President of EARTH University, an innovative global institution based in Costa Rica that prepares young leaders from across the world as change agents for advancing sustainable development and nature-positive food systems. Dr. Condo led the creation of EARTH Futures, a global center which aims to transform rural areas and he guided the launch of EARTH Ventures, an initiative to launch new businesses with purpose. He served as President of INCAE Business School between 2007 and 2015 where for two decades he served in several positions, including Dean of the MBA, Dean of Innovation and Development, and professor in strategy, competitiveness and sustainable development. He has a Doctorate in business strategy and competitiveness from Harvard Business School and was recognized as a “Distinguished Scholar” in his MBA at INCAE. In 2007, the World Economic Forum recognized him as a Young Global Leader (YGL).

Dr. Condo is a strong believer in the power of youth to change the world and his work also focuses on ethics, gender equality and dignity. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Bancolombia, of Vital Voices Costa Rica, Country Chair to Costa Rica for the organization Global Dignity and a member of the Inter-American Dialogue. He lives in Costa Rica, is married and has three children.

Silvia Console Battilana is currently a Visiting Scholar in the Economics Department of Stanford University, specializing in auctions and designing new markets in sectors such as energy, transportation, radio spectrum, rough diamonds, water rights, fishing rights, internet ads, natural resources. She co-founder high stakes auctions company Auctionomics with Professor Paul Milgrom, with clients across four continents, including the US government for the Incentive Auction (raising 19 billion) and Fortune 500 companies in Mexico, France, Brazil, Canada, Spain, Czech Republic, Romania, Morocco, Norway and Australia. Console Battilana has been an invited speaker at universities worldwide, including Harvard, Berkley and MIT. She was named ?40 Under 40? by the business journal, 40 under 40 europe and is active in philanthropy and gender parity initiatives in Silicon Valley. In 2009 she co-founded TEDxSV. Console Battilana holds a PhD in Economics from Stanford University.

Lucy is an experienced facilitator of C-suites and Boards and an expert in the growth playbook corporate's need to undertake. Additionally, she writes often, is a seasoned panelist, speaker and moderator, including leading stages at TEDx, Cannes Lions and other notable events. Lucy is a mentor and advisor to female founders and organisations on a wide-range of topics from generational diversity in leadership to business building and governance.

Claire Cormier Thielke is Asia CIO for ProLogis. Formerly, she was Country Head of Hines Greater China, one of the country’s largest international real estate developers; she formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of Investment Management for Hines, overseeing new product development and global fund operations for the firm's 39 investment vehicles active across 24 geographies. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Zillow Group, the world's largest online real estate marketplace, and is a member of the Aspen Institute’s Society of Fellows. Ms. Cormier Thielke earned her undergraduate degree in Urban Planning, MA in Construction Management and a Degree of Engineer from Stanford University. She is member of Stanford University’s adjunct faculty, teaching on the intersection of technology, institutional investment and real assets. She has also written numerous scholarly contributions on green building, city planning, adaptive reuse and urban revitalization.

Jennifer Corriero is co-founder and Executive Director of TakingITGlobal, a non-profit organization that empowers youth to understand and act on the world’s greatest challenges. In 2013, TakingITGlobal was a recipient of the Intercultural Innovation Award by BMW Group and the UN Alliance of Civilizations. In 2007, TakingITGlobal was recognized by the Tech Museum Awards as the Education award winner.

Jennifer was named as Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network in 2007. Over the past decade she has developed youth engagement programs supported by a range of foundations and has presented at conferences and events in over 30 countries. In 2003, Jennifer was a member of the Official Canadian Government Delegation to the World Summit on the Information Society. She has supported civil society engagement as part of various UN processes including the UN High Level Meeting on Youth, UN Climate Change Conference, World Urban Forum and International AIDS Conference.

Jennifer has a Masters in Environmental Studies from York University, where she has also been appointed as Adjunct Professor to the Faculty of Health. Dr Alexis Crow is Partner and Global Head of PwC’s Geopolitical Investing practice. A global economist who focuses on geopolitics and long-term investing, she works with the world’s leading companies and private investors to understand and navigate key macroeconomic dynamics impacting their business, strategy, and capital allocation decisions. In her remit, she covers Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and North America. Dr Crow is a public speaker and frequent contributor to leading global financial publications and media outlets, including the Financial Times, the New York Times, Bloomberg, BBC, BBC Arabic, France 24, CNN, and the Washington Post. Her research is focused on topics including financial stability, the future of trade and globalisation, global energy markets, and investing in real assets, technology, and the future of the consumer.

Prior to joining PwC, she taught at the London School of Economics; led a major policy research project at London UK-based think-tank Chatham House; and served as Managing Director at New York-based G2 Investment Group, where she was responsible for developing investment strategies for the firm and for providing counsel on geopolitical issues.

Thomas Ward Crowther is a professor of ecology at ETH Zürich and co-chair of the advisory board for the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration. At ETH Zürich, he started Crowther Lab, an interdisciplinary group of scientists exploring the role of biodiversity in regulating the Earth's climate. Crowther is the founder of Restor, an online platform that provides connectivity, and transparency to thousands of conservation and restoration projects around the world. He also founded SEED, a biodiversity monitoring tool to help measure the health of nature across the globe. He was selected in the final cohort for Prince William’s Earthshot Prize, and was selected by World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader for his work to promote nature.

Idalia Cruz Garza is Director of Media Strategy at Grupo Salinas, which has operations in media, retail, financial services, telecommunications and Internet industries through its own subsidiaries. TV Azteca owns and operates 300 TV networks in Mexico and is one of the two largest producers of Spanish language television programmes worldwide. Previously, Cruz held positions within various media as well as in Procter & Gamble Mexico. She is Founder and President of the TV Committee and the Mexican Joint Industry Committee. She is on the Board of Directors of various international media organizations including the Media Rating Council and the Advertising Research Foundation. Cruz holds a BSc in Economics from ITAM and an MSc from the London School of Economics. Postgraduate studies in Finance, Marketing and Politics from ITAM, ITESM, Harvard Business and JFK Schools. Cruz is listed as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico and was nominated for ESOMAR's Excellence Award in 2009.
