Brad Henderson

Chief Executive Officer, P33, USA

As founding CEO of P33, Brad is leading the nonprofit organization to drive global technology leadership for Chicago and inclusive economic growth for all. He brings twenty-plus years of professional experience and brings a deep understanding of how to unlock economic opportunities that benefit businesses and individuals to P33’s efforts.

Brad joined from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was senior partner and managing director in the Chicago office. Originally from a small town in southern Ohio, he received a scholarship to attend the University of Chicago, which he credits to changing his life. Brad joined BCG as a summer associate in 2000, and quickly rose through the ranks to spend 2006 in the Mumbai, India office as part of the BCG Ambassador Program and later lead BCG’s North American Operations Practice.

Brad is an active leader in the Chicago community, serving on the board of trustees for the Chicago History Museum, the Association House in Humboldt Park and Interfaith Youth Core. He also serves on the board of ACCION US Network, which provides capital and business support to business owners of color and female business owners, and Impact Engine, a socially-responsible investment firm. He was a BCG Bruce Henderson Institute (BHI) Fellow focused on impact and socially-responsible investing and is a member of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders program.

A Rhodes Scholar, Brad has earned multiple degrees with distinction, including a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors (1997-2001) and Master of Arts in Social Science from the University of Chicago (2000-2001), a Master of Science in Economic and Social History from University of Oxford Balliol College (2001-2002) and a Master of Business Administration from University of Oxford Saïd Business School (2002-2003).

Brad lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.

Brent Hoberman

Co-Founder & Executive Chairman, Founders Factory, United Kingdom

Brent is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Founders Factory (corporate-backed venture studio and accelerator), Founders Forum (global community of founders, corporates and tech leaders), and firstminute capital (2017: $100m seed fund with global remit, backed by Atomico, Tencent and over 30 unicorn founders). Previously, Brent co-founded lastminute.com in 1998, was CEO from its inception, and sold it in 2005 to Sabre for $1.1bn.

Technology businesses Brent has co-founded have raised over $800 million and include Karakuri (provider of robotics, AI and automation systems), made.com (leading European direct-from-factory consumer homewares retailer), PROfounders Capital, Founders Intelligence (entrepreneur-powered consultancy), accelerateHER (network taking action to change the underrepresentation of women in technology), Founders Keepers (technology executive search firm), Founders of the Future (network that identifies and supports aspiring entrepreneurs), Founders Pledge (community for entrepreneurs committed to finding and funding solutions to global challenges), Grip (AI powered event networking solution) and most recently Founders Academy (a new type of business school for a changing world).

Orenzo "Perry" Hollowell

Head of Equities and Sustainable Investing, CFI Partners, USA

Perry Hollowell has over 15 years in the financial services industry and a passion for investing for profit and purpose. As the Head of Equities and Sustainable Investing at CFI Partners, he oversees public and private equity impact strategies aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the integration of ESG best practices across the firm’s fixed income and equity portfolios.

In his prior role as a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, Perry managed over $750 million in equity derivative strategies. While at Guggenheim, Perry was instrumental in establishing the firm’s Social Justice Initiatives Operating Committee, which seeks to invest in and support minority-owned businesses. Before Guggenheim, Perry was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s internal hedge fund, Principal Strategies. As a portfolio manager specializing in global macro investment strategies, he invested across asset classes and the capital structure of companies.

Perry has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in econometrics and statistics from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is a charterholder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Market Technician (CMT), Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA), and EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) designations. Perry has also completed the CFA Institute’s Certification in ESG Investing, the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification, and is an IFRS Fundamentals of Sustainable Accounting (FSA) credential holder.

The World Economic Forum has recognized Perry as a Young Global Leader in 2022. He is an alumnus of the Robert Toigo Foundation Fellowship and a 40 Under 40 honoree.

Perry currently serves on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic Chapter, the Smithsonian’s D.C. Regional Council, and the Smithsonian's Anacostia Community Museum. He is an advisor to Silver Lining Finance, which believes there is no better risk than small businesses and Beyond the Billion (launched as the Billion Dollar Fund for Women). In his spare time, Perry enjoys struggling through boxing workouts, staying on his wife’s good side, and teaching his son how to be a kind human being.

