David Frederik von Rosen-von Hoewel
David von Rosen-von Hoewel is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VONROSEN, a Berlin-based by-invitation-only luxury fashion label. Previously, he founded and ran CareerConcept in Munich, a market leader in Germany for higher education financing. He studied at Northwestern University in Chicago and at the European Business School in Frankfurt. He also undertook a PhD programme at the University of Economics in Prague.

Hitesh Wadhwa
Hitesh is a seasoned Enterprise Technology, Sales & Business leader at Google Cloud. In his role, he leads growth and adoption of Google Cloud with large enterprises in Central US. His work revolves around bringing Technology in the forefront, especially Cloud, AI/ML, Quantum Computing, etc for large Enterprises, and communities around.
Before Google, Hitesh worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as 'Principal, Enterprise Sales' for one of the fastest growing territories in the region to scale AWS adoption with large and medium enterprises.
Prior to AWS, he worked as a Vice President at Tech Mahindra, the IT arm of the Mahindra group, where he rans various strategic accounts and initiatives in the Telco, Media & Entertainment (CME) vertical and grew Tech Mahindra's revenues by $100Mn+ through organic & in-organic growth. He was part of Tech Mahindra's Global Leadership Cadre and Shadow Board program, and ran various impact programs panning across digital transformation, diversity, culture and sustainability.
In his 17+ years of work experience, he has led teams, scaled businesses, ran strategic initiatives and managed various Fortune 500 customer accounts such AT&T, Facebook, Verizon, Oracle, UnitedHealth Group, WarnerMedia, Rakuten and iHeartMedia etc.
Hitesh believes Technology can solve world's biggest problems if used in the right way. At Tech Mahindra, he served a leadership position as part of the CME vertical, a $2.5B+ business annually. He was chosen for the company's "Shadow Board" (https://bit.ly/2WdSLrs) program twice, which is a highly selective and rigorous program (only 6 people out of 130K+ employees make it every year to shadow the board of directors). As part of that, Hitesh was instrumental in a) defining company's vision for 2024; b) running initiatives to help TechM be an organization with purpose, and a company that practices inclusiveness in all aspects of diversity; c) building a strategic roadmap on how to strive during Covid-19; d) globally representing Mahindra as a brand for millennials; e) building an effective talent supply chain management and optimizing resource utilization.

Dominic Wadongo
Dominic Wadongo is the Group Head of Operational Risk at Equity Group Holdings, overseeing operational risk management across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is also in charge of driving the operational risk management in non-banking subsidiaries, which include Equity Investment Bank, Equity Insurance, Equity Group Foundation and Finserve. The scope encompasses driving the integrated operational risk management framework covering operational risk, IT and cyber risk, business continuity management, fraud risk, data privacy and protection, and security. Previously, Wadongo was Acting Chief Risk Officer and Head of Enterprise Risk at the National Bank of Kenya, where he ensured an effective risk management framework covering key risk areas in the company. Before joining National Bank of Kenya, Dominic started his career at Standard Chartered Bank of Kenya (SCBK) in 2007 where he worked for six years. He was the Senior Operational Risk Officer, in Global Shared Services Centre Africa. He graduated from the University of Nairobi with an MBA in 2015. He also has a BSc in Wildlife Management from Moi University. Wadongo is currently pursuing professional certifications in operational risk management (PRMIA) and Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). He is also a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

David Alexander Walcott
David is a Medical Doctor (MD., Ph.D. MSc.) and Entrepreneur with over 10 years experience as a Founder, Operator and Consultant to several businesses in the Caribbean & Latin America. Professionally, he is committed to attracting world-class healthcare resources into emerging markets through Novamed, a healthcare & real estate investment firm that actions best-practices and global insights through its portfolio companies. His firm invests in and develops hospitals, clinics, health technologies & commercial real estate. He is currently building a google campus’-type Smart business district in the first such commercial change-of-use project in the Caribbean, as well as a smart hospital on the legs on the first such acquisition in the English-speaking Caribbean. His work in healthcare has been recognized by Forbes, World Economic Forum, the United Nations and the IMF and his firm led the largest private donation of PPE into the Caribbean and has completed extensive public & private sector projects in emerging market healthcare. He is also Founding Partner of The Visionaries’ Summit & My Destination Experience, knowledge & opportunity exchange platforms designed to attract investment into the Caribbean convening a community controlling US$140 billion in equity that has seeded over US$300 million in investments in the region. A Rhodes Scholar, his academic profile includes Oxford, INSEAD & Harvard and he is the previous Co-Chair of the Global Shapers’ Covid-19 Steering Committee, and Young Global Leader & a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council.

Andrew Wales
Managing Director at Accenture. Global Lead new sustainability services and sustainability integration.

