Niklas Adalberth, the unicorn entrepreneur behind payment start-up Klarna, donated $125 million to found the Norrsken Foundation, a tech-for-good ecosystem for social impact entrepreneurs daring to tackle societies biggest challenges. Norrsken currently houses 125+ companies in Europe's largest impact hub in Stockholm and is opening up Africas largest hub for entrepreneurs in Kigali Rwanda. Norrsken Foundation have also launched different impact funds in Europe and Africa.

Pam Chan, Managing Director, is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Direct Private Opportunities (DPO) at BlackRock. She is Chair of the Direct Private Opportunities Investment Committee and Chair for the BlackRock Impact Opportunities (BIO) Fund Internal Investment Committee. She is also a member of BlackRock's firmwide Global Operating Committee, the Alternatives Executive Committee, BlackRock's Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee and the BIO Executive Investment Committee. Ms. Chan's service with the firm began in 2012. She co-founded Alternative Solutions (predecessor group to Direct Private Opportunities) in 2013 and prior to becoming CIO of that group, she served as a senior portfolio manager and primary deputy to the CIO. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms. Chan worked as a senior research analyst for the Financial Stability Board, as a Senior Investment Associate at Bridgewater and as a member of the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., first as an investment banker and subsequently, in their Capital Markets group, focused on private placements and structured finance. Ms. Chan was recognized in 2020 by the World Economic Forum ("WEF") as a Young Global Leader and presented at Davos in 2022. Additionally, she is a member of the WEF's Women in Finance community and has been appointed to the Global Future Council on the Future of Responsible Investing. She was previously nominated as a WEF Global Shaper in 2012, serving as curator for the New York City hub in 2014. He transformed a technology start-up, Electro Power Systems, into ENGIE Eps, and then to NHOA: a top five global player in Energy Storage, a European leader in e-Mobility thanks to the JV with Stellantis (STLA:PA), and the developer of the largest EV fastcharging infrastructure in Southern Europe, Atlante, a fast and ultrafast charging network enabled by renewables and energy storage.
Guglielminotti has been co-founder of two other successful startups: Blackshape Aircraft and Restopolis, now TheFork (TripAdvisor).

Elisha London is an entrepreneur and global mental health advocate. She is an advisor to leading global companies, brands, and influential individuals on mental health and regularly speaks and writes on the global mental health crisis and the role of the private sector.

She established Prospira Global in 2021 to respond to the growing business demand for strategic advisory and support on mental health strategies, in particular for businesses needing custom support to meet this demand across borders.

Across her career Elisha has established a number of national and global initiatives, and worked for organisations including the UK Department for International Development, PWC, the Overseas Development Institute and The World Bank. She was the founding UK Director of the Global Poverty Project (now “Global Citizen”), and following her own personal experience of mental ill health she was appointed as Campaign Director for the Head Together Campaign, spearheaded by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

In 2017 Elisha drew upon her experience to understand the huge gap that exists in addressing mental health around the world and brought together the team to establish United for Global Mental Health. She was UnitedGMH’s first CEO until 2021 and now supports the organisation as Founder and Advisor to the Board.

She holds an MBA from TRIUM (NYU New York, LSE London, HEC Paris), and an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics.

Elisha Co-Chaired the Global Futures Council on Neuro technologies in 2019 has been a regular member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Futures Council on Mental Health. In 2020 she was honoured for her leadership in 2020 when she was appointed as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.

Caroline leads the public policy team at Chainalysis, drawing on their unique data analytics and tools to work with clients from the public and private sectors to understand developments in digital asset markets and their intersect with global regulatory trends and requirements.

Caroline was previously the founding Head of the OECD's Global Blockchain Policy Centre, from 2018 to 2021, working on a diverse range of blockchain-related policy issues, such as fintech, competition policy, data governance, and supply chain transparency. In 2019, she co-led the Financial Stability Board’s workstream on decentralised fintech, and also established the OECD’s Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board, bringing together more than 100 experts from across the world in government, industry, academia and civil society. In 2020, Caroline was named a “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum, and was a judge in the G20 techsprint hackathon. In 2022, she was a finalist in the Global Australian Awards.

Caroline's career began as a lawyer to the Australian government before she joined the OECD in 2010, to work on international tax transparency issues. She went on to set up the OECD-UNDP Tax Inspectors Without Borders initiative and then became the advisor to the OECD’s Head of Tax during the OECD/G20 BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) Project. During this time, Caroline became more interested in the impact of emerging technologies on policy frameworks and began the first global study of the tax treatment of digital assets.

The first in her family to attend university, Sanna Marin became the youngest Prime Minister in Finnish history and the world’s youngest female state leader. She has encouraged new approaches to the future of work, social services and gender equity in her country and the world.

Atika Rehman is a journalist with over a decade of experience working as a reporter and editor in Pakistan. She is now based in the UK, where she is the foreign correspondent for Dawn, a widely respected English daily in Pakistan. Atika covers a breadth of local and international stories. She reports on Pakistani politics and the sizeable British Pakistani community in the UK and covers major developing stories such as Brexit, the elections and landmark court cases. Previously, she was the Managing Editor of Dawn.com, Pakistan's highest traffic English news site which has a digital audience of 90 million a month. Currently, Atika is also the Deputy Editor at The Third Pole, a digital publication which covers Asia's water crisis and its effects on migration, food security and livelihoods. Her work has earned both national and international recognition. Atika is a 2019 Acumen Fellow.

Ludovic Subran leads economic research at the largest insurer and investor in Europe. He has helped design public policies in over 30 countries and influences several organizations as a board member.
