Katie is chief investment officer of Public Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this role, she leads the Fundamental Equity and Quantitative Investment Strategies businesses. Katie is a member of the Firmwide Client and Business Standards Committee and the Asset Management Executive Committee. She is also on the Board of Advisors of Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ $1 billion investment strategy which aims to increase access to capital and facilitate connections for women, Black, Latinx, and other diverse entrepreneurs and investors.
Most recently, Katie served as co-head of the Fundamental Equity business. She previously worked in the firm's London office, where she led several businesses for 10 years. Katie was also co-head of the Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) Group, managing multi-asset class portfolios and serving on the GPS Investment Committee. She joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in 2002 and was named managing director in 2011 and partner in 2016.
In 2015, Katie was honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. She has also been named as one of the Top Women in Asset Management by Money Management Executive and the Financial Times HERoes list, which recognizes champions of women in business.
Katie is on the Board of Directors of TIFF Advisory Services, Inc. which serves the investment needs of the nonprofit community. She is a member of the Governing Board of Directors of the Robert Toigo Foundation, which works with leaders at organizations to create and implement high-impact solutions that drive inclusion and diversity. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Patton Veterans Project and is a member of the University of Notre Dame's Wall Street Leadership Committee.
Katie earned a BA, magna cum laude, in English and Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.
Silvana is the President and Founder of Women Political Leaders (WPL), the worldwide network of female Politicians. Its mission is to increase the number and influence of women in political leadership.
Silvana served as Vice-President of the European Parliament (2009-2011) and Member of the European Parliament (2004-2014).
Before her time in politics, Silvana founded and ran a public affairs consultancy in Brussels, which later merged with a larger US firm. Silvana worked as Senior Special Advisor for EY, and as a Senior Policy Advisor for GPLUS Europe.
In addition to her work for WPL, Silvana serves on the board of the Council of Women World Leaders, the network of female Presidents and Prime Ministers. She is a member of the senior network of the European Leadership Network (ELN), and a Board Director of the Social Progress Imperative, and represents the European Union since 2016 in the Executive Committee of W20, an official engagement group of the G20. In 2019 UN Women invited Silvana to join the Leaders of Generation Equality campaign, and lend her voice, impact, and power to supporting Generation Equality from the launch on September 25th, 2019 throughout 2020. In 2018 and 2019 she has been ranked as one of the 100 most influential persons in gender equality by apolitical. Silvana is a regular speaker at institutions such as the UN, OECD, World Bank and other international fora. Silvana is a Young Global Leader Alumni of the World Economic Forum.
Andrey Kolodyuk is a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor, founder and managing Partner in AVentures Capital.
He started his entrepreneurial career in New York in 1992 and eventually has founded and built over 10 companies in IT, telecom, internet and media some with $1B in revenues.
In 2012 the new fund was launched — AVentures Capital, focused on early stage IT startups with the focus on global market with technology teams based in Ukraine and CEE. AVentures Capital portfolio consists of more then 20 companies such as Petcube, Augmented Pixels, nuPSYS, VoX, StarWind Software, TeamFusion, Spin.io,Ciklum and others.
In August 2014 Andrey has initiated a foundation of UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association) and in November, 2014 was selected as Chairman of the board still serving.
Andrey was elected as Young Global Leader (from Ukraine) of the World Economic Forum in 2008.
Masami Komatsu is President and Chief Executive Officer of Music Securities, a Japanese crowdsourcing company that provides micro-investment platforms that connects individual investors and local business in Japan, including raising funds for a leading Japanese hip-hop artist, a sake brewery, professional sports teams and local companies, while expanding business collaborations with local banks. Music Securities set up Securite Disaster Area Support Funds following the Great East Japan Earthquake, which raised more than $10 million from 29,000 people to support damaged companies in earthquake-hit areas. The company also offers micro-financing loans in Cambodia and Vietnam, and recently worked with Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) on a project that supports farmers in Peru. Komatsu was a professional drummer and composer. He has a degree in accounting and law from the Waseda University Graduate School of Finance in Japan.
James M. Kondo
James Kondo is Chairman of International House of Japan, an independent foundation committed to fostering international dialogue and understanding.
Kondo is also President of Asia Pacific Initiative, Co-Chair of Silicon Valley Japan Platform, and Visiting Professor at Keio Medical School.
Previously, Kondo was Vice President of Twitter Inc and Chairman of Twitter Japan. He was also Special Advisor to the Cabinet Office of the Japanese Government and a consultant at McKinsey.
Within the World Economic Forum, Kondo was selected a Young Global Leader and serves as Co-Chair of World Economic Forum Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Japan. Kondo also co-founded Table for Two, a global initiative launched at Davos to simultaneously address global hunger and obesity.
Kondo studied at Brown University, graduated from Keio University and Harvard Business School, and was a Yale World Fellow.
Rajamanohar Somasundaram is the CEO and Co-Founder of AquaConnect, a full-stack aquaculture technology platform. Around 5 million Indian farmers and coastal communities depend on shrimp & fish aquaculture, where traditional farming practices prevents them in achieving production efficiency and improving farm income. Aquaconnect works with Indian Shrimp and Fish aquaculture farmers to improve their farm productivity, market linkage and formal financing access through Deep learning/AI technology and remote sensing intervention.
He became a ‘TED Fellow’ in 2009 for his accomplishments in ‘Mobile4Good’ initiatives in emerging markets. World Economic Forum has named him among “Young Global Leader in 2012” in recognition of the leadership and contribution in the field of mobile communication and information services. In 2016, he was offered Draper Hills Fellowship at Stanford's Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law for his work on technology interventions for inclusion. In 2019, He was awarded '40 UNDER 40 Ecosapien' by The New Indian Express for the promotion of sustainable aquaculture practices in Asia. He holds a graduate degree from IIT Kanpur, India.
Joseph Konzelmann is Global Head of the Client and Capital Formation Group for TPG, USA. Prior to this, he was Managing Director and Senior Sovereigns Strategist at Goldman Sachs. Konzelmann advises leading sovereign funds and institutions on their investment portfolios and geopolitical risk. Prior to his career in finance, he served in the US Government, focused on Middle East affairs.

A four-time Olympic gold medalist in speed skating for Norway, Johann Koss is Founder Right To Play International, an organization committed to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and their communities through the power of sport and play. Johann is currently an investment partner, investing in growth impact companies and start ups from the Nordic region. Johann has served as a director of several public and private companies from real estate, retail, industrial and shipping companies. Koss has a medical degree from the University of Queensland Medical School and received his MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. He has been awarded honorary doctorates from Carleton University, University of Calgary, Agder University and the Free University of Brussels.
