Anderson Tanoto is Managing Director and Member of the Executive Management Board of RGE, a group of world-class companies in resource-based manufacturing industries operating in Indonesia, China, Brazil, and Canada, with over $30 billion in assets and a workforce of over 60,000 people. He is also a member of the executive committee of Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL), one of the largest pulp and paper producers in the world. As a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tanoto Foundation, Tanoto has led various foundation initiatives and is a keen philanthropist focused on and passionate about leadership development and poverty alleviation. He was formerly a consultant at Bain & Company and holds a BSc in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lucian Tarnowski, Founding Curator, United Planet & UP.Game

Lucian is spent 2 years designing a platform for a planetary unifying narrative to respond to the crisis of meaning and trust. This mission is to deliver on the decade of transformation and seed the vision for a Planetary Civilization in harmony with all life. Lucian has a decade of experience in designing and powering online communities that connect diverse stakeholders around a shared purpose. Communities support virtual and distributed teams to scale and achieve their collaboration, knowledge sharing and problem-solving goals. For 10 years he was Founder & CEO of BraveNew which enabled Fortune 1000 clients such as GE, and collaboratives such as Institute for Healthcare Improvement and Geinsinger Health to cooperate and collaborate around a shared purpose.
Lucian has been honoured as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum. He has been an active attendee of Davos and other World Economic Forum meetings for 14 years. He continues to research and experiment around the social science behind communities, knowledge sharing and societal transformation.
Since 2002, he has run Take Heart India, a 53-year-old no overheads charity started by his father that provides blind and handicapped people in rural India with the vocational employment skills to required to get lifelong employment.
He has spoken at gatherings such as Davos, various World Economic Forum meetings, TEDx, The China Digital Summit, Impact Summit and for companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Oracle, Pearson, IBM and PWC. He speaks to audiences around the world about communities and the convergence of talent, knowledge and capital and the impact on society.
Founder and CEO of the London-based Granito Group, a company that advances the sustainable economy through strategy consulting, financial advisory, and policy & research. The Group has collaborated with multiple financial organizations (institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, regulators) in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America to enable their transition to a sustainable economy. In 2022 the Group won the “Best ESG Financial Advisory Firm” (Ethical Finance Awards) and the “Most Pioneering Thought-Leader in PE Investment & ESG Strategies 2021” (M&A Awards).

From 2011 to 2014 served as Head of the São Paulo State Government's Office of Foreign Affairs.
His academic path includes the universities of Harvard (Senior Research Fellow), Columbia (Research Fellow on a postdoc grant), Gothenburg (Ph.D.), and California, Berkeley (Visiting Research Fellow). Author of 4 books, including “Paradiplomacy: Cities and States as Global Players” (Oxford University Press).
He was nominated Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (2017), and StartUp Portugal Ambassador (2018). Columnist at Folha de S.Paulo (Brazil) and Expresso (Portugal).
Sue Anne Tay
Sue Anne Tay is Managing Director, Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO for HSBC Asia Pacific, focusing on Greater China.
She was previously Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff for Singapore where she served on the local Executive Committee. Before Singapore, she was based in London as Director with the Group Strategy team, and in Shanghai where she worked on the bank’s organic business strategy in-country and subsequently led the bank’s planning and business implementation of its rural banking business in China.
In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she serves as Global Co-chair of HSBC’s Employee Resource Group Generations, focused on driving multi-generational engagement across the Bank.
Sue Anne is a World Economic Forum (WEF) Young Global Leader and an Asia Fellow of the Schmidt Futures International Strategy Forum. She is on the Board of Young China Watchers, a network of 5,000 China-focused young professionals across Asia, Europe and the US as future China thought leaders.
Dylan E. Taylor
Dylan Taylor is Chairman & CEO of Voyager Space, a leading global space exploration firm. Dylan is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a Young Global Leader of the WEF. Dylan has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA with Honours in Engineering.
Teh Hua Fung
Hua Fung Teh is the Co-Founder and Group President of Group ONE Holdings (ONE). He co-leads the company’s management team with a focus on group strategy, global partnerships and capital markets.
Prior to ONE, Teh was a Principal at global private equity firm TPG Capital (TPG), and was responsible for the origination, execution and portfolio management of growth and late-stage investment deals in Southeast Asia. He also served on TPG’s China and US teams. Before TPG, Teh was an aviator with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and held leadership positions both at the RSAF and at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, where he served as the Ministry’s Formula One (F1) Project Team Leader. In this role he helped secure the F1 Grand Prix hosting rights for Singapore and coordinated efforts between government agencies and the private sector to execute the first night race in F1 history in 2008.
Teh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MEng and BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he was a member of the men’s varsity basketball team. A Taekwondo black-belt holder, he was selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2015, and sits on the board of the Singapore Art Museum (SAM).
