Peter Lacy is the global sustainability services lead and chief responsibility officer, overseeing the integration of sustainability in all client work and ensuring the responsible business agenda across Accenture services and internal operations. Peter is a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee.

He leads sustainability services with clients and ecosystem partners, working across Accenture's service offerings to help clients create value and impact. Peter's work spans environmental, social and governance issues as they impact business, clients and ecosystems, as Accenture builds toward achieving the United Nations Global Compact's Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. He directs market growth for sustainability services and demand for responsible business consulting.

Peter previously led Accenture Strategy in Europe and Asia Pacific and helped launch the company's sustainability practice in 2008.

He has led the world's largest CEO studies on behalf of the United Nations Secretary General and co-led a global research program on digital transformation with the World Economic Forum, where he also sits on the Forum of Young Global Leaders foundation board.

Peter is the author of two books on the value of the circular economy: Waste to Wealth, an international best seller, and its follow-up, The Circular Economy Handbook.

Peter achieved First Class Honours at the University of Nottingham, winning the David and Elizabeth Marsden prize, and has been a Business Fellow at the University of Oxford since 2010. He has completed executive programs at Harvard University, Yale University, the University of Cambridge and INSEAD.

He lives in London with his family.

Committed in promoting sustainable growth in developing economies, Sanae Lahlou is the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Country Representative in Morocco. She ensures the coordination, in Morocco, of the strategy of the UN agency, for the promotion of inclusive and sustainable industrial development. Sanae has a long and rich experience in the conduct and implementation of several economic programs in the public and private sectors, in Morocco and internationally, some of which have been related to industrial development issues

She was before the Director of the African Business Unit of the International Consulting firm Mazars. She has also assisted several Moroccan industrial small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to position themselves in global value chains, as she has been in charge of International Markets for the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency, under the authority of the Morocco Ministry of Industry. Prior to that, Sanae held the position of Development Adviser for Africa at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Sanae Lahlou has been awarded as “Young Global Leader” 2021 by The World Economic Forum (WEF). Advocating for inclusive growth and gender equality are also among Sanae’s career key drivers. She has been also nominated as a “Global Impact” doer by the Pan African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Centre, and as “French-African Young Leader 2019” by the French-African Foundation.

She has graduated from Sciences Po Paris and the American University Al Akhawayn. She also obtained an MBA in International Business Engineering in Paris and a Master Degree from ISCAE (High Public Institute of Commerce and Business Administration) in Coaching & Leadership. Sanae recently obtained the Sustainability Certificate from Stanford University California. She achieved as well the Certificate of Achievement of Public Leadership from Oxford University and the Apolitical Academy Global.

Siddhartha Lal is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Eicher Motors, the flagship listed company of the Eicher Group in India. In 2008, Lal took charge as Managing Director and Chief Executive of VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), a 50-50 joint venture between Volvo group and Eicher Motors. It is the third largest CV player in India and has ambitions to drive modernization in commercial transportation. During 2001-2004, as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Enfield (a division of Eicher Motors), Lal helped revive the company's fortunes and strengthen stakeholders' involvement with the brand. He holds Master's in Automotive Engineering from University of Leeds and is a Cranfield University qualified mechanical engineer. An Economics graduate from St Stephens College and alumnus of Doon School, he has a keen eye for detail which actively manifests in motorcycle designs and photography. Lal is passionate about transportation and the role it plays in sustainability, especially in urban settings; and its role in health, safety and quality of life. He is co-championing a YGL GRI initiative “Transforming Urban Mobility - by creating an authority”.

Tshering graduated from Northumbria University, UK with BSc (HONS) Health Development Studies, Masters of Public Health, and a Ph.D. in Telemedicine. He was awarded with the first ever Lord Glenamara International Scholarship in recognition of his efforts in improving public health and the environment through volunteering.

