Gwenaelle Avice Huet joined Schneider Electric in March 2021 as Senior Vice-President in charge of Corporate Strategy. She worked for the past 11 years at ENGIE in various positions, her last one being Executive Vice President of ENGIE in charge of the Global Renewables Business Line, and President and CEO, ENGIE North America. Gwenaëlle began her career with the French government joining various ministerial offices as an advisor to the Secretary of State for European Affairs, and later to the Minister of Energy. She holds a Bachelors degree from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de cachan, an agrégation in Chemical Physics, and an Engineer Degree at the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussees
Ronit Avni is a tech and media entrepreneur and Peabody award-winning producer. She is founder and CEO of Localized, a career tech platform that connects college students and recent graduates in emerging markets to industry experts and employers looking for top talent, drawing on diaspora networks to serve as virtual career community at scale. Localized serves business and engineering students from Tunis to Bangalore. Ronit was twice named a “New Power Woman in Tech” by DCA Live.
Previously, Ronit founded and led the media organization Just Vision, which creates documentary films, news analysis and public education campaigns in the Middle East and North America. She has won dozens of media prizes globally, including the Puma Creative Impact Award, and her team’s work was featured in nearly every major news outlet and viewed by tens of millions of people on TV, online and in influential settings from TED to the United Nations.
Named a Young Global Leader through the World Economic Forum in 2009 and a 2018 Halcyon Fellow, Ronit sits on the jury of the MacArthur Foundation’s 100 & Change Competition and the Global Teacher Prize.
Ronit began her career at WITNESS.org, which advises activists and technology companies on the ethical and strategic uses of video and digital technology for social impact. She co-edited the book, “Video for Change - A Guide for Advocacy and Activism” with WITNESS and now sits on the WITNESS Advisory Council.
Ronit has been recognized with a variety of honors, including the King Hussein Leadership Prize, Search for Common Ground’s Common Ground Award, the Circles of Change Award, Auburn Seminary’s Lives of Commitment Award and the Trailblazer Award from the National Council for Research on Women.
Asli Ay is CIO of Lioness Capital, a policy and political event-driven hedge fund based in New York, focusing on developed and large emerging economies, with a US bias. Lioness runs a discretionary thematic portfolio, where each theme is expressed in liquid exchange-traded instruments that include equities (single stocks, ETFs, and equity indices), fixed income, futures, commodities and currencies. Risk management is a core component of the
investment process and is managed at position, theme and portfolio levels. Asli is the former Managing Partner of US Policy Metrics, a policy advisory and research firm for hedge funds. This follows her experience for almost a decade at UBS as Senior Client Relationship Director in the CEO's office, covering the largest client and/or transactions globally, where she developed a rare blend of policy expertise, an ability to analyze complex business problems, and a range of global economic policy and regulatory issues. Asli began her career at Schlumberger International, working in Egypt, India, Venezuela and Trinidad &Tobago. She later worked for Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager running a flagship brand with US$ 100 million-plus revenue at the age of 25. Ay has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in Turkey. She holds various financial licenses in the United Kingdom and in United States and is a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst.
Nick Ayers is one of America’s leading public policy and business strategists. At 37 years old, he has forged a successful career in business and served at the highest levels of the United States government. Most recently, Nick served in the White House as Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff to the Vice President. While at the White House, Nick helped shape the administration’s most important and high-profile initiatives, from space policy to tax policy to foreign policy, including the U.S. posture toward China and the relocation of the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
Today, through Ayers Neugebauer & Co., Nick invests in and advises organizations in healthcare, entertainment, financial services and business services. Nick recently partnered with Insight Venture Partners to acquire Veeam Software, where he now serves as a member of Veeam’s board of directors. Previously he helped build one of the Nation’s most successful media and digital buying firms.
Time Magazine named Nick one of the “40 most influential people in politics under the age of 40” and The Wall Street Journal called him a “political prodigy.” In 2019, the World Economic Summit nominated Nick to join the forum as a Young Global Leader. He received a Bachelor of Political Science degree from Kennesaw State University. Nick is the proud husband to Jamie and exhausted father of seven-year-old triplets, Charles, Mary Floyd, and Talton.

Dr Dawood Azami is an award winning senior journalist and academic with a quarter century of working experience. As a Multi-Media Editor in the BBC World Service (London), he leads a team of journalists in covering international news and current affairs.
Dawood is also an Associate Fellow at The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), London, contributing to research and analysis of geopolitical and international security and development issues.
He also served as the BBC World Service Bureau Chief and Editor in Kabul, Afghanistan (2010-2011) where he was responsible for the editorial management of the Bureau and leading a large team of journalists and supporting staff.
He was a Visiting Lecturer/Scholar at the University of Westminster (London) and The Ohio State University (USA) teaching on both BA (Globalization, Power and International Governance) & MA modules (International Politics of Resources) as well as Culture and Politics in the greater Middle East.
