David Alexander Walcott

Founder and Managing Partner, Novamed, USA

David is a Medical Doctor (MD., Ph.D. MSc.) and Entrepreneur with over 10 years experience as a Founder, Operator and Consultant to several businesses in the Caribbean & Latin America. Professionally, he is committed to attracting world-class healthcare resources into emerging markets through Novamed, a healthcare & real estate investment firm that actions best-practices and global insights through its portfolio companies. His firm invests in and develops hospitals, clinics, health technologies & commercial real estate. He is currently building a google campus’-type Smart business district in the first such commercial change-of-use project in the Caribbean, as well as a smart hospital on the legs on the first such acquisition in the English-speaking Caribbean. His work in healthcare has been recognized by Forbes, World Economic Forum, the United Nations and the IMF and his firm led the largest private donation of PPE into the Caribbean and has completed extensive public & private sector projects in emerging market healthcare. He is also Founding Partner of The Visionaries’ Summit & My Destination Experience, knowledge & opportunity exchange platforms designed to attract investment into the Caribbean convening a community controlling US$140 billion in equity that has seeded over US$300 million in investments in the region. Tiffany Xingyu Wang

Chief Trust and Marketing Officer, OpenWeb, USA

An award-winning marketer and social entrepreneur, Tiffany Xingyu Wang’s deep technological understanding, digital trust stewardship and marketing prowess have positioned her at the nexus of the future of media, corporate ethics and the emerging community economy.

She currently serves as the Chief Marketing & Trust Officer of OpenWeb – a role that reflects her leadership in the field. The leading community engagement platform powers over 3,000 publishers and brands and is leading the way in creating trusting spaces for healthy conversations and diverse, engaged communities in the Web3 era. At OpenWeb, Tiffany Xingyu oversees marketing as well as the entire trust and safety P&L and is working closely with the company’s vast partner networks to scale market-leading best practices.

Tiffany Xingyu is also the President and Co-founder of Oasis Consortium. As part of the nonprofit created to define a digital sustainability model for businesses, she launched first-of-their-kind User Safety Standards for Web3, minting industry-backed consensus on digital safety early in the Web3 revolution and earning interest from TIME, MIT Technology Review and more. The momentum continues with over 20 platforms, including Roblox, Pandora, Grindr, Fandom, The Meet Group and Together Labs, pledging to the standards.

Tiffany Xingyu’s pioneering approach to marketing, innovation and advocacy serves as a model for future leaders looking to drive positive change at a global scale. She’s democratizing access to critical digital trust and safety knowledge through a first-of-its-kind LinkedIn Learning course for brand leaders. Active with global organizations that are elevating the dialogue around the future of media and the web, she is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders program, the Atlantic Council’s Trust & Safety Taskforce and a board member of AdCouncil.

Prior to joining OpenWeb, Wang was the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Spectrum Labs, a leading contextual AI platform that keeps over 1 billion users safe online. She also holds two USPTO patents in machine learning applications for marketing.

Tiffany Xingyu stays abreast of blockchain and quantum computing technologies through investments and advisory board roles. She’s also a venture partner at Tribe, a Singapore government-backed blockchain accelerator, where she leads investor relations in the US.

Her leadership continues to be acknowledged within the industry and the global business community. She was recently on the cover of Adweek’s first edition of 2023 in the “Year of the Tenacious CMO” feature and her work has been highlighted in leading publications including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Digiday, and VentureBeat. Wang Guan

Host and Senior Journalist, Leaders Talk, China Central Television (CCTV) and China Global Television Network (CGTN), China Media Group, People's Republic of China

Wang Guan is a the host and executive producer of Leaders Talk on China Central Television (CCTV) and China Global Television Network (CGTN), under China Media Group (CMG). From 2011 through 2019, Wang was the network's Chief US Correspondent based in Washington DC, where he covered US-China relations from the White House and the State Department. He has interviewed over a hundred world leaders. With 3 million followers on social media, he is one of the most influential Chinese journalists on international affairs. He has appeared on PBS News Hour, BBC, RT and Al Jazeera, and spoke at events at the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, China's State Council, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Harvard University, Columbia University, etc. He is a Young Leader of the National Committee on US-China relations, and an “Asia 21” Young Leader at Asia Society. As a former junior footballer, sprinter and national public speaking champion, Wang Guan is also a youth icon in China, avidly promoting athleticism, oratory skills and globally-mindedness among the younger generation.

