Wafaa Jemali

Secretary-General, Head of Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, Morocco

Wafâa Jemali has been secretary general to the Head of Government since November 2021. Following the directives of the Head of Government and in collaboration with the ministerial departments, she coordinates cross-sectoral policies to ensure the proper implementation of the governmental program. Previously, and for five years, she was chief of staff to the president of the National Rally of Independents (RNI) party. She contributed to the reorganization of the RNI and the development of its campaign strategy, before being appointed national campaign coordinator of the party, which succeeded in winning the legislative and local elections of September 8, 2021. Until 2017, Wafâa Jemali held the position of adviser to the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries and Rural Development. She participated, among other things, in the evaluation of the Green Morocco Plan and the launch of the national program to fight against social and territorial disparities. A graduate in corporate finance and business law from ISCAE in Casablanca and in public policy management from Sciences Po Paris, Wafâa began her career in investment banking in 2007, before becoming strategic planner for a leading Moroccan energy group, from 2010 to 2014.

Nina Jensen

Chief Executive Officer, REV Ocean, Norway

Nina Jensen is the CEO of REV Ocean, the world’s largest Research and Expedition Vessel (REV) currently under construction which will be available for scientists, NGOs, policy makers, innovators, engineers and marine stakeholders. Equipment onboard will include scientific trawls, laboratories, a lecture auditorium, moonpool, sub-marine, advanced communication equipment and a high-tech incinerator system for plastic waste.
All REV Ocean initiatives are based on open collaboration and partnerships with relevant stakeholders, working toward the same common goal – preserving our ocean.
She started this position in 2018 after 15 years in WWF-Norway, CEO since 2012. Nina has a burning commitment and passion for oceans, conservation and sustainable solutions. She holds a Master’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of Fishery Science in Tromsø, and has a background in communications and marketing from Ogilvy& Mather. She is a Board member of The Business for Peace Foundation. Member of the Adjudication Committee for the Nordic Council Nature and Environment Award. Member of the Expert Committee of the Thor Heyerdahl award and the Prize Committee for the Rachel Carson Award. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Global Opportunity Report. Nina is born and raised in Oslo, she loves to dive, fish, ski, hike and loves the outdoors.

Vuk Jeremic

President, Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD), Serbia

Vuk Jeremic is the President of the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development (CIRSD), an international think tank based in Belgrade and New York. In June 2012, he was directly elected by the majority of world nations to the post of President of the 67th session of the UN General Assembly. During his term, he played a leading role in steering the UN towards the establishment of the post-2015 sustainable development agenda, and facilitated the adoption of the breakthrough Arms Trade Treaty. Jeremic served as Serbia’s Foreign Minister from 2007 to 2012. In 2007, he chaired the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers, and from 2011 to 2012, he led Serbia’s successful campaign to preside over the OSCE in 2015. Jeremic was elected President of the Serbian Tennis Federation in 2011 and appointed to the Leadership Council of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network in 2014. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and Harvard University.

Marte Jerkø

Chief Financial Officer Yara Europe, Yara International, Norway

Marte Jerkø started her career working in McKinsey & Company. She led transformation projects and was engaged in diversity topics as the leader of the Female Initiative in Oslo. She joined the Corporate Strategy team of Yara International in 2017 to contribute to sustainable food security. Jerkø was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Yara Europe in 2022 and has successfully managed a challenging market context and led major transformations.

Bayartsetseg Jigmiddash

Manager, Independent Integrity Unit, Green Climate Fund, Republic of Korea

Bayartsetseg Jigmiddash (Bayaraa) works for the Green Climate Fund. She served as the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia overseeing the national legal and security policy, and the law enforcement agencies from 2012 to 2016. She also served as the Legal Advisor to the President of Mongolia. Prior to these posts, she worked with international non-governmental organizations on human rights and development issues. Bayaraa graduated from Harvard Law School and has been a fellow at Yale University and Columbia Law School.

Binoy Job

Executive Director, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India

Chosen as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012, Binoy Job is an institution builder, public leadership advisor and policy innovator. Binoy has a rare distinction of advising a Prime Minister, as Director, Prime Minister’s Office and being mentored by a President of India (Dr Manmohan Singh and Dr A P J Abdul Kalam respectively). This ‘ideas man’, as he is fondly described by his colleagues from multiple organisations, was one of the eight professionals chosen from the private sector to join the team of Prime Minister’s advisors. His gift for ideas was spotted by Brajesh Mishra, Chief of Staff and NSA to another former Prime Minister, Mr. A B Vajpayee. Later he was invited by his successor Dr Singh in the PMO after he and his Chief of Staff, Mr Nair, who was also advisor to several Prime Ministers including Mr Vajpayee, found his policy ideas and leadership initiatives useful for the nation. He was invited by Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Prime Minister to advise him on Public Policy, Communications and Global Leadership. Binoy was also a Spokesperson to the Prime Minister.
Specialised in public policy, leadership strategy and communications, this innovative CEO has Leadership level achievements in diverse fields such as Industry, Government, Media, Entrepreneurship and Civil Society. With an outstanding career track record, Binoy is currently Executive Director with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). In the last one year, he has held one-on-one engagements with more than 535 Members of Parliament from India and from other countries. Prior to this he was leading a Leadership Institute for mentoring future leaders in leadership, entrepreneurship and for public life. Before this, he headed a sectoral apex industry chamber in India as its Secretary-General (CEO) following a 5-year stint as Director, Prime Minister’s Office- the youngest executive to hold both these positions. The fact that he earned these coveted positions and excelled in multiple fields even before he turned 40 makes him a multi-faceted global achiever.
As a CEO he achieved highest YoY profit in its 60-year history for the apex industry body and as a policy advisor, he conceptualised a record number of more than 100 policy ideas that went on to become parliamentary legislations. Binoy is also founder & serial social entrepreneur of 13 social ventures such as ‘Leaders For Tomorrow Foundation’-a 265,000+ members strong leadership movement. Through these initiatives, he has inspired more than a million youth to become socially responsible citizens and future leaders. Most of these youth leadership initiatives were created under the mentoring of Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, former President of India. For his contribution in bringing about social change, for his Thought Leadership and for his professional excellence in diverse leadership positions, he has been honoured with the ‘Young Global Leader’ award by the World Economic Forum, ‘Emerging Leader Fellowship’ at Melbourne University, ‘Chevening Fellowship for Leadership and Excellence’ at London School of Economics(LSE), ‘Asia Young Leader’ by the Asia Society and also chosen for the ‘International Leadership’ program by the US State Department.
An alumnus of eight top global universities such as Kennedy School of Government Harvard; Saïd Business School Oxford, LSE; Melbourne University; Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Batten school of Public Policy and Leadership, University of Virginia; University of Delhi, Nanyang Technological University Singapore etc, Binoy serves on the Board of several organisations of repute as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The topic for his doctoral research was on ‘Leadership strategies and Public Policies”. Binoy is also part of the jury, as Academy member of the ‘Global Teacher’s Prize’ and has also been a Visiting Professor of Leadership, Public Policy, and Communications.