Caroline Blanch Israel

Caroline Blanch Israel is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. As a leader within the firm’s Consumer Practice, she works with some of the world’s leading consumer goods companies and retailers, specializing in the role of e-commerce, data and analytics to transform how people transact, work and live. Caroline is a deep believer in the power of technology and data to drive change and our collective responsibility to harness these for social and economic good. Outside of her work in digital and retail, Caroline chairs the People functions for BCG Australia & New Zealand and champions Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for BCG Asia Pacific, working to further representation, affiliation and community engagement including LGBTQIA+, cultural diversity and disability inclusion. She has been recognized as an INvolve HERoes Role Model for future women leaders in business. Caroline holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Law degree from the University of Melbourne, where she was awarded the law school’s highest honour, the Supreme Court Prize.

Bhairavi Jani

Executive Director, SCA Group of Companies, India

Bhairavi is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, developmental enthusiast and an avid philanthropist. She is the Chairperson and Founder of IEF Entrepreneurship Foundation and Executive Director of SCA Group of Companies founded in 1896. SCA Group undertakes activities in supply chain and logistics sector.

Bhairavi has been listed as one of the 30 most Powerful Women in India by the India Today publication. She has been profiled as Stree Shakti (Woman Power) person by CNBC Awaaz and featured as a Young Turk by CNBC TV 18. She has been listed as one of the 10 women exemplars by the Hindustan Times and Business Today Magazine has featured her as the Supply Chain Maven.

Bhairavi is World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader. She is a KBF Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network of the Aspen Institute and a Responsible Leader of the BMW World Responsible Leaders Forum. She is a Member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business Honor Society, USA and is Past National Chairman, CII's Young Indians. She is a trustee of India@75 Foundation, Leap Foundation and Ananta Centre and serves on the Global Advisory Committee of Earth Day Network.

In the past decade Bhairavi has started, acquired, scaled up many ventures, most of them focused on supply chain and logistics. Bayartsetseg Jigmiddash

Manager, Independent Integrity Unit, Green Climate Fund, Republic of Korea

Bayartsetseg Jigmiddash (Bayaraa) works for the Green Climate Fund. She served as the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia overseeing the national legal and security policy, and the law enforcement agencies from 2012 to 2016. She also served as the Legal Advisor to the President of Mongolia. Prior to these posts, she worked with international non-governmental organizations on human rights and development issues. Bayaraa graduated from Harvard Law School and has been a fellow at Yale University and Columbia Law School.

