In addition to being the first woman and youngest executive to hold her position, Stacey Tank serves five non-profit boards, including those focused on environmental impact and the arts.

Anderson Tanoto is Managing Director at RGE and a member of the Executive Management Board. RGE manages a group of resource-based manufacturing companies, operating in Indonesia, China, Brazil, Spain and Canada, with over US$35 billion in assets and a workforce of over 80,000 people. Anderson is also a member of the executive committee of Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL), one of the largest pulp and paper producers in the world.

Anderson drives RGE’s strategic growth initiatives and is closely involved in the group’s fibre operations and business transformation activities, specifically on sustainability and conservation efforts. Some of these efforts include the Riau Ecosystem Restoration (RER) initiative and the Fire-Free Village Programme undertaken by APRIL.

A young emerging business leader, he serves as Chairman for the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s (KADIN) Brazil Committee, and has been KADIN’s representative to Canada since 2018. Anderson is also a Champion for Nature at the World Economic Forum (WEF). He has held memberships in the Tropical Forest Alliance 2020’s Southeast Asia Regional Committee, Wharton Executive Board for Asia, and WEF’s Global Agenda Council on Forests (2015 to 2016).

As member of the Board of Trustees of the Tanoto Foundation, Anderson drives programmes focussed on forging international partnerships with reputable universities, and developing leaders of the next generation. He co-founded Asia’s first SDG Academy in 2019 with Indonesia’s Ministry of Development Planning and the UN Development Programme. He has also been recognised by Forbes as one of Asia’s Heroes of Philanthropy.

Sue Anne Tay is Managing Director, Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO for HSBC Asia Pacific.

She was previously Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff for Singapore where she served on the local Executive Committee. Before Singapore, she was based in London as Director with the Group Strategy team, and in Shanghai where she worked on the bank’s organic business strategy in-country and subsequently led the bank’s planning and business implementation of its rural banking business in China.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she serves as Global Co-chair of HSBC’s Employee Resource Group Generations, focused on driving multi-generational engagement across the Bank.

Hua Fung Teh is the Co-Founder and Group President of Group ONE Holdings (ONE). He co-leads the company’s management team with a focus on group strategy, global partnerships and capital markets.

Prior to ONE, Teh was a Principal at global private equity firm TPG Capital (TPG), and was responsible for the origination, execution and portfolio management of growth and late-stage investment deals in Southeast Asia. He also served on TPG’s China and US teams. Before TPG, Teh was an aviator with the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and held leadership positions both at the RSAF and at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry, where he served as the Ministry’s Formula One (F1) Project Team Leader. In this role he helped secure the F1 Grand Prix hosting rights for Singapore and coordinated efforts between government agencies and the private sector to execute the first night race in F1 history in 2008.

Teh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MEng and BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he was a member of the men’s varsity basketball team. A Taekwondo black-belt holder, he was selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2015, and sits on the board of the Singapore Art Museum (SAM).

Ms. Natznet Tesfay leads the Economics and Country Risk Analysis group, which has over 150 experts around the world forecasting the economic, sovereign risk and granular country risk outlooks for 206 countries and geographies as well as comparative performance of over 80 industries and consumer markets globally. Natznet’s areas of focus include geopolitical competition, emerging market debt vulnerabilities, energy transition and global supply chain re-alignment. For over a decade, Ms. Tesfay led Africa analysis group, developing the regional risk indicator and horizon scanning infrastructure, drawing on a range of methodologies such as geospatial analysis, influence mapping and scenario modelling techniques. Natznet supports business growth in emerging markets, advising C-level executives on market entry and risk management, and governments on leveraging their natural resource potential for sustainable economic growth. She regularly speaks in major media outlets, and at high-level conferences. Previously, she had advised on the development of free trade zones, foreign policy and the mining sector in the Horn of Africa. Ms. Tesfay’s degrees include a BA in Government from Harvard University and a MSc in Urbanization and Development from the London School of Economics.