Founder, JetSetGo, India's largest personal air mobility business. JetSetGo is a customer-centric venture aimed at revolutionizing the personal air mobility space in the region. It was conceptualised to bring efficiency and transparency into an otherwise opaque industry systematically having helped aircraft owners, governments and corporations change the way they travel. JetSetGo now has ventured into SkyShuttle. The SkyShuttle vision is to create a transportation platform for inter- and intra-city air connectivity, on-ground infrastructure mapping and development to enable Urban Air Mobility, enabling multimodal point-to-point last-mile connectivity and supporting the regulatory transition as well as development of a more autonomous air traffic management ecosystem. Named to BBC's 100 most inspiring women in the world list, Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia. Recipient, Women Transforming India award 2017 by the United Nations and Government of India, National Entrepreneurship Award by the Government of India. Passionate about empowering and enabling women and works closely with various organizations supporting women from various walks of life.
Ms. Natznet Tesfay leads the Economics and Country Risk Analysis group, which has over 150 experts around the world forecasting the economic, sovereign risk and granular country risk outlooks for 206 countries and geographies as well as comparative performance of over 80 industries and consumer markets globally. Natznet’s areas of focus include geopolitical competition, emerging market debt vulnerabilities, energy transition and global supply chain re-alignment. For over a decade, Ms. Tesfay led Africa analysis group, developing the regional risk indicator and horizon scanning infrastructure, drawing on a range of methodologies such as geospatial analysis, influence mapping and scenario modelling techniques. Natznet supports business growth in emerging markets, advising C-level executives on market entry and risk management, and governments on leveraging their natural resource potential for sustainable economic growth. She regularly speaks in major media outlets, and at high-level conferences. Previously, she had advised on the development of free trade zones, foreign policy and the mining sector in the Horn of Africa. Ms. Tesfay’s degrees include a BA in Government from Harvard University and a MSc in Urbanization and Development from the London School of Economics.
Piyush Tewari is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SaveLIFE Foundation (SLF), a nonprofit organization committed to saving lives on roads in India and beyond. SLF is best known for getting India a Good Samaritan Law and for developing an award-winning model for reducing fatalities on Indian highways.
Tewari holds an MPA from Harvard and is a recipient of the prestigious Rolex Award for Enterprise. In 2019 he was recognised as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. Piyush is also an Ashoka Fellow, an Echoing Green Fellow, a Rainer Arnhold Fellow, and a DRKF Entrepreneur. He has been featured by The New York Times, National Geographic and Time Magazine, among others. In 2016, he was recognised by GQ as one of Most Influential Young Indians.
Prior to founding SLF, Piyush served as the Managing Director of the Calibrated Group, a US-based private equity fund. Piyush quit the private sector to establish SLF following the tragic road crash death of a child in the family. Piyush has also served as a Program Manager with the India Brand Equity Fund, an initiative of the Prime Minister of India.
Ashish J. Thakkar
Ashish is a celebrated serial entrepreneur and philanthropist. He started his first business in 1996 at the age of 15 with a $5,000 loan. Since then, Ashish and his family have driven the growth of the company from a small IT business in Uganda to the globally recognized multi-sector investment group that exists today. Through its businesses and investments, the family now created a presence across 26 African countries in sectors spanning technology, manufacturing, real estate and financial services. Ashish is passionate about enabling, empowering and inspiring young entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs. In 2009, he launched the families Foundation to foster and support emerging entrepreneurs through mentorship, Mara Mentor is a free online global platform that connects emerging entrepreneurs with business leaders and industry experts. The family's vision is to create a self-sustaining Africa through entrepreneurship.
Fagun Thakrar is a critically acclaimed actor, writer-director, founder, CEO, social entrepreneur, activist and global ambassador.
Fagun began her education studying Medicine at the University of London Medical School and went on to study a range of disciplines to Master’s level. Fagun has an MBA from the University of Cambridge, Masters in Acting from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in the UK and Film Directing from the US.
As an actor Fagun has appeared in several Hollywood and international films and has starred alongside Academy Award winners. Her films have been released in cinemas internationally, have been selected in festivals and have won awards. Fagun’s focus is cinematic roles with strong intellectual social-impact content that encourages positive global change.
As a writer-director Fagun further explores the power of storytelling through film to create meaningful content. Her expertise and passion lie in developing films which shine a light on critical issues. Fagun’s vision is to establish a pioneering film studio which focuses on creating purpose-driven films with the potential to change peoples lives globally.
As an activist, Fagun is involved in local level and global non-profit work with children, girls, women and the health sector. Fagun supports initiatives focused on global health and well-being. She is a certified Yoga and Meditation expert, and she regularly shares her expertise with people from disadvantaged children to world leaders and national presidents.
Fagun is the Global Ambassador and spokesperson for many non-profits, including The Women’s Brain Project. Building on her experience in this field, Fagun founded her own non-profit, The Creatively Inspired Life Foundation that is dedicated to empowering young people through creativity.
Fagun currently lives and works between the UK and the US. The aim in all of her work and passions are to inspire people, improve lives, and help effect positive change across the globe.
