His academic path includes the universities of Harvard (Senior Research Fellow), Columbia (Research Fellow on a postdoc grant), Gothenburg (Ph.D.) and California, Berkeley (Visiting Research Fellow). Author of 4 books, including "Paradiplomacy: Cities and States as Global Players" (Oxford University Press). Sue Anne Tay
Sue Anne Tay is Head of Strategy & Planning for HSBC in Singapore. She works closely with the CEO and businesses to develop and execute HSBC's strategic vision and business development plans for Singapore. Priorities include growing Singapore as an ASEAN hub; capturing international flows, infrastructure-related opportunities and sustainable finance opportunities; scaling up SME business; investing in digital capabilities; growing the domestic retail business, and scaling up Singapore as offshore wealth hub.
Tay has spent a decade in diverse roles across HSBC's China and Group operations. Most recently, she served as HSBC's group strategy lead for RMB (renminbi) internationalization, where she helps to design and implement the bank's RMB business strategy across its global network. She was also based in Shanghai for over five years driving China's organic business in mainland China and executed strategic projects.
As a champion of next-generation thought leadership, Tay also co-leads Young China Watchers (YCW), a non-profit whose mission is to foster a network of 5,000 China-focused young professionals across Asia, Europe and the US as future China thought leaders. In a personal capacity, she has launched research platforms ShanghaiStreetStories.com and ChinainCentralAsia.com, which have been featured in the Financial Times, the Guardian and Asia Society, among others.
Through her roles as WEF Young Global Leader and Global Director for Young China Watchers, she has been actively engaged on issues close to her heart including China's evolving global role, ASEAN economic development, sustainable finance and female leadership in private/public sectors.
Dylan E. Taylor
Dylan Taylor was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute in 2014. Dylan has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA with Honours in Engineering.
Teh Hua Fung
Hua Fung Teh is the Group President of ONE Championship. Together with the CEO, he leads the company day-to-day with a focus on strategic, commercial and media partnerships, as well as international expansion.
Teh was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chairman, Greater China of the company. In that role he was responsible for finance, human resources, corporate development, media rights and digital partnerships. He also oversaw the company’s Greater China business. Prior to ONE, Teh was a Principal at global private equity firm TPG Capital (TPG), where he was a senior member of the Southeast Asia investment team. He also served on TPG’s China and US teams. Prior to TPG, Teh was an aviator with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and held leadership positions both at the RSAF and at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, where he was a key member of the team that brought the Formula One Grand Prix (F1) to Singapore and organized the first night race in F1 history in 2008.
Teh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MEng and BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he was a member of the men’s varsity basketball team. A Taekwondo black-belt holder, he also sits on the Global Steering Committee of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and is a member of The Forum of Young Global Leaders at the World Economic Forum.

Founder, JetSetGo, India's largest personal air mobility business. JetSetGo is a customer-centric venture aimed at revolutionizing the personal air mobility space in the region. It was conceptualised to bring efficiency and transparency into an otherwise opaque industry systematically having helped aircraft owners, governments and corporations change the way they travel. JetSetGo now has ventured into SkyShuttle. The SkyShuttle vision is to create a transportation platform for inter- and intra-city air connectivity, on-ground infrastructure mapping and development to enable Urban Air Mobility, enabling multimodal point-to-point last-mile connectivity and supporting the regulatory transition as well as development of a more autonomous air traffic management ecosystem.
