Tolkunbek Abdygulov holds Master degrees in Banking from IUK(1999), MA degree in Development Economics, Nagoya University, Japan (2005), MPA from UNT, USA (2007) and PhD degree in economics (Kandidat ekonomicheskih nayk) from Economic Institute of the National Academy of Science Kyrgyz Republic (2014). Tolkunbek has worked as an economist at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (Central Bank), as a consultant at the World Bank Headquarter, as a director of Informational Future Foundation (NGO), as a Chair of the Board of Directors of the Micro financial company, as an Expert at the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of Strategies and Program Service at the Central Agency on Development, Investments and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic, and as First Deputy Minister at the Ministry of the Economic Regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since 7th May 2014 Governor of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (Central Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic). Since August 2017 to December 2017 Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic. From December 2017 reappointed as Governor of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally Mr. Abdygulov works on part time basis as Associate Professor at Economic Department at the American University in Central Asia. In September 2013 Mr. Abdygulov received the National Prize for the young Scientists - Akyl Tirek. In September 2017 Mr. Abdygulov received the State award - Honorable economist of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Suren is a social entrepreneur, the Founding President of Dasaran Ed-Tech Company, an Armenia-based software-as-a-service company providing innovative solutions in K12 education. In 2016 Dasaran was recognized as one of the best 5 innovative enterprises in the world by the UNDP. Suren brings more than 12 years of experience towards education system modernization through innovation and modern technologies, contributing to extensive data-driven policymaking, developing equal educational opportunities for all. Suren as a keynote speaker has delivered speeches for large auditoriums in different corners around the world – “Impact Investment and Innovation for SDGs” forum at the UN Headquarters in New York (USA), UNDP’s Social Good Summit in Switzerland, UNESCO MGIEP Conference in India, Global Education and Skills Forum in Dubai (UAE), RISE Tech conference in Hong Kong, World Bank’s Understanding Risk Forum in Mexico, UAE-Armenia Investment Forum in Abu Dhabi, et al. Suren has served as a chief expert in RA Ministry of Defence for 11 years and received Admiral Isakov Medal of Honour awarded on RA Level. Military rank is captain in reserve. Suren has received Golden Commemorative Medal, the Highest award of RA Ministry of Education Science, was honored with the High state award by the President of RA.

Ketevan Bochorishvili was vice-minister of Economy until 2017. Bochorishvili then became the first ever (and only, as of 2018) woman executive to take responsibility for management of over one-billion-dollar-worth private venture in Georgia - Anaklia City. Bochorishvili is recognized as a leading business environment reformer, a fighter of corruption and an innovator in terms of the provision of government services. Bochorishvili has contributed to a number of successful reforms and state projects targeting private sector development, simplifying bureaucracy and economic diversification. Her achievements were awarded with a Forbes Woman title in 2017.
Valeri has emerged as a key business leader in the region through his innovative approach to implementing modern business values to the Georgian community.
Under his leadership Adjara Group has built a diverse portfolio of internationally renowned hotels and trend-setting new entrepreneurial projects including a large-scale agricultural and farming development initiative in Eastern region of Georgia.
Valeri is a dedicated philanthropist involved in several charitable causes and leads the company’s CSR efforts. He is Chairman of the Board of the Global Compact Network Georgia as well as a board-member of the McLain Association Children.
Prior to taking leadership of the company in 2011 he served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Economic Development and the Minister of Finance. Valeri graduated from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, where he completed a Masters of Public Administration (MPA).
As a recognition of his achievements Valeri was nominated in 2018 by the World Economic Forum as a member of the Young Global Leaders’ program along with 100 of the world’s most promising, business leaders, public servants, technologists, social entrepreneurs and artists.

Andrey A. Guryev
Andrey Guryev was appointed CEO by PhosAgro’s Board of Directors starting 1 August 2013. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Deputy CEO of OJSC PhosAgro from April 2011. He was also Deputy CEO for Sales and Logistics of PhosAgro AG from October 2011 to June 2013. From June 2013 to August 2013 Mr. Guryev was the COO of PhosAgro AG. Mr. Guryev has worked at PhosAgro since 2004, holding various positions in the finance department and specialising in fertilizer exports.
Mr Guryev graduated from The University of Greenwich in London with a BA in economics, and holds a Master’s degree from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He received a PhD in economics from the National Mineral Resources University (University of Mining).

Daria is co-founder and executive director of the Anti-Corruption Action Center, a powerful national organization that has shaped Ukraine's anti-corruption legislation and efforts. Daria's organization ensured that Ukraine’s newly elected parliament designed strong anti-corruption legislation, including the laws on the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the special anti-corruption prosecutor’s office, High Anticorruption Court, open property registers and electronic asset declarations. Daria has also founded critical resources to track money laundering and corruption internationally.
Currently Daria is working on international Zero Corruption conference, which will take place in Kyiv with visit to Chornobyl zerocc.org
Born in Yerevan, Armenia in 1981, Tigran Khudaverdian is a graduate of the Moscow State University Faculty of Physics. Before joining Yandex, he participated in developing internet projects and headed a web studio.
He joined Yandex in 2006, starting out as manager of Yandex.Passport, a service that brings together all user’s Yandex accounts in one profile. In 2008 he became head of mobile and software products. Yandex.Navigator and Yandex.Browser apps were launched under his leadership.
Tigran became head of Yandex.Taxi in 2014, and then its CEO after it became a separate company in 2015. Thanks to technologies like smart routing, machine learning, demand forecasting and smart order distribution, the Yandex.Taxi app quickly transformed taxis into an accessible, fast and safe form of transportation.
On February 7, 2018, Yandex and Uber announced that the merger of Yandex.Taxi and Uber ride-sharing businesses in Russia and neighboring countries had been finalized. The combined company is held approximately 59% by Yandex, 37% by Uber, and the remaining share by employees of the group on a fully diluted basis. Tigran Khudaverdyan became the CEO of the combined business.
With Tigran at its helm, the Yandex.Taxi group has also expanded into self-driving cars and food tech.
Tigran is married and the proud father of four sons.
Andrey Kolodyuk is a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor, founder and managing Partner in AVentures Capital.
He started his entrepreneurial career in New York in 1992 and eventually has founded and built over 10 companies in IT, telecom, internet and media with $1 Billion total revenues.
In 2012 the new fund was launched — AVentures Capital, focused on early stage IT and web-related projects with the focus on global market with technology teams based in Ukraine and CEE. AVentures Capital portfolio consists of such companies as Petcube, Augmented Pixels, nuPSYS, VoX, CheckiO, StarWind Software, TeamFusion, Spinbackup etc. VC fund coinvests with ABRT, Almaz Capital, Vegas fund, Y Combinator, the Hive and other.
In August 2014 Andrey has initiated a foundation of UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association) and in November, 2014 was selected as Chairman of it.
Andrey was elected as Young Global Leader (from Ukraine) of the World Economic Forum in 2008.