Lars Jannick Johansen

Christian Jolck

Co-founder and Partner, 2150, Denmark

Christian Jolck is Co-Founder and Partner of 2150, one of the world’s first climate tech venture capital funds. He is also a board member of Nordic Investment Opportunities, a €2 billion-plus fund-of-fund for private markets focused on private equity, credit and real assets. Jolck has spent his career on transformation and business development in executive leadership positions in leading global industrial B2B companies in healthcare and the built environment. He co-founded and chaired SYNERGI, an industry organization focused on climate and energy efficiency bringing together large industry participants such as Danfoss, Grundfos, Velux and others to lobby for Danish and European policy changes to reach the Paris Agreement. He has been an adviser to the Foundation for Climate Restoration in California and is a co-founding steering committee member of the Venture Climate Alliance, a non-profit organization which encourages the venture capital industry on net zero, representing more than $60 billion and backed by GFANZ and the UN. Jolck holds a Masters in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University, an executive degree from INSEAD, and he is a Kauffman Fellow.

David Jones

Founder, One Young World, USA

Honored by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader, David Jones is a leading proponent of corporate responsibility and social change and The Guardian’s 2013 Sustainable Business Leader. 

Alongside Kate Robertson he is the co-founder of One Young World (described by CNN as the “Young Davos”), a nonprofit organization that provides brilliant young leaders with a global platform through which to effect positive change.

David was the driving force behind Kofi Annan’s TckTckTck Campaign for Climate Justice and is the creator of the Social Business Idea and author of best-selling book Who Cares Wins: Why Good Business Is Better Business, published in 2011 by Pearson/Financial Times Publishing in over 50 countries. 

In June 2015, after raising $350 million, David launched You & Mr Jones, the world’s first Brandtech™ group, a technology holding company that helps brands do their marketing better, faster and cheaper. The group now has over 3,000 employees in 40 countries and is working with leading companies including Unilever, Adidas, Microsoft, Reebok, PayPal, Marriott, LVMH, Renault-Nissan, Danone, Google and RB. In December 2019, You & Mr Jones raised an additional $200 million, as part of a Series B round that has the company valued at a $1.3 billion post-money valuation.

Previously he was the youngest global CEO in the history of advertising, heading both Havas and Havas Worldwide, and the only British CEO of a French publicly-traded company.

David was one of the founding members of the Facebook Client Council, was inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement in 2005, and was voted one of the two top executives of the decade by readers of Adweek. David was also named one of Britain’s 500 Most Influential People by The Sunday Times. 

Hannah Jones

CEO, The Earthshot Prize, The Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales, United Kingdom

Hannah Jones is the CEO of The Earthshot Prize, an annual global prize designed to search the world for solutions that could repair our planet, we spotlight innovations, & actively support and help to scale the teams behind the solutions. Founded by Prince William, Prince of Wales, we work in partnership with a Global Alliance spanning Foundations, Corporations, Investors, Civil society and academia. Prior to joining The Earthshot Prize, Hannah was Nike's Chief Sustainability Office and Founder of Nike's Valiant Labs, a digital incubator within the Advanced Innovation teams.

Vibin B Joseph

Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, BiOZEEN, India

Dr. Vibin Joseph, Chief Executive Officer of BiOZEEN and Management Committee member at PJB Group, is a co-founder and technopreneur. He stewards global operations that process and formulate more than a billion doses of vaccines every year. Vibin has ensured continuous production support across five continents through innovating self-managing teams. He has supported an inclusive industry structure that emphasizes learning ecosystems focused on upskilling more than 130 small enterprises in India. Committed to knowledge dissemination and equity, he has facilitated industry seminars and career progression for more than 2,000 graduates. Vibin is an Engineer and biologist by training with degrees from PESIT, Imperial College London, and Doctorate from Warwick University. His research interests lie in systems design, design psychology, and moderating industry influencers. With a vision to enable every country to produce vaccines locally, Vibin is a subject expert and consultant with the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturing Network and partners with the African Vaccine Manufacturing Initiative. Vibin inspires positive change as a One Young World Ambassador and Gates Foundation Goalkeeper for UN sustainable development goals. He is a director at the Imperial College India Foundation and chairs the alumni association in South India. The Irish Independent described him as a future leader and recognized by Imperial College Business School for outstanding contribution to society.
