Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is Minister of Information and Member of Parliament. He is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, and serves on the Finance and Constitutional Committees of Parliament.

Daniel Noboa Azín

President of Ecuador, Office of the President of Ecuador, Ecuador

Daniel Noboa, the youngest President in the republican history of Ecuador.
The President of the Republic, Daniel Noboa Azín, assumes the leadership of the National Government at the age of 35. He is the youngest president of republican Ecuador and of contemporary Latin America.
He studied Business Administration at New York University's Stern School of Business and has three international master's degrees: Business Administration at the Kellogg School of Management, Public Administration at Harvard Kennedy School, and Governance and Political Communication at George Washington University.
His professional experience began at the age of 18 with the creation of several companies, including DNA Entertainment Group, a real estate and logistics company dedicated to event organization. He also worked at Noboa Corporation, becoming the youngest Shipping Director in the company's history.
He was a legislator in the National Assembly. In his first candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic, he was elected on 15 October 2023 with 52.1% of the votes. Ecuadorians elected him to lead a democratic proposal that favors consensus and will concentrate its efforts on protecting dollarisation, reducing unemployment, boosting competitiveness, economic growth, and citizen security.

Walter Pacheco

Chief Executive Officer, Angolan Stock Exchange, Angola

Pacheco was raised in Angola but lived most of his life in Portugal and the United Kingdom, where he finished his higher education. Mr Pacheco holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and Economics and a Master Degree in International Finance (with distinction, first in his class). He started his career as a FX trader at the Standard Bank of Angola. As the former Head of Market Development at Angolas Capital Markets Commission, in 2014, Mr Pacheco oversaw the establishment of Bolsa de Dívida e Valores de Angola(BODIVA) - the Angolan Stock Exchange - which changed the landscape of the financial system in Angola, fostering investment and long-term growth. In 2014, while Mr Pacheco was Executive Director, Bodiva launched two secondary public debt trading markets (a treasury securities registration market and a wholesale treasury securities market). He was General Director of the Debt Management Office at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Angola before serving as CEO of the Angolan Stock Exchange.

Rafael Paz

Executive Director, Consejo Nacional de Competitividad, Dominican Republic

Rafael Paz is currently the executive director of the National Competitiveness Council, where he develops the strategic agenda to strengthen the competitiveness of the Dominican Republic. He has extensive training in areas such as governance, public management, business, leadership and political communication. Paz served for six years as Executive Vice President of the National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP), was a member of the National Social Security Council (CNSS), and on the Board of Directors of the Patrimonial Fund of the Reformed Companies (Fonper). He was the first secretary of the National School of Electoral Training and Civil Status (EFEC) of the Central Electoral Board.

Liang Pei

Deputy Director, Department of Climate Change, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China

Liang Pei, Deputy Director at the Department of Climate Change of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, has played a pivotal role in the country’s engagement with the multilateral processes on climate change negotiations. With a track record of 12 consecutive Conference of Parties (COP) participation during his career in the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the National Development and Reform Commission, including witnessing the success of the Paris Agreement, he has actively contributed to combating climate change globally. Liang has spearheaded the drafting of critical joint statements, agreements and major outcome documents. He has also been instrumental in driving high-level cooperation and dialogues with key partners including the United States, European Union, France, India, Brazil, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. Liang is dedicated to promoting China's ecological civilization and advancing the nation's commitment to achieving the 3060 goal. With a strong mission-driven approach and extensive experience in climate change and low-carbon development, he possesses a deep understanding of global climate governance and international cooperation on carbon neutrality.

Liang holds Bachelor and Master’s degrees in International Relations from Peking University. He was a visiting scholar at John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Ameya Prabhu

President, Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), India

Ameya is an author, financial services entrepreneur & social worker. He is the founder and Managing Partner of UAP Advisors, whose flagship firm, NAFA Capital, focuses on asset management across asset classes & investment banking in the India and other emerging markets. UAP also invests in sustainable sectors such as agribusiness, healthcare, financial inclusion and renewable energy. He is the author of The Rock Babas and other stories, a fictional book of short stories that takes a philosophical outlook on the vagaries of human life. He is a regular columnist his writings have been published my reputed publications such as the HuffPost, The Quint, Business Today amongst others. Ameya serves as a trustee on the board of Manav Sadhan Vikas Sanstha (MSVS), a non-profit organization focused on skill training and skill development in rural & semi urban India with an emphasis on female empowerment. He also serves on the advisory board of The Climate Group and on the India board of MiracleFeet, a global non-profit organization focused on eliminating club foot. Ameya has a Bsc in Economics, Politics and International studies from the University of Warwick, England and a Masters in Financial Management from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Rahul Rekhi

Counselor for International Affairs, U.S. Department of the Treasury, USA

Rahul is Counselor for International Affairs at the U.S. Treasury Department, where he advises on a range of international financial and economic issues, including the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, G7 and G20, trade and investment, sustainability, and international financial regulation.

