the firm’s Social Justice Initiatives Operating Committee, which seeks to invest in and support minority-owned businesses. Before Guggenheim, Perry was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s internal hedge fund, Principal Strategies. As a portfolio manager specializing in global macro investment strategies, he invested across asset classes and the capital structure of companies.

Perry has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in econometrics and statistics from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is a charterholder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Market Technician (CMT), Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA), and EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) designations. Perry has also completed the CFA Institute’s Certification in ESG Investing, the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification, and is an IFRS Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA) credential holder.

The World Economic Forum has recognized Perry as a Young Global Leader in 2022. He is an alumnus of the Robert Toigo Foundation Fellowship and a 40 Under 40 honoree.

Perry currently serves on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic Chapter, the Smithsonian’s D.C. Regional Council, and the Smithsonian's Anacostia Community Museum. He is an advisor to Silver Lining Finance, which believes there is no better risk than small businesses and Beyond the Billion (launched as the Billion Dollar Fund for Women). In his spare time, Perry enjoys struggling through boxing workouts, staying on his wife’s good side, and teaching his son how to be a kind human being.

Sven Holstenson has been a Managing Partner of the Pictet Group since May 2023. He is responsible for the Pictet Asset Services and Technology & Operations divisions. In addition, Sven is Chairman of the Executive Committee of Banque Pictet & Cie SA.
Before being named Managing Partner, Sven was Equity Partner and Head of Europe for Pictet Wealth Management.
Prior to joining Pictet in 2012, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co.
Sven holds a Master’s degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
