Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir

Second Chief Prosecutor, Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore

Mohamed Faizal Mohamed Abdul Kadir is a Legal Service Officer who presently serves as Second Chief Prosecutor at the Attorney-General’s Chambers. He holds adjunct teaching positions in various institutions and was General Editor of “Criminal Procedure Code of Singapore: Annotations and Commentary”. He is a keen advocate of education-related initiatives who has received the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Award for his work in developing educational scholarships for lower-income students. He is a member of the MUIS Appeal Board, and has also served on numerous high-level committees, including the Committee on University Education Pathways Beyond 2015 and the Eldershield Review Committee. He was recognised by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2016 and was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2014. A graduate from the National University of Singapore and Harvard Law School, Faizal was appointed Senior Counsel in 2020.

Henry Motte-Muñoz

Founder and Executive Chairman, Edukasyon.ph, Philippines

Henry Motte-Muñoz is the Founder of Edukasyon.ph, the largest EdTech platform in the Philippines empowering more than 8 million students each year with advice, soft skills training and academic support. He got his MBA from Harvard Business School, and previously worked at Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs. Henry’s work has been recognized by global and regional organizations including the WEF (YGL Class of 2020), Financial Times and IFC (Transformational Business Award 2017), Forbes (30 Under 30 Asia 2016) and Asia Society (21 Young Leaders 2015).

Omar Mustapha

Chairman, Room Capital, Malaysia

Omar Mustapha is Managing Partner of Ethos & Co., a Malaysian boutique strategy consulting practice and a General Partner of Ethos Capital, a private equity firm with interests in South-East Asia. Previously, Mustapha served as Special Assistant to Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. He was also a consultant with McKinsey & Co.

Toshihiro Nakamura

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kopernik, Indonesia

Toshihiro Nakamura is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kopernik based in Indonesia, a social enterprise that finds what works to reduce poverty through lean experimentation. Nakamura founded Kopernik after working for the United Nations in Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Sierra Leone, New York and Switzerland. He also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company.

Nakamura is also Guest Professor at Osaka University in Japan. He earned an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLB from Kyoto University in Japan.

Lena Ng

Lena is the Chairperson for Aseanminds Capital, Chairperson for Investment Committee (GMS) for China's Belt & Road Initiative, Chairperson for Hotel Nikko Chonburi and Chief of Investment (CIO) for Amata Corporation Public Company Ltd. Lena have more than 25 years of experience in overseeing billions of assets in Strategic Investments, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Urban Township, Industrial & Smart Cities development. She is also the Enterprise Advisory Council Member of Bridge Alliance, a leading mobile alliance of 34 premier Telco operators serving over 800 million customers. Formerly a Singapore Diplomat (Commercial Attaché) based in the Embassy of Singapore in Bangkok; Director (ICT) and Green Programme Office, IE Singapore (Ministry of Trade and Industry); British Telecom and Standard Chartered Bank. Ng Yeen Seen

Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Research, Advisory and Technology (CREATE), Malaysia

Ms Ng Yeen Seen is an entrepreneur and an active member of the society within the think tank circle, and various organisations. She has been working closely between the public and the private sector. She was recognised as one of the Youth Ambassadors by the Malaysian Government (TN50) and as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2016.

Yeen Seen is now the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Research, Advisory and Technology (CREATE). She pioneered various movements and founded various enterprises and Not-For-Profit Organisations like the #OpsHarapan when the 100-year flood hits Kelantan in 2014, and sits on the Board as the Vice President of the Centre for Better Tomorrow (CENBET).

Yeen Seen sat on UNESCO Steering Committee for Youth Leading Change for Peace in ASEAN and was a Board Member at the Global Institute for Women Empowerment. She was appointed to the Entrepreneurial Council of the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. Yeen Seen established her career as a political researcher; before she moved into the public policy and strategy space over the last 15 years, and now an entrepreneur.
Today, Yeen Seen serves as a Think Tank Member at the Ministry of Environment and Water, Malaysia; and as an Industrial Advisor to UNIMAS in Sarawak and Xiamen University Malaysia Campus.

Yeen Seen works closely with the business community, impact organisations and institutions as their long-term thinking partner. She hopes to contribute constructively towards a mature, united and progressive Malaysia and the global community.

Chanthol Oung

Executive Director, The Arbitration Council, Cambodia

Education: Holding a PhD in Public Policy and Administration (U.S.A). Master's Degree in Laws (Hong Kong). Bachelor's Degree in Law and Public Administration (Thailand).

