Nathalia Arcuri

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Me Poupe! Conteudo e Servicos Financeiros Eireli, Brazil

Nathalia Arcuri is a Brazilian entrepreneur, journalist, finance specialist, philanthropist and founder of the world's largest financial entertainment platform, Me Poupe! From content to technology, Me Poupe! has been making it easier for people to understand difficult concepts involving finances and investments, her company helps over 21 million people each month to improve their financial life. Nathalia believes that education is the first step for true financial freedom and her mission is to make people free through democratic access to quality knowledge.
Nathalia disrupted the Brazilian financial market by bringing the concept of entertainment to the service of financial education. Her work at the forefront of Education has earned her several awards over the past 4 years. Me Poupe! democratized access to personal finance content, introduced complex concepts in a simple and fun way and among its platforms has the largest YouTube channel in the world, with more than 5.5 million engaged subscribers.

She is an author, a student of behavioral economics with a specialization in choice architecture.

Dalal Saeb Iriqat

Assistant Professor, Arab American University-Palestine, Palestinian Territories

Iriqat, Dalal, Dr., is assistant professor at the Arab American University Palestine. Dalal is a weekly columnist at AlQuds Newspaper since 2016. She served as VP for International Relations for AAUP 2018-2022. Previously served as senior advisor of strategic communications at PMO 2017-2018. Dalal’s research focus on Diplomacy, Nation Branding, Palestinian State Building, Coercive Diplomacy, Public Diplomacy, Soft Power, Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She is author of Public Diplomacy in the 21st Century, Diplomacy in the perspective of Peace Building, Limitations of Coercive Diplomacy, Diplomacy for Democracy post Oslo, The Double Lockdown: Palestine under Occupation and COVID-19. She served as the Senior Policy Consultant for writing the Human Development Report UNDP for Palestine in 2015. Dalal taught at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at Birzeit University between 2011-12. Dalal was elected President of the Diplomatic Academy of London Students’ Association in 2003. She was also a member of the students’ council at the University of Jordan in 2001. Dalal is passionate about bringing change into the Palestinian society through education, she is passionate about improving Palestinian Diplomacy and better brand Palestine. Iriqat is a founding member Mediterranean Women Mediators Network MWMN, founder member for Palestine Experts for Education under Covid-19, Founding and Board member of the Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center PCRSC, board member of Lycée Franćais International of Ramallah, board member of Eco Peace Palestine and sits on the jury board of 3alArd initiative. Dalal IRIQAT has a PhD in Public Administration from Paris I Sorbonne 2011, A Masters degree in Diplomatic Studies from Westminster University in London 2004 and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Jordan 2003 and she continues to learn.

Sue Anne Tay

Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff, The Hongkong and Shanghai Corporation Limited (HSBC SGH), Singapore

Sue Anne Tay is Head of Strategy & Planning for HSBC in Singapore. She works closely with the CEO and businesses to develop and execute HSBC's strategic vision and business development plans for Singapore. Priorities include growing Singapore as an ASEAN hub; capturing international flows, infrastructure-related opportunities and sustainable finance opportunities; scaling up SME business; investing in digital capabilities; growing the domestic retail business, and scaling up Singapore as offshore wealth hub.

Tay has spent a decade in diverse roles across HSBC's China and Group operations. Most recently, she served as HSBC's group strategy lead for RMB (renminbi) internationalization, where she helps to design and implement the bank's RMB business strategy across its global network. She was also based in Shanghai for over five years driving China's organic business in mainland China and executed strategic projects.

As a champion of next-generation thought leadership, Tay also co-leads Young China Watchers (YCW), a non-profit whose mission is to foster a network of 5,000 China-focused young professionals across Asia, Europe and the US as future China thought leaders. In a personal capacity, she has launched research platforms ShanghaiStreetStories.com and ChinainCentralAsia.com, which have been featured in the Financial Times, the Guardian and Asia Society, among others.

Through her roles as WEF Young Global Leader and Global Director for Young China Watchers, she has been actively engaged on issues close to her heart including China's evolving global role, ASEAN economic development, sustainable finance and female leadership in private/public sectors.