Before joining the Biden administration, Rahul was a Managing Director at Lazard in New York where he advised businesses, investors, and governments on a range of financial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and related issues. His transaction experience spanned the intersection of healthcare, technology, and consumer/retail as well as that of markets and public policy. Rahul founded and led the firm's special opportunities unit and advised on transactions representing over $200 billion in deal value.

Rahul also directed the Next Bretton Woods Group at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, a global convening forum for rising leaders in economic and financial policy across the G20 economies. Previously, he served as a staff economist for the Council of Economic Advisers at the Obama White House, a consultant for the World Bank, and an advisor to England’s Chief Medical Officer.

Rahul has been named a Truman Scholar, Forbes 30 under 30, Economic Club of New York Fellow, Atlantik-Brücke Young Leader, French-American Foundation Young Leader, BMW Foundation Responsible Leader, Council on Foreign Relations Corporate Leader, and one of Business Insider’s “top dealmakers in digital health,” and he has authored a range of articles, policy briefs, and book chapters on economic issues. He has also served on the board of the Schuyler Center for Analysis and Advocacy and the Lazard Foundation, and was an outside economic advisor for the Biden-Harris presidential campaign.

Rahul received graduate degrees from Oxford and the London School of Economics as a Marshall Scholar, and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Rice University with degrees in engineering and economics.

Alexander Rodnyansky

Economic Advisor to the President, Office of the President of Ukraine, Ukraine

Alexander Rodnyansky is a presidential advisor, a supervisory board member and chairman of the strategy and transformation committee of Ukraine's largest commercial bank (Oschadbank). He was the youngest ever chief economic adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and an associate professor of economics at the University of Cambridge (on public service leave since 2020). Rodnyansky is a research affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research, a member of the Centre for Macroeconomics and a frequent referee for top economics journals, the recipient of multiple honours and awards, including the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance Fellowship, Princeton’s Fellowship of Woodrow Wilson Scholars, Princeton’s highest teaching citation (the Graduate School Teaching Award), Princeton's Towbes Prize for Outstanding Teaching, and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Macro Financial Modeling Research Grant. Rodnyansky earned a Ph.D. in Economics from Princeton University, and an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Naif Sheshah

Assistant Deputy Governor for Planning and Development; Chief Digital Officer, Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), Saudi Arabia

Naif Sheshah, serves as the Assistant Deputy Governor for Planning and Development & Chief Digital Officer at the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST), In addition to his role as the Chief Transformational Office at the Saudi Space Commission. He also has a wealth of corporate strategy experience and a reputation for developing and implementing complex technology business process solutions in demanding environments. Prior to his current role, Naif was the General Manager of Planning and Development & Acting General Manager of Postal and Logistics Services. Particular highlights of his time at the CST include spearheading the formulation of the organizational strategy for the year 2019-2023, playing a prominent role to develop the Saudi ICT sector strategy, and leading a team that was twice awarded the EFQM’s certificate of Institutional Commitment to Excellence. A strategic thinker who combines extensive corporate experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, and unique academic insight, Naif’s career has crosscuts with multiple sectors such as healthcare, education, aviation, telecommunications, and petrochemicals industries, where in due time he has demonstrated a strong track record helping to steer forward-thinking businesses through periods of significant growth, change, and improvement. Naif Sheshah is a graduate of INSEAD’s Management Acceleration Program and holds a master’s degree in Business Process Management from the Queensland University of Technology, in addition to a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. He sits on the board at the National Information Technology Academy, and for several years acted as ambassador for ADAA, the Kingdom’s center of excellence for performance measurement.

Virginijus Sinkevicius

Commissioner for Environment, Oceans and Fisheries, European Commission, Belgium

Virginijus Sinkevičius has been the European Commissioner for Environment, Oceans and Fisheries since 2019. He was formerly the Minister of Economy of Lithuania (2017-2019). Before becoming the Minister of Economy, Sinkevičius led the Economic Committee of the Parliament of Lithuania. Sinkevičius was elected to Parliament in October 2016. Before that, he was a Team Lead for Regulatory Affairs at Invest Lithuania. Prior to joining Invest Lithuania, Sinkevičius was Managing Editor at the US Office of The Lithuanian Tribune in Washington D.C. Sinkevičius holds a BA in International Relations and Affairs from Aberystwyth University and a Master’s degree in European International Affairs from Maastricht University.

Omar Sultan Al Olama

Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, Office of the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, United Arab Emirates

Omar bin Sultan Al Olama was appointed Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work of the United Arab Emirates in 2020. He joined the government in 2017 as Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, where he was responsible for enhancing government performance by investing the latest technologies and tools of artificial intelligence and applying them in various sectors. Al Olama is also the Managing Director of the World Government Summit in the Prime Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, and Deputy Director of the Future Department at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, where he contributed to the preparation of the UAE Centennial 2071 strategy and the UAE 4th Industrial Revolution Strategy. Al Olama has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the American University of Dubai, and a Diploma in Project Management and Excellence from the American University of Sharjah.