Work: Currently, I am working as an Executive Director of Women's Media Centre of Cambodia (WMC). Previously, I held many positions, including a Technical Director of the Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), STAND!'s Liaison on Domestic Violence with Richmond Police Department (California), Coordinator of Healthy Marriage and Career Advancement Program of Cambodian Association of America (California), the Founder and Executive Director of Cambodian Woman's Crisis Center (Cambodia), and Assistant to the Legal Unit of the UN Center for Human Rights (Cambodia). Members of the Board of Directors of various Nonprofit organizations.

Awards received: PrizeSholer Award on Human Rights (Germany), U.S. State Department Award on International Women for Courage, Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, One of the 1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize, Oak Fellowship Award, Japanese and Parliament Human Rights Award, and Ramon Magsaysay Award on the Emergent Leadership.

Arif P. Rachmat

Co-Founder and Executive Chairman, PT Triputra Agro Persada, Indonesia

Co-Founder & CEO of TAP Group, one of the largest oil palm companies in Indonesia. TAP has over 300,000 hectares of land bank, where more than 150,000 hectares has been planted. TAP employs over 24,000 people. Since 2011, he has been the Commissioner of PT. Kirana Megatara (KM), Indonesia’s largest crumb rubber processor and exporter. He is the majority shareholder of PT Triputra Persada Rahmat with a stake at BTPN Syariah Bank. The three companies fall under Triputra Group, with significant investment in publicly listed companies Adaro Group, the largest coal energy in Indonesia, and DSN group (palm oil and wood) and, is ranked no. 15 in Globe Asia’s 100 Largest Conglomerates in Indonesia August 2014. Upon graduation from Cornell University, he worked for General Electric Company in the U.S. for 7 years in various leadership roles including Six Sigma and Corporate Audit Staff. He is the Head of GK Indonesia foundation and a member of Young Global Leaders, an initiative of The World Economic Forum, as well as a member of Young Presidents Organization. He sits at the Rabobank Advisory Board Food Agri in Asia He also a member of Indonesia Business Association (APINDO), and Advisory Board of Indonesian Palm Oil Association "(GAPKI)". He also a member of Asia Business Council and ASEAN Business Club.

Jonathan Rake

Chief Executive Officer, Asia-Pacific, Swiss Re International SE Singapore Branch, Singapore

Commerce Degree with Majors in Economics and Commercial Law, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. Formerly with ABN Amro Bank. From 2001, with Zurich Insurance Group in London, Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore; previously, Country Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer, General Insurance, Zurich Insurance Group, Singapore; set up and headed the Corporate Social Responsibility and Thought Leadership committees in Singapore. Joined Swiss Re in 2016. Currently, CEO, Asia Pacific at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and a member of the Global Executive Committee for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

Rohan Ramakrishnan

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The ASEAN Post, Malaysia

Rohan Ramakrishnan is a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum. He is also the youngest Founder & CEO of a regional media firm in ASEAN. Whilst studying at INSEAD and having recognised the data and information gap preventing the Southeast Asian economies from fully integrating and unlocking its true economic potential - Rohan conceived the of Digital Media Nusantara (“DMN”) – a hybrid financial technology and digital media firm.

Under the DMN ecosystem, The ASEAN Post was first established to cover regional geopolitics and financial markets as an ASEAN centric news provider. More recently, RainmarketX was established as a regional financial market data services data provider. DMN has been funded by Rohan’s family office, Malaysia’s Ministry of Finance via Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad and global venture capital firm 500 Global – a backer of majority of ASEAN unicorn start-ups. DMN is seen as a potential alternative solution to Bloomberg and Refinitive in Southeast Asia.

Prior to this disruptive career in media and financial technology, Rohan worked in corporate restructuring and investment banking at Ernst Young and CIMB Investment Bank. He also had a brief stint in his family office working within the agribusiness and clean energy industries on infrastructure and project financing initiatives for Fortune 500, government linked investment corporations, multinationals and multilateral organisations and blue-chip public listed companies. Passionate about structured finance, Rohan recognises himself as a financier and then an entrepreneur.

Rohan is an alumnus of Trinity College, University of Melbourne, University of Hertfordshire, and INSEAD. He has has also completed executive programmes in Corporate Financial Strategy at the London School of Economics and Public Leadership programme at the John F Kennedy School of Government. He is also accomplished rider, equestrian and polo player.

Also an active investor in the Southeast Asian technology space. Member of the Columbia University International Advisory Board, the Wharton Business School Asia Executive Board.