Fumiaki Kobayashi

Member,House of Representatives, The Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, Japan

Fumiaki Kobayashi is a Japanese politician representing the Hiroshima 7th district in the House of Representatives, the lower house of the National Diet, for the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). He is also Acting Director of the Youth Division for the LDP as well as Chief Secretary of Headquarter for Promoting Administrative Reform, Parliamentary Vice-Minister at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Parliamentary Secretary of the Cabinet Office, focusing on regulatory reform of radio, broadcast and telecommunication, and development of policies for social security and the tax number system.

Mykhailo Fedorov

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Ukraine

Mykhailo Federov is Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The youngest minister in the history of Ukrainian politics, Fedorov, at the age of 30, managed to succeed both with opening his own businesses as well as with leading the country's digital revolution. His most important project as minister is the "State in a Smartphone" which aims, by 2024, to have 100% of all government services available online, with 20% of services provided automatically without the intervention of an official and one online form to receive a package of services.

Arvan Chan

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of International, USA

Arvan Chan serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of International, a publicly traded Fortune 50 healthcare enterprise that partners with local governments to ensure people receive high quality and cost effective health and social care. Since joining Centene in 2007, Arvan has played a major role in helping the company establishes a footprint outside the United States. As part of his work in developing and managing Centene’s international businesses, Arvan led the investments and integration of the company’s international operations. He also works closely with local governments to expand public-private partnerships for the delivery of healthcare services in new markets. Arvan was named among the 40 most influential young professionals by St. Louis Business Journal and among the five emerging leaders by Olin Business School. He serves on the boards of various organizations around the world, including 9Line Software, Vivent Health, Jazz St. Louis, Ribera Salud, and Operose Health. He is also actively involved in a number of advisory and selection committees, including Arch Grants, Washington University in St. Louis, United Way, and International Institute. Arvan received his bachelor's degree from University of California of Los Angeles and his masters in health and business administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Nick Ayers

Managing Partner, Ayers Neugebauer & Co., USA

Nick Ayers is one of America’s leading public policy and business strategists. He has forged a successful career in business and served at the highest levels of the United States government. Most recently, Nick served in the White House as Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff to the Vice President. While at the White House, Nick helped shape the administration’s most important and high-profile initiatives, from space policy to tax policy to foreign policy, including the U.S. posture toward China and the relocation of the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.

Nick recently partnered with Insight Venture Partners to acquire Veeam Software, where he now serves as a member of Veeam’s board of directors. Previously he helped build one of the Nation’s most successful media and digital buying firms.

Time Magazine named Nick one of the “40 most influential people in politics under the age of 40” and The Wall Street Journal called him a “political prodigy.” In 2019, the World Economic Summit nominated Nick to join the forum as a Young Global Leader. He received a Bachelor of Political Science degree from Kennesaw State University. Nick is the proud husband to Jamie and father of ten-year-old triplets, Charles, Mary Floyd, and Talton.

Christian Kroll

Professor of Sustainability, IU International University of Applied Sciences, Germany

Prof. Christian Kroll, PhD is a professor of sustainability, international thought-leader, much-cited expert and advisor. He was honoured as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum for his achievements. He authored scientific publications in leading outlets spanning several disciplines (e.g. Cambridge University Press, Ecological Economics, Nature Geoscience). Prof. Kroll lectures on sustainable development, sustainable finance (ESG), circular economy, and CSR at IU International University of Applied Sciences, and previously taught classes at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, and held positions at Jacobs University Bremen and Bertelsmann Stiftung. He gained a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a thesis entitled "Towards a Sociology of Happiness". He is the inventor of the first measurement tool for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and today serves as the Scientific Co-Director of the SDG Index & Dashboards (www.sdgindex.org). His research has featured in national and international media such as BBC World News, Harvard Business Review, Washington Post, Le Monde, Die Zeit, ARD, Spiegel Online among others.

Amal Enan

Chief Investment Officer, American University in Cairo, Egypt

Amal Enan is Chief Investment Officer at the American University in Cairo and a Managing Director at Global Ventures. She places her investment expertise where it can alter outcomes for the Middle East and Africa. Being a woman investing in the Middle East with a commitment to equity and justice, Enan applies herself as a catalyst for channelling inclusive capital to invest in the growth and dignity of MENA's youth with confidence.
