Khadija Idrissi Janati

President, I-AFRIKA, Morocco

Khadija is a Moroccan Entrepreneur, Public Affairs and Strategic Communications Expert.
Khadija is the President of I-AFRIKA, a non-profit organization, network of African entrepreneurs with a common objective of positively impact Africa. In 2016, she has launched Africa Trade and Investment Summit – Ifrane Forum, an annual event gathering economic and political operators from all over Africa, to reflect on the future of the Continent and create opportunities for the development of intra-Africa trade and South-South economic cooperation.
Since 2009, Khadija has created several companies in media and communications sector. Currently, she is the CEO of Tea And Koffee, a PR firm operating on both Moroccan and African levels.
Khadija is very active in promoting women entrepreneurship and Economic empowerment. She is the National President of ESPOD, a Moroccan leading NGO working since 1990 in promoting women economic empowerment through vocational training en entrepreneurship. She has also served as board member of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Morocco.
Khadija is involved in number of national and international organizations working for women economic empowerment, such as Vital Voices Global Global Leadership Network, and is alumna of the Women of the Mediterranean (WOMED) Program by the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Paris). She has also run for Moroccan local elections in 2015.
In September 2014, Khadija was received by President Barack Obama in recognition of her outstanding contribution to civil society work in Morocco and the region.
Khadija speaks often in the local media about women empowerment, entrepreneurship and social development.
Khadija is 41, she is married and mother of two girls, and passionate about photography and running.

Khaled Igué

Founder and President, Club 2030 Afrique, France

Born and raised in Benin, Khaled Igué is an Economist, Senior Banker at Banque Richelieu Monaco. Khaled was nominated Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2018.

Prior joining Banque Richelieu Monaco, he was Managing Partner and Africa Chairman of B&A Investment Bankers. He held several leadership positions for Africa and Europe in Energy and Agribusiness industries. From 2016 to 2018, Khaled Igué was the Head of Public and Institutional Partnerships for Africa at OCP, a world leader in phosphate and fertilizers industry. Prior to becoming Head of Public Partnerships, from 2015 to 2016, Khaled led businesses as Manager of the Energy Practice at EUROGROUP Consulting, a European leader in strategy and organization. Previously, from 2009 to 2015, Khaled served as project and business Manager at AREVA, a leader in the nuclear, renewable energy and mining.

Since 2012, Khaled Igué is the Founder & President of the Think Tank Club 2030 Afrique. Khaled Igué is Co-Founder of the French-African Foundation, a board member for various organizations like Women In Africa Initiative and African Business Academy.

Khaled Igué holds a Master of Public Policy from the prestigious Sciences Po Paris, an MBA from Sorbonne Graduate Business School and an MSC in Civil Engineering from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées. He was Junior researcher at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago in 2009.

Delfina Irazusta

Founder and Executive Director, Red de Innovación Local, Argentina

Delfina Irazusta is Founder and Executive Director of the Local Innovation Network, an NGO that works with mayors and other local government officials in Argentina, providing them with the tools and resources they need to improve their management capacities. Irazusta also created the Mayors Language and the Global Map for Local Solutions, two initiatives that promote knowledge management among mayors around the world. With her team, she is working to find new methodologies for the design of public policies in cities. Irazusta is part of the Ashoka network of entrepreneurs and was selected to take part in the first Young Leaders Summit by the Obama Foundation.

Dalal Saeb Iriqat

Associate Professor of Diplomacy, Arab American University-Palestine, Palestinian Territories

Iriqat, Dalal, Dr., is associate professor at the Arab American University Palestine. Dalal is a weekly columnist at AlQuds Newspaper since 2016. She served as VP for International Relations for AAUP 2018-2022. Previously served as senior advisor of strategic communications at PMO 2017-2018. Dalal’s research focus on Diplomacy, Nation Branding, Palestinian State Building, Coercive Diplomacy, Public Diplomacy, Soft Power, Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She is author of Public Diplomacy in the 21st Century, Diplomacy in the perspective of Peace Building, Limitations of Coercive Diplomacy, Diplomacy for Democracy post Oslo, The Double Lockdown: Palestine under Occupation and COVID-19. She served as the Senior Policy Consultant for writing the Human Development Report UNDP for Palestine in 2015. Dalal taught at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University between 2011-12. Dalal was elected President of the Diplomatic Academy of London Students’ Association in 2003. She was also a member of the students’ council at the University of Jordan in 2001. Dalal is passionate about bringing change into the Palestinian society through education, she is passionate about improving Palestinian Diplomacy and better brand Palestine. Iriqat is a founding member Mediterranean Women Mediators Network MWMN, founder member for Palestine Experts for Education under Covid-19, Founding and Board member of the Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center PCRSC, board member of Lycée Franćais International of Ramallah, board member of Eco Peace Palestine and sits on the jury board of 3alArd initiative. Dalal IRIQAT has a PhD in Public Administration from Paris I Sorbonne 2011, A Masters degree in Diplomatic Studies from Westminster University in London 2004 and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Jordan 2003 and she continues to learn.