Jimmy Wales
Internet and technology entrepreneur Jimmy Wales, is founder of the online non-profit encyclopaedia Wikipedia and co-founder of the privately owned Fandom.com. Wales serves on the board of trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit charitable organisation he established to operate Wikipedia. In 2019, Jimmy launched WT Social - a news focused social network. In 2006 Jimmy was named in Time magazine’s ‘100 Most Influential People in the World’ for his role in creating Wikipedia.

Lisa Walker
Lisa Walker recently left BG Group (now part of Royal Dutch Shell) where she served as Vice President for Environment & Climate Change to become CEO of start-up Ecosphere+. Lisa worked in the oil and gas sector for >17 years, closely involved in all aspects of climate change strategy development & implementation, public policy formation, sector coalition building and low-carbon business development. She was a driving force behind the UK Emissions Trading Group, the CCAC Oil & Gas Methane Partnership (which she Co-Chaired), the Sustainable Gas Institute and the CEO-led Oil & Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI). Lisa helped BG Group secure multiple industry awards for sustainability. Before BG Group Lisa held various roles at BP including Director of the BP Carbon Ventures corporate-VC fund. Lisa successfully secured capital for many innovative investments in sustainable land-use and forestry, low-carbon technologies and b io-energy, including first-of-their-kind deals for the private sector such as the World Bank’s Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF). Lisa is a mother of four and originally from New Zealand.

Richard Walker
Richard Walker is the managing director of Iceland, the United Kingdom grocer specializing in frozen foods. Iceland was founded in 1970 by Walker's father, Sir Malcolm Walker. Walker took over as managing director in August of 2018 and has led the retailer's concerted charge against the use of plastics and palm oil in the grocery sector. Previously, Walker was managing director of Iceland Food’s sister brand the Food Warehouse and Iceland’s director for sustainability. Iceland has been at the forefront of driving sustainability initiatives in the retail industry, which includes the frozen food chain’s commitment to eliminating plastic packaging for all own-brand products within five years and, most recently, a pledge to remove palm oil from the ingredients in all its products by the end of 2018.

Tiffany Xingyu Wang
Tiffany Xingyu Wang is an award-winning founder, operator and investor who focuses on building an ethical web3. She leads the way in defining and elevating the industry of digital safety. Identifying the urgent need for industry collaboration on safety initiatives as the social web evolves into the metaverse, Tiffany co-founded Oasis Consortium, a non-profit organization that launched the first comprehensive User Safety Standards for web3.0. She is also currently the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Spectrum Labs, a contextual AI platform created to build a safer internet. Spectrum Labs protects billions of users from harassment, toxicity, and abuse in online communities. As a keynote speaker and expert at the intersection of AI and Trust & Safety, she has been featured and published in TIME, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fast Company, Protocol, Digiday, VentureBeat and more. She also sits on the Digital Safety Coalition committee at the World Economic Forum, hosts the Brand Safety Exchange podcast, a destination for digital user safety thought leaders, and created the first-of-its-kind course on Trust and Safety partnering with Linkedin Learning. Tiffany is also an advisor and investor in blockchain and quantum computing companies. She is also a venture partner at Tribe, a Singapore government-backed blockchain accelerator. She holds two USPTO patents in machine learning applications on marketing. Her previous roles span tech and global investing.

Wang Guan
Wang Guan is a the host and executive producer of Leaders Talk on China Central Television (CCTV) and China Global Television Network (CGTN), under China Media Group (CMG). From 2011 through 2019, Wang was the network's Chief US Correspondent based in Washington DC, where he covered US-China relations from the White House and the State Department. He has interviewed over a hundred world leaders. With 3 million followers on social media, he is one of the most influential Chinese journalists on international affairs. He has appeared on PBS News Hour, BBC, RT and Al Jazeera, and spoke at events at the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, China's State Council, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Harvard University, Columbia University, etc. He is a Young Leader of the National Committee on US-China relations, and an “Asia 21” Young Leader at Asia Society. As a former junior footballer, sprinter and national public speaking champion, Wang Guan is also a youth icon in China, avidly promoting athleticism, oratory skills and globally-mindedness among the younger generation.

Wang Wen
Bioengineer, entrepreneur and designer. Research focuses on biointerface, involving interdisciplinary studies that combine the knowledge of biotechnology, advanced materials, and design. Vision is to fill the gap between research and real-world applications by enabling easy to access technology and more affordable products. Has been working on numerous research and commercial projects, for instance, producing therapeutic proteins and small molecule drugs with novel processes, making sustainable biofuel from waste, removing sulphur from diesel, and fabricating innovative healthcare/household products using biological living materials. Recent research focuses on innovative materials to enhance well-being, such as functional and shape-shifting food. Work has been recognized by the media (Washington Post, CNN, Discovery), academia (Science Advances, JACS, ACM-CHI), and the public (through exhibitions at Centre Pompidou, Ars Electronica).