Binoy Job

Executive Director, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), India

Chosen as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012, Binoy Job is an institution builder, public leadership advisor and policy innovator. Binoy has a rare distinction of advising a Prime Minister, as Director, Prime Minister’s Office and being mentored by a President of India (Dr Manmohan Singh and Dr A P J Abdul Kalam respectively). This ‘ideas man’, as he is fondly described by his colleagues from multiple organisations, was one of the eight professionals chosen from the private sector to join the team of Prime Minister’s advisors. His gift for ideas was spotted by Brajesh Mishra, Chief of Staff and NSA to another former Prime Minister, Mr. A B Vajpayee. Later he was invited by his successor Dr Singh in the PMO after he and his Chief of Staff, Mr Nair, who was also advisor to several Prime Ministers including Mr Vajpayee, found his policy ideas and leadership initiatives useful for the nation. He was invited by Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Prime Minister to advise him on Public Policy, Communications and Global Leadership. Binoy was also a Spokesperson to the Prime Minister.
Specialised in public policy, leadership strategy and communications, this innovative CEO has Leadership level achievements in diverse fields such as Industry, Government, Media, Entrepreneurship and Civil Society. With an outstanding career track record, Binoy is currently Executive Director with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). In the last one year, he has held one-on-one engagements with more than 535 Members of Parliament from India and from other countries. Prior to this he was leading a Leadership Institute for mentoring future leaders in leadership, entrepreneurship and for public life. Before this, he headed a sectoral apex industry chamber in India as its Secretary-General (CEO) following a 5-year stint as Director, Prime Minister’s Office- the youngest executive to hold both these positions. The fact that he earned these coveted positions and excelled in multiple fields even before he turned 40 makes him a multi-faceted global achiever.
As a CEO he achieved highest YoY profit in its 60-year history for the apex industry body and as a policy advisor, he conceptualised a record number of more than 100 policy ideas that went on to become parliamentary legislations. Binoy is also founder & serial social entrepreneur of 13 social ventures such as ‘Leaders For Tomorrow Foundation’-a 265,000+ members strong leadership movement. Through these initiatives, he has inspired more than a million youth to become socially responsible citizens and future leaders. Most of these youth leadership initiatives were created under the mentoring of Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, former President of India. For his contribution in bringing about social change, for his Thought Leadership and for his professional excellence in diverse leadership positions, he has been honoured with the ‘Young Global Leader’ award by the World Economic Forum, ‘Emerging Leader Fellowship’ at Melbourne University, ‘Chevening Fellowship for Leadership and Excellence’ at London School of Economics(LSE), ‘Asia Young Leader’ by the Asia Society and also chosen for the ‘International Leadership’ program by the US State Department.
An alumnus of eight top global universities such as Kennedy School of Government Harvard; Saïd Business School Oxford, LSE; Melbourne University; Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Batten school of Public Policy and Leadership, University of Virginia; University of Delhi, Nanyang Technological University Singapore etc, Binoy serves on the Board of several organisations of repute as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The topic for his doctoral research was on ‘Leadership strategies and Public Policies”. Vibin B Joseph

Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, BiOZEEN, India

Dr. Vibin Joseph, Chief Executive Officer of BiOZEEN and Management Committee member at PJB Group, is a co-founder and technopreneur. He stewards global operations that process and formulate more than a billion doses of vaccines every year. Vibin has ensured continuous production support across five continents through innovating self-managing teams. He has supported an inclusive industry structure that emphasizes learning ecosystems focused on upskilling more than 130 small enterprises in India. Committed to knowledge dissemination and equity, he has facilitated industry seminars and career progression for more than 2,000 graduates. Vibin is an Engineer and biologist by training with degrees from Imperial College London, and Doctorate from Warwick University. His research interests lie in systems design, design psychology, and moderating industry influencers. With a vision to enable every country to produce vaccines locally, Vibin is a subject expert and consultant with the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturing Network and partners with the African Vaccine Manufacturing Initiative. Vibin inspires positive change as a One Young World Ambassador and Gates Foundation Goalkeeper for UN sustainable development goals. He is a director at the Imperial College India Foundation and chairs the alumni association in South India. The Irish Independent described him as a future leader and recognized by Imperial College Business School for outstanding contribution to society.

Dana Juffali

Member of the Board, E.A. Juffali and Brothers, Saudi Arabia

Dana Juffali is currently a Board Member at E.A. Juffali & Brothers, and Director of Business Development at Khaled Juffali Company. In addition, Dana is a Board Member of a number of philanthropic institutions, including the The Shefa Fund, and The Help Center. She previously held managerial positions at Siemens AG in Germany and Saudi Arabia in Human Resources and Supply Chain Management.

Dana holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and a master’s degree in business administration from Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin. She is fluent in English, Arabic, German, and French.

Unathi Kamlana

Commissioner, Financial Sector Conduct Authority, South Africa

Unathi Kamlana was appointed as Head of Department - Policy, Statistics & Industry Department of the Reserve Bank of South Africa in July 2015. He joined the Bank in 2011 following a six-year career at National Treasury where he served as Chief Director: Financial Markets and Stability. During this time (2009-2011) he served as a member of the Standing Committee on the Revision of the Banks Act. Previously, he held various senior roles at Standard Bank Corporate and Investment Banking.

Unathi holds Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce degrees; a Higher Diploma in Taxation; and has attended various management development programmes, including at the University of Cape Town, Duke University (United States) and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Unathi participates in various international forums and is a member of the Experts Group of the Financial Stability Board’s (FSB) Standing Committee on Standards Implementation (SCSI).