Ayman Ismail

Associate Professor and Abdul Latif Jameel Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship, American University in Cairo, Egypt

Ayman Ismail is an international expert in entrepreneurship and economic development. He is currently the Abdul Latif Jameel Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship and Associate Professor at the American University in Cairo (AUC) School of Business and the founding director of AUC Venture Lab and AUC Angels. He is a co-founder, angel investor or board member in several fast-growing startups in fintech, microfinance and logistics. Previously, he was a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, a consultant in McKinsey & Company’s New York office, and a co-founder and managing partner at Enovio Consulting. In 2012, he was selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum (WEF). He received his PhD in International Economic Development from MIT. He is also a co-founder and board member of Nahdet El-Mahrousa NGO, an Egyptian NGO supporting social entrepreneurs and community initiatives.

Caroline Blanch Israel

Managing Director and Partner, Boston Consulting Group, USA

Caroline Blanch Israel is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. As a leader within the firm’s Consumer Practice, she works with some of the world’s leading consumer goods companies and retailers, specializing in the role of e-commerce, data and analytics to transform how people transact, work and live. Caroline is a deep believer in the power of technology and data to drive change and our collective responsibility to harness these for social and economic good. Outside of her work in digital and retail, Caroline chairs the People functions for BCG Australia & New Zealand and champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for BCG Asia Pacific, working to further representation, affiliation and community engagement including LGBTQIA+, cultural diversity and disability inclusion. She has been recognized as an INvolve HERoes Role Model for future women leaders in business. Caroline holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Law degree from the University of Melbourne, where she was awarded the law school’s highest honour, the Supreme Court Prize.

Omayra Issa

News Anchor, CPAC, Canada

Omayra Issa is an award-winning News Anchor at Canada's CPAC. Highly skilled in television, radio, digital and investigative journalism, she is one of the best-known journalists working in Canada today. As a leader in journalism, her work has received several awards, including a national Radio Television Digital News Association Award, which recognizes the best in Canadian journalism, and a Digital Publishing Award. Her work leading national conversations on diversity and inclusion has been recognized across Canada. Highly sought-after as a moderator, she has facilitated hundreds of high-level panel discussions in French and English in Canada and worldwide, including at the African Union. Issa is fluent in five languages.

Lisa Ivers

Partner and Managing Director, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), USA

Lisa Ivers is a core member of the Global Advantage practice at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and the Leader of its Morocco office. She a joined BCG in 2006. Her work is focused on developing the firm’s public- and private-sector business in Morocco. She has acquired deep expertise in the areas of strategy and reform. Beyond Morocco, Lisa is a deeply committed contributor to BCG's development on the African continent. She has also been selected as a WEF Young Global Leader. Prior to joining BCG, she was a strategic analyst with BNP Paribas. She graduated from HEC Paris.

Daisuke Iwase

Chief Executive Officer, Japan, Animoca Brands Japan, Japan

Daisuke Iwase is the CEO of Animoca Brands KK, a strategic subsidiary in Japan of Animoca Brands Corporation Limited, a leading global Web3 company based in Hong Kong. Daisuke is also the founder of KLKTN Limited (Head office: HK), one of the companies in Animoca Brands’ portfolio and Managing Partner of Spiral Capital (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo). Prior to that, he was group chief digital officer for AIA Group and served on its Group Executive Committee. Before AIA, he co-founded and served as representative director and president of Lifenet Insurance Company, a publicly listed digital life insurance company in Japan. Daisuke graduated as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and was named as Young Global Leaders 2010 by the World Economic Forum. Daisuke passed Japan’s national bar exam prior to graduating from the University of Tokyo but pursues career in business starting at Boston Consulting Group, Ripplewood Japan.

Mitsuru Izumo

President, euglena Co. Ltd, Japan

Mitsuru Izumo is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Euglena, a venture capital company spun off from a research laboratory at the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Agriculture. In December 2005, Euglena became the first and only company in the world to successfully mass culture euglena, a microscopic organism, in outdoor conditions. Previously, he worked for the Bank of Tokyo Mistubishi. Izumo graduated from the University of Tokyo's Agricultural and Life Sciences Department.
