Florian DELMAS
Florian Delmas joined Andros straight after finishing his degree in agri-food engineering. A fast learner, Florian rose quickly through the ranks. He was named Director of R&D in 2011 and promoted to Director of Industrial Products, Sourcing, and Primary Processing three years later. After cementing his understanding and competencies with an MBA at the prestigious HEC business school in 2016, Florian took the post of CEO of Andros France, spearheading the implementation of an ambitious development strategy. Two years later, in June 2018, he was named CEO of the Andros Group. In 2022, Florian will be appointed Chairman and CEO of the famous 3 billion Euro global food company. Heavily involved in changing the rules of his industry via the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development, Florian published a book in 2021 called "Planète A, Plan B," which describes a new global and optimistic way of building a better world. He is also committed to inventing new Leadership approaches.
Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda
Marina del Pilar Ávila Olmeda is a Mexican lawyer and politician affiliated with the Morena political party . She is a Deputy licensed by the District 2 of Baja California in the LXIV Legislature of the Chamber of Deputies of the Congress of the Union and currently elected municipal mayor of the city of Mexicali. She studied law in the Center for Technical and Higher Education from 2004 to 2009, and have completed two master's degrees, the first in Public Law by the Graduate School in Government and Public Policy of the Institute of Technology and Higher Education of Monterrey de 2010 to 2011 and the second in Public Administration by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the Autonomous University of Baja California from 2014 to 2016.
FX de Mallmann
FX (Francois-Xavier) de Mallmann is Chairman of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He has worked with Goldman Sachs International since 1993 in a number of senior roles, including as Chief Operating Officer, Global Investment Banking Division, based in New York (2007-2008); Head of the European Financing Group and Capital Markets businesses in EMEA (2009 to 2011); Global Co-Head of the Consumer Retail Group (2014-2017) and Head of Investment Banking, Switzerland. He has been a partner in the firm since 2004. He is a Member of the European Management Committee at Goldman Sachs and is a Member of the Firmwide Commitments and Investment Banking Operating committees. He sits on the Board of the International Rescue Committee. FX graduated from Hochschule St Gallen and the Community of European Management Schools in 1992.
Deshal De Mel
Deshal de Mel is economic adviser to the minister of finance of Sri Lanka and the youngest director to have served at Sampath Bank. An economist by training, de Mel is passionate about and committed to economic reform in Sri Lanka in order to create competitive and fair markets along with broader economic and political reform to further economic and political freedoms.
Melahat Bilge Demirköz
Prof. Demirköz is an astro-particle physics professor at the Ankara-based Middle East Technical University who is active in science diplomacy. She studied at MIT and Oxford for her undergraduate and graduate degrees respectively, worked at Cambridge University, IFAE Barcelona and CERN for 15 years on silicon detectors and data analysis for the ATLAS Experiment as well as the space radiation studies with the AMS Experiment on the International Space Station. She is currently the director of the Research and Application Center for Space and Accelerating Technologies (IVMER), which performs space radiation tests, builds radiation detectors for space and for medical facilities as well as analyze big data for space science.
Prof. Demirköz was a Marie Curie Fellow under FP7, co-funded THE Port humanitarian hackathons at CERN and received multiple awards including the L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science International Rising Talent fellowship. She served on the governing board of TUBITAK for three years and is a member of the Turkish Academy of Sciences and the Young Global Academy as well as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
Alfa Demmellash
Born and raised in Ethiopia, Alfa now lives in New Jersey with her husband and two little boys. She is also the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Rising Tide Capital, a non-profit organization that provides underserved entrepreneurs with the resources needed to grow successful businesses. Over the past 15 years, the organization has run hundreds of Community Business Academies, which provide intensive business management training coupled with year-round coaching and mentorship to over 1,000 entrepreneurs annually. Corporate, foundation and governmental funders underwrite the cost of tuition for all participants. By building successful businesses, these entrepreneurs meet their families’ basic needs, create opportunities for social mobility and help transform their local communities into thriving economies.
Alfa is also the co-founder of Future Tide Partners, which equips cross-sector leaders to shift capital, policy and culture to respond to a new world of work in service to a flourishing future economy. She was named Young Global Leader in 2015 and has appeared in leading media outlets, such as CNN, the Suze Orman show, O the Oprah Magazine, Essence Magazine, Bloomberg, Inc Magazine, BusinessWeek and Entrepreneur Magazine. Recipient of honours and awards, including: recognized by President Barack Obama; named a CNN Hero; named one of the Most Powerful Women Changing the World, Forbes.
Gila Demri Gamliel
Gila Gamliel is Israel’s Minister of Environmental Protection. She served as the first ever Minister for Social Equality in the last 5 years, until May 2020 in which she was appointed as the Minister for Environmental Protection.