Ricardo Weder

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, JUSTO, INC., Mexico

Ricardo Weder is an entrepreneur and promotor of the technological ecosystem in Mexico and Latin America.
He is the Founder and CEO of Jüsto, a company that seeks to transform the Retail and Consumer Industry in LATAM through technology and fair practices; with operations in Brazil, Peru and more than 300M USD received in investment.
Previously, he was the COO and Global President of Cabify. There, he was a key player in its growth and expansion strategy, from having a small operation to becoming a tech Unicorn valued at 1.4B USD with presence throughout Latin America, in more than 120 cities.
He is an independent Board Member of Principal Financial Group in Mexico; part of the investment committee of Nazca, the leading Venture Capital in Mexico; a member of the advisory board of Engen and Tip, as well as of various technology startups. He is also an Angel Investor in more than 30 startups and one of the first investors in 5 unicorns.
In 2021 he was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and was previously a member of its expert network and a founding member of its Global Vanguards Community. In 2020 he was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur and in 2021 recognized as a member of its Outliers community.
In his professional career, he has collaborated with companies in the Financial Sector such as HSBC, J.P. Morgan and PWC.
Born in Mexico, he is an Industrial Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and has an MBA from the University of Mannheim, Germany, with a stay at the CUHK University of Hong Kong. In addition, he is certified by Endeavor's Innovation and Growth program at Stanford University

Wei Ying

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Deja Vu, People's Republic of China

Prior to Déjà Vu, Ying Wei was the head of marketing at Xianyu, China's largest C2C secondhand platform at Alibaba (NYSE: BABA), and Zhihu (Nasdaq: ZH), China's largest social network platform dedicated to questioning and answering. With rich experience in marketing practices, she has always been a super lover of secondhand goods. Ying Wei deeply believes in the power of such scalable and profitable second-hand businesses, hoping to realize a higher utilization rate of social resources through a "business-for-good" way. Recycling offers people a new way to purchase good-quality products at lower prices instead of cheap fake ones. Meanwhile, it makes a significant environmental impact in protecting our earth, especially since the fashion industry is the 2nd largest polluter in the world. In the past five years, the books and clothes recycled by Déjà Vu have achieved over 85,000 tons of carbon reduction. In the future, Déjà Vu seeks to expand its recycling categories, from books and clothes to all consumer goods, offering a new life for each pre-loved item.

Silvia Wiesner

Consultant, Leadership Advisory, Egon Zehnder, Germany

Silvia Wiesner is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice, leveraging her many years of marketing, sales, and general management experience in the consumer goods industry across various European markets to develop bold ideas and identify ideal solutions for clients. She excels at shaping visions and inspiring others, aided by her multicultural background and command of several languages. Silvia is also passionate about driving diversity, equity and inclusion on executive and board teams. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Silvia spent 17 years in marketing, sales, and general management roles at Unilever, most recently in Brussels as the Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg. Prior to that she was based in Hamburg where she held the position of General Manager and Vice President for Marketing in the food category in German-speaking countries.
Silvia earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Graz in Austria while spending an exchange year in the USA. She furthered her education with courses at Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD, and the Corporate Governance Institute. Outside work, Silvia drives gender equity in decision-making roles in Europe as a member of the executive committee of European Women on Boards and has been identified by BeyondGenderAgenda as “one of the top 100 women for diversity” in Germany and selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. She also belongs to the LEAD Europe network, the Club of European Female Entrepreneurs, and the Corporate Governance Institute in addition to mentoring for the EMEA Fellowship Program of the Marketing Academy and nushu Female Business and providing strategic advice to IMAGINE (cofounded by Paul Polman).

Kiah Williams

Co-Founder and Managing Director, Supporting Initiatives to Redistribute Unused Medicine - SIRUM, USA

Kiah Williams is Co-Founder and Managing Director of SIRUM, a non-profit social enterprise that drives the future of healthcare by connecting people with surplus medications. Prior to SIRUM, Williams helped create the Alliance Healthcare Initiative, a public-private partnership spearheaded by the American Heart Association and Clinton Foundation that engaged Fortune 500 companies to expand healthcare benefits for 2 million children. Her work at SIRUM has been recognized by Forbes 30-Under-30 and Marie Claire's America's 50 Most Influential Women. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University.