In 2006, Tshering won the International Student of the Year 2006 in the UK. This award was honoured by the university establishing the ‘Tshering Lama Northumbria University Scholarships’, which provide 20 scholarships a year for Nepalese students.

In 2010, Tshering returned to Nepal to found Childreach Nepal (www.childreachnp.org) – an independent, locally registered charity that works in partnership with local communities to improve children’s access to healthcare, education, and child rights and protection.

Tshering is a strong believer in bringing the right people together to find new and innovative ways of changing the lives of young people. One of the best demonstrations of this is his key role in co-creating the Idea Studio Nepal. Launched 2014, as a joint initiative with UNICEF Nepal, the Idea Studio has created a platform for Nepalese people with enterprising ideas to change society by providing them with mentoring at Kathmandu University, investment to turn promising ideas viable businesses and giving them national exposure by telling their journey through one of Nepal’s first reality TV shows.

Today, Idea Studio Nepal is legally registered not-for-profit company in Nepal and successfully completed its 2nd Season. Currently, Tshering is leading as the Chairperson and co-founder of Idea Studio Nepal and giving much of his time in developing a complete ecosystem of entrepreneurship ecosystem in Nepal to ignite social change.

Dr Tamás Landesz is Director, Administration and Finance at the World Health Organization, Western Pacific Region (WPRO) based in Manila. He has been with WHO for the past 10 years, serving in a similar functions in the Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMRO) based in Cairo, and the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) based in Lyon. During his 30+ year professional career, Dr Landesz worked across five continents with multiple international organizations, including the United Nations system and the European Union. Dr Landesz started his career as a management consultant, providing strategic advise to companies interested in Eastern Europe, during the transition from centrally planned to market economies. Dr Landesz is a regular lecturer and keynote speaker. Landesz holds a PhD from Paris, an MPA from Harvard University, an MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and an MBA from Vienna. His latest book published in 2023 is titled “Future Intelligence - The World in 2050: Enabling Governments, Businesses and Innovators to Create a Better Future” (Springer). His latest TEDx talk available on Youtube is titled “How to become a future intelligent leader – in 5 easy steps”.

Avid has been involved in the startup ecosystem as a developer, product manager, founder, investor, and adviser since 1998. Avid started investing at Accel Partners in London in 2006, where she focused on software and Internet investments. She has been an active early investor in multiple companies, including as an angel investor in Okta (Nasdaq: OKTA). Avid also held product management roles at Tellme Networks, eBay, and Skype, and began programming in college. While at eBay, Avid was granted a patent for her work on a suite of selling tools.

Avid serves on the Harvard Business School European Advisory Board. She also led Code.org and the Hour of Code in the UK getting over 22 million people to try an hour of code. In 2019, she was appointed Honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire, for services to the economy, business and education.

Hilal Ahmed Lashuel was born in Taiz, Republic of Yemen. He received his BSc degree in chemistry from the City University of New York in 1994 and completed his doctoral studies in biological chemistry at Texas A&M University and the Scripps Research Institute in 2000. In 2001, he moved to Harvard Medical School and the Brigham and Women's Hospital as a research fellow and was later promoted to Instructor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School. In 2005, Lashuel moved Switzerland to join the Brain Mind Institute at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne, where he is now Associate Professor of Life Sciences and Director of the Laboratory of Molecular and Chemical Biology of Neurodegeneration. His research has resulted in the identification of potential therapeutic targets and new hypotheses concerning the mechanisms of pathogenesis in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and related disorders. Lashuel is a co-founder and Secretary-General of the Society for the Advancement of Science and Technology in the Arab World (SASTA).

A philanthropic leader, social entrepreneur and cross sector mobilizer on minority inclusion. His work is inspired by democratic values and universal norms shared by faith traditions and his leadership has challenged global extremism and ideologically motivated hate. He is the President of the El-Hibri Foundation, focused on cross sector approaches to foster inclusion across religious and political divides. His work focuses on investing in Muslim leaders in partnership with allies to build capacity and resilience.