The ministry for Social Equality encompasses the advancement of senior citizens, young people, gender and minority equality, as well the Digital Israel project, which aims to leverage the country's standing as the Start-Up Nation to ensure that governmental and business services offered to the public use the most advanced methods in the world.
A member of the Knesset (Parliament) from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's ruling Likud Party for over a decade, Ms. Gamliel has previously served as Deputy Speaker of the Knesset, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Deputy Minister for the Advancement of Young People, Students and Women. Among other roles, she chaired the Knesset's Committee on the Status of Women and Gender Equality, and served as a Member of the Knesset's Finance Committee, Economics Affairs Committee, and the Education, Culture and Sports Committee.
Ms. Gamliel is also a member of the Young Leaders Community of the Davos World Economic Forum, (the first Israeli public representative to the Forum) and was the first woman Chairperson of Israel's National Students' Union.
Ms. Gamliel holds an L.L.M. from Bar Ilan University, a L.L.B. from Ono Academic College, an M.A. in Philosophy and a B.A. in Middle Eastern History and Philosophy from Ben-Gurion University. She holds the rank of Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), having served as the head of an air force investigative staff.
Ms. Gamliel, who lives in Tel Aviv, is married and the mother of
two.

Ozlem Denizmen
Graduate, Cornell University; MBA, MIT Sloan School of Management; leadership programmes, Stanford, GE Crotonville, Harvard Business School. Social entrepreneur. Since 1999, in Strategy Management, Business Development and Investor Relations, Dogus Group; currently, Head of Strategy, Dogus Holding; Member of the Board, Dogus Otomotiv. 2010, launched Para Durumu multimedia platform, Turkey's first financial literacy initiative. Hosts a weekly TV show, a weekly column in a newspaper, radio programmes, and conducts seminars for women and students. Young Global Leader 2011, World Economic Forum. At Weber Shandwick, Lead the Weber Shandwick Collective's 600+ professionals, globally, in corporate & public affairs, management consulting and research & insights businesses, advising clients at the intersection of organizational strategy, societal engagement and public positioning.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, at Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, I advised Fortune 500 CEOs on formulating and implementing their agendas related to corporate reputation, organizational transformation and financial performance. I also worked with colleagues to establish Teneo’s Digital practice which advised clients on content & engagement strategies, digitizing their organizations and using data and analytics to produce insights specifically designed for the C-Suite.
Previously, I was the President of WCG, a full-service communications, digital marketing and analytics firm with 180 employees in seven U.S. and European offices. Before that, I was Burson-Marsteller’s Market Leader in China, overseeing the agency’s operations across its five offices in Mainland China. At Burson, I launched the Burson-Marsteller Leadership Institute, a first-of-its-kind communications leadership training offering in China; and I spent a decade at Edelman, where I co-incubated and led the global Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability practice which grew to 110 practitioners in 15 offices around the world.
Earlier in my career, I led fundraising in the Northeast for Al Gore's 2000 Presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee; and before that, I was the Director of Institutional Affairs for the National Minority AIDS Council, an advocacy and training organization representing 1000's of local community-based AIDS service providers.
I was also a Young Global Leader in the World Economic Forum; and I served as a Term Member in the Council on Foreign Relations (2003 – 2008).
David de Rothschild
David de Rothschild is a British adventurer, ecologist and environmentalist. He is the Founder of the Sculpt the Future Foundation, which promotes positive environmental change towards global sustainability. He is also the author of several books, numerous documentaries and TV show, and a regular contributor to media outlets such as Treehugger, CNN and the Huffington Post. He has been recognized by UNEP as a Climate Hero and Nat Geo's Emerging Explorer programme for his exploration, which has seen him undertake adventures in some of the planet's most fragile ecosystems - from crossing the Arctic Ocean from Russia to Canada with 16 dogs to sailing a boat kept afloat with 12,500 reused plastic bottles across the Pacific to raise awareness about plastic pollution.
Matias De Tezanos
In the year 2000 founded Hoteles.com, one of the leading hotel reservation sites targeting Spanish speaking users around the world, now owned and operated by Expedia. In 2003 he co-founded and led as CEO ClickDiario Network, at the time, the #1 Internet advertising network in Latin America, acquired by FOX International Channels (Newscorp) in 2006. From 2008 to 2011, de Tezanos led BrokersWeb as CEO, an online insurance marketplace in the United States, which became the 20th fastest growing company in the US in the INC 500 ranking of 2011.
Matias de Tezanos was Honored Young Global Leader by the WEF in 2009 and named one of the top 10 Hispanic entrepreneurs by INC Magazine during 2011 and 2012.
In 2012, founded PeopleFund, a private holding company that invests in tech-startups around the world, including several top INC 500 ranked companies like Healthcare.com, AutoWeb.com (merged with Nasdaq: ABTL), DiamondFoundry, Orionis Biosciences, GetAround, Bluekite (Acquired by Nasdaq: Xoom), among 30+ other companies and social impact projects like KingoEnergy.