Gareth Wong

Head, Group Strategy and Projects; Head, Indonesia Urban, Sembcorp Industries Ltd, Singapore

Gareth is currently Head, Group Strategy & Projects in SembCorp Industries Pte Ltd. Seated in the office of the Group President & CEO, Gareth is responsible for streamlining the Group’s strategic plans and key initiatives as a leading energy and urban solutions provider. He is also concurrently the Head of the Group's industrial & urban developments portfolio in Indonesia.

Headquartered in Singapore, Sembcorp is a Temasek Portfolio Company and a global expert in energy transition and sustainable development. Sembcorp has a balanced energy portfolio of ~20.5GW, with 13GW of renewable capacity comprising solar, wind and battery energy storage systems. The company also has a proven track record of transforming raw land into sustainable urban developments, with a project portfolio spanning over 14,000 hectares across Asia.

Prior to joining SembCorp, Gareth was the Founding CEO of Mitbana Pte Ltd, a joint-venture fund management company of Mitsubishi Corporation and Surbana Jurong.

Gareth is a member of the WEF’s Forum of Young Global Leaders. He also sits on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Singapore and is a member of the Urban Land Authority’s (URA) International Panel of Experts.

Gareth holds a BSc. in Economics (First Class Hons, Dean’s List) from University College London, and a MSc. in Political Science from Columbia University in the City of New York

Weiwei Xing

Partner, Bain & Company Inc., Hong Kong SAR, China

Weiwei Xing is a Partner at Bain & Company. Based in Hong Kong, she leads the Asia consumer products practice with a particular focus on Greater China. Beyond her work at Bain, Weiwei devotes her expertise to advising non profits in operational improvement, strategic planning and fundraising.

Yuito Yamada

Partner, McKinsey & Company, Japan

Yuito Yamada is a Partner at McKinsey & Company, serving as Asia’s co-leader and Japan’s leader for McKinsey Sustainability, the firm’s global client service platform to help all industry sectors achieve net zero emissions by 2050. In this role, his influence and activities span topics as broad as sustainability transformation, portfolio decarbonization, and green business globalization, particularly in support of the Global Energy & Materials practice (covering players in the power, chemicals, materials, and agriculture sectors), the Financial & Banking practice (serving the world’s largest financial institutions on sustainability topics) and the Public Sector practice. After an adolescence that spanned Singapore, New York, and London, Yuito returned to Japan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University. He has also a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge in Sustainability Leadership from CISL (Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership).

Charles Yang Zhaoxuan

Independent, People's Republic of China

Charles Zhaoxuan Yang has served as So-Young International Inc.'s independent director since May 2019. Mr. Yang is the chief financial officer of NetEase, Inc., NASDAQ: NTES, and a director of KANZHUN LIMITED (NASDAQ: BZ). Before joining NetEase, Inc. in 2017, Mr. Yang was an executive director of the China technology, media and telecommunications, and corporate finance team at J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited based in Hong Kong and worked there for almost a decade. Mr. Yang holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong and a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University with majors in Economics and Mathematics. Mr. Yang is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Michigan.

Luhui Yan

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Carbonstop, People's Republic of China

Luhui Yan, Founder and CEO of Carbonstop, Master of Science in Computer Science at Oxford University, Expert Reviewer of the UNIPCC, Representative of China at UNFCCC Climate Change Conference for eight consecutive years, Deputy Secretary General of China Low Carbon Economic Committee. As China’s first carbon management software and consulting service provider, Carbonstop was founded in March 2011 by Luhui Yan. In the past ten years, leading Carbonstop, Mr. Yan has provided carbon management software and consulting solutions for over 1,000 enterprises and organizations, including 100 Fortune global 500 companies and top global organizations, such as Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, JD, KFC, Zara, Chanel, SKP, Vanke, Starbucks, ByteDance, Meituan, Hillhouse, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, China Coal, etc. In the Internet field, Luhui Yan led the project “Green Packaging and Logistics” and “Ant Forest” for Alibaba.