Dawood obtained his Ph.D. in the field of Politics and International Relations/Security. His PhD looked at conflict and state (un)building and investigated the impact of drugs on the strength, motivation and ideology of insurgent groups in four countries – Afghanistan (Taliban), Colombia (FARC), Turkey (PKK) and Sri Lanka (LTTE).
He also holds three Master's in various fields including Politics, International Relations, International Security, Science, Law and Diplomacy.
He has won several national and international awards and prizes. In 2009, he won the BBC’s “Global Reith Award for Outstanding Contribution”, the biggest and lifetime achievement award in the BBC. He was selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum, Geneva, in 2011. In 2012, he was selected as a Young Leader in Europe under the first pan- European programme of leadership called ’40 under 40’. In 2015, he was given "Journalist of the Mediterranean (Giornalisti del Mediterraneo)" Award in Italy.
He has visited more than 30 countries and participated as a speaker in more than a hundred international conferences/seminars on a wide range of topics including politics, security, international relations, media and governance.
He is also a member of a number of international academic and professional initiatives.
Dawood speaks five languages (Pashto, Dari/Persian, Urdu/Hindi, and English) and has a working knowledge of Arabic and Turkish. He paints and practices calligraphy and writes poems and short stories in three languages.
Muhammad Hammad Azhar
Muhammad Hammad Azhar is a member of Pakistan's centrist political party known as Tehreek-e-Insaf. He is one of the youngest federal ministers in the country and has shown commitment to maintaining dialogue and integrity across political lines.
Shiho Azuma was born in Japan, in 1982. She obtained a MS in Aerospace engineering from Arizona State University. In 2009, she entered the Graduate University for Advance Studies as a Ph.D student to study space and astronautical science in JAXA, where she researched Magnetic Plasma Sail. However, right after admission, she lost her father by unexpected death. Because of economic reason caused by it, she dropped out of the university before getting a Ph.D. She worked for JEOL resonance which is the company of manufacturing, development & research of scientific and metrology instruments. She was engaged in development of the next generation of NMR in both development and production divisions After that, her husband who had researched medical ultrasound diagnostic/treatment system as a professor in Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tokyo, invited her to launch business to develop an innovative ultrasound diagnostic system for breast cancer. Shiho founded Lily MedTech, Inc. in 2006, to save young ladies, mothers and their families with her personal motivation that she lost her mother to cancer when she was a high school student. Lily MedTech, Inc., has fund-raised about 20 Million USD so far.

In 2012, founded Capaxia, taking learnings from working with blind people developed a highly successful new approach to lower the impact of our bias designing an inclusive, empathetic and human centered recruitment and development of talent model called: First I hear you then I see you, based on implementing blind interviews, back-to-back, by which recruiting officers can go beyond their own unconscious biases and identify the true potential of future employees for a better match to job roles, better development of their talent and potential within organizations and ultimately promotion to roles that are satisfying to them and benefit their employers. Zulfikar Ali Bader
Mr. Bader is a Business, Social, Political and Knowledge Entrepreneur and currently working as a Litigation, Corporate and Human Rights Lawyer in his father’s law firm, the Bader and Bader Law Associates and also active in the national politics affiliated with Pakistan Peoples Party and had contested the General Election in 2008.
Mr. Bader has earned Bachelors in Economics & Political Science, Business Administration and degree in Law from the University of Punjab. He also earned the degree of MBA (IT) from the National College of Business Administration and Economics and MBA with major in Marketing, International Business & Management and Business Administration from Ashland University Ohio USA. Mr. Bader also earned the degree of LLM. Mr. Bader has specialized in Global Leadership and Public Policy of 21st century from Harvard University John F Kennedy School of Government.
Mr. Bader, CEO of Jehangir Bader Institute of Vision and Leadership (JBIVL) is working to launch and erect a Leadership Institute aimed to develop and mentor the new class of leadership community from different sectors of the society focused on to create an impact with a difference for sustainable development in the country in all sectors of the country.
Mr. Bader has actively served as the Vice Chairman of SAARC Young Entrepreneur Forum for the last many years since 2010 and is also the life member of the SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) Chamber of Commerce (SCCI). Mr. Bader alongside being an executive member at the Pakistan Industrial Alliance Foundation, He has served as the Chairman of Young Entrepreneur Development Committee at the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Convener Youth Development at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a founding member of the World Punjabi Organization (Pakistan Chapter), Mr. Bader represented Pakistan as a special observer for the American Presidential Elections in 2008 and represented Pakistan in CPC’s conference for the South Asian young future leaders conference in 2011.
Mr. Bader is currently the Chairman of Lahore High Court Bar Association standing committee on Foreign Relation, Diplomatic Affairs and Embassies Liaison. Mr. Bader is honored with title as the Young Global Leader (YGL) from the World Economic Forum in 2015.