Prior to joining the Foundation, he led the think tank Institute for Social Policy and Understanding, where his work included advising White House officials, Homeland Security and other agencies on issues around national security, enhancing religious pluralism and equity. He spent over a decade in higher education focused on inclusion of underrepresented, low-income, and first-generation students. As a social entrepreneur, he founded Strategic Inspirations, a social impact consulting firm. Farhan serves as an advisory member on the Council on Foundations Public Policy Committee and the Executive Committee of the MGP Fund that was launched at Stanford University's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school).

As an interfaith leader, Mr. Latif worked with national and local civic organizations to promote religious understanding and inclusion. He is also a fellow of the American Muslim Civic Leadership Institute. He serves as an advisory member on both the Muslim-Jewish Advisory Council and the leadership committee of the ACCESS Campaign to Take on Hate, and is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum. Authors Genieve Abdo and Akbar Ahmad have chronicled Farhan’s journey in combating extremism and working towards inclusion in their books Mecca and Mainstreet: Muslim Life in America After 9/11 and Journey into America: The Challenge of Islam. Farhan has appeared on numerous media outlets, including ABC, FOX, BBC, LA Times, New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Voice of America, Gulf Times and USA Today.

Mr. Latif received an MA from Harvard University, where he completed a specialized interdisciplinary program on Social Entrepreneurship, Philanthropy and Education through graduate coursework at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Education. He also holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing, and completed graduate work in nonprofit management at the University of Michigan Dearborn.

Natasha Latiff is a highly regarded international human rights lawyer known for her work in Afghanistan and beyond. She has made significant contributions through the establishment of two acclaimed non-profit organizations: Strategic Advocacy for Human Rights (SAHR) in 2008; and Women for Justice in 2018. She is also Founder of Fair Future, a Singapore-based enterprise with a mission to combat modern slavery practices in the supply chain by focusing on the "human" in corporate human rights due diligence processes and response. Latiff’s remarkable work has led to transformative changes in law and policy on human rights and access to remedy. She advises and trains lawyers and organizations on international human rights norms and standards. Her efforts have resulted in securing remedies for affected communities and fostering meaningful dialogue between victims, governments and companies. Latiff’s impactful initiatives have left a lasting mark on the lives of countless individuals. She holds a Master of Law degree with Distinction from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.

Cina Lawson is Togo’s Minister of Digital Economy and Transformation. Drawing from over 20 years of experience and expertise in digital policy and regulation, she has led Togo’s successful transition to an inclusive digital economy.
Lawson began her career at the World Bank in Washington, D.C, assisting governments in emerging markets in executing regulatory reforms. She then worked for Alcatel-Lucent in Paris before joining Orange Group in New York City as Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
As a minister, she transformed the regulatory environment to foster innovation, competition, and private investments. She has been uniquely innovative in championing private sector investment in the public's interest via joint ventures and partnerships with global enterprises (e.g., Google, CSquared, Asseco, Axian).
Under Lawson’s leadership, Togo became the first West African country to deploy 5G services. Over the last decade, she increased digital service penetration so that a majority of the population now has access to mobile telephony (from 33% in 2010 to 78% in 2021) to mobile internet (from 1% in 2010 to 74% in 2021), and to mobile money (from 1% in 2013 to 57% in 2021).
Lawson also used digital means to better enable financial inclusion. For example, during the Covid-19 pandemic, she initiated and launched the digital cash transfer program Novissi, which distributed $34M in financial aid to a quarter of Togo’s adult population.
Lawson’s leadership has gained international recognition, including from the World Economic Forum, SXSW, and Forbes. In 2019, she received the Harvard Alumni Public Service Award, becoming the first African female public servant honoree since its establishment. Lawson graduated from Sciences Po Paris and earned a Masters of Public Policy from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. She speaks Fluent French, English, and Ewe (Mina).
